Abstract

The need for electrical energy is very dominant for humans, starting from the needs in the household, government business, home industry to large industries and all other aspects of life, now means that the availability of electricity is very important and very influential in increasing the socio-economic quality growth rate society in general. A PLN user to find out how much lamp power is needed in a room judging subjectively that is still in accordance with his own wishes. This writing makes the application using fuzzy logic to find out how much electrical power is used in an appropriate manner. To make it easier for a PLN user to determine the electrical power that is in accordance with the requirements, the author makes the application using fuzzy logic. The programming language used is visual basic. The benefit of this writing is to help a PLN user to optimize electric power so that it can save energy.

Abstract

With the large number of people and the advancement of education, a lot of people that require the development of knowledge that comes from reading materials such as books, novels, magazines, and other reading materials. One provider of reading material is a book store. Judging from the level of competition bookstore today's highly competitive, because it's allmarketing efforts for the development of urgently needed. It can be seen from the many new bookstore standing or that has been growing rapidly, when viewed from one aspect of education is certainly a lot of need for reading. By considering these aspects then Salemba bookstore trying to develop its marketing efforts in the field of libraries with all age groups and gender. Throughpromotional efforts and pemasaranya Salemba bookstore doing a lot of promotion and marketing strategies that have a program of work are like the advertising and marketing strategy with the use of a membership card ownership. One strategy to do is to increase brand awareness to promoteBookstore to its customers and create a unique selling proposition strategy orientation by binding to its customers through the card to the customer to prioritize breakthrough image enhancement bookstore. Through this marketing strategy, then Salemba bookstore trying to gauge the level of customer imaging to bookstores and also find a way to change its marketing strategy in the futurethrough serjumlah respondents to rate the effectiveness of marketing communications by using SPSS application. With the analysis results obtained will serve as a decision making for progress in the future.

Abstract

Abstact - Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that reach more than 99% of total business in Indonesia, in addition to being a stronghold of defense in various state crises, also contribute greatly to Indonesia's economic growth, but have not received optimal support in terms of financing / credit from banks. . Bank Indonesia has stipulated a regulation that requires banks to channel loans to micro, small and medium enterprises as low as 20% of total lending, no later than 2018 must be fulfilled. So to find out the achievement of bank credit / financing distribution to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, a data study is needed to show overall banking performance.Keyword: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises

Abstract

Abstract  –  Compensation is one of the important parts in an effort to meet job satisfaction for employees in an organization. With high job satisfaction employees are expected to feel happy at work, more motivated in work, increased productivity, and make employees become more loyal to the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area 1 Jakarta. The study was conducted by dividing the questionnaire to a number of 35 people, all employees of the general section and HR who were used as research samples. Data analysis using simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate a positive and direct effect between compensation for employee job satisfaction. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient obtained a result of 0.723 where the number of scores shows the strong relationship of compensation to employee job satisfaction. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that compensation affects employee job satisfaction by 52.3% while the remaining 47.7% is influenced by other factors beyond research. Key Word: Financial compensation, non financial compensation,  Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Marketing communications are the mainstay for every manufacturer to influence consumers against products that it markets, this is done there is no other word is to improve mind share to the public in order to increase selling product. This is done because the aspect of remembrance will create awareness to the end consumer purchases would take action to a product recall. A1arketing promotions are often used manufacturers to introduce their products to market is the advertising, ad vertising has a very poweiful force to inf orm, communicate, and even affect the consumer to the product marketing, media fisheries have a very long way to reach consumers is media such as radio and television broadcasting . Advertising products that are advertised through the medium of television broadcasting, the level of effectiveness can be analyzed by using certain methods. One method used to measure the effectiveness of advertising is Direct Rating Method (DRM). Analysis of broadcast product advertising that will measure its iffectiveness is product Sunsilk version "cool commercials" by using the Direct Rating Method (DRM). Measurement of advertising levels effectiveness by DRM using five variables including attention 3.82 points, readthroughntess 3.76 point, cognitive 3.88 pohlts, affection 3.79 points, and behaviour toward advertising 3.96 points. Bach variable will be converted to DRA1-scale, until the end of the process then the accumulative conversion into one particular value called the iffective value is 76.82 as final result analysis. This value is seen.from the scale used is included in either category.

Abstract

Abstract Work Discipline is directly related to employee performance. Work discipline perceived directly by employees can reduce performance or improve employee performance. Employees who feel disciplined about the work they get will have an impact on the overall performance of a goverment agency. The method of data collection are observations, litteratures study, documentations study  and questionnaires spread over. The research methods used is descriptive quantitative analysis method that aims to know whether there is influence of work discipline on employee performance. The reseach was held at April 30, 2018 untill May 30, 2018. Test of research instrument using IBM SPPS 22 program. Data from 30 questionnaires distributed to respondents is primary data source. Based on the result ofthis research, the correlation test is strongly correlated caused exists at interval of 0,600-0,799, that means  r table> r count at 0,644> 0,361. The result also indicates that there is an influence of work discipline to the performance of 41.4% on one hand and and diother hand,  the rest of 58.6% influenced by other factors not examined the author. So, based on the results of the regression test can be concluded that the discipline of work have a significant and strong effect on employee performance who work at the office of Kecamatan Cengkareng – Jakarta Barat.Key word: Work Discipline, Work Performance,  Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the impact of innovation and price on purchase decisions. The research was carried out at different places to get a full range of respondents. The sample was the owner of the vehicle Honda motorcycle in Bekasi totaling 150 respondents. Regression analysis techniques were used to analyze the impact of innovation and price of the purchasing decision is by using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The analysis showed that the product innovation and significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, each increase of one unit in the variable product innovation will be followed by an increase of 0.401 unit purchasing decisions. The analysis also showed that prices positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, any adjustment of the unit either affordability of the price, the suitability of the price of the product quality, price competitiveness, and suitability prices with benefits will influence the purchase decision of Honda motorcycles for 0538 unit. This shows that the innovation products made by Honda  and Prices set affects 46.6% of the consumer decision in purchasing undergo a Honda motorcycle in Bekasi.

Abstract

Abstract  –  In industrial products and services, the handling of complaints can be used as a measure of the quality of products and services offered, one of them is in the automotive business (dealer). The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the effect of quality of service and complaint handling to customer satisfaction, as well as customer loyalty Auto 2000 Ciledug Jakarta. Research method used in this study is explanatory research. The number of respondents in this study were 200 respondents. The means of analyis in this research is the structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that all three influenced one another. Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan perusahaan dituntut dewasa ini melaju sangat cepat seiring dengan  perkembangan jaman pada era globalisasi. Perkembangan ini membuat auditor internal turut berperan dalam implementasi pencapian tujuan perushaan di perusahaan.Dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan terhadap tersebut, salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah  memaksimalkan peran internal control terhadap setiap proses yang ada pada unit – unit di perusahaan baik cabang maupun kantor pusat. Internal Control dilaksanakan untuk tujuan bisnis dalam skala yang lebih luas mencakup maksimalisasi laba, layanan pelanggan, perbaikan produk atau proses, dll (disamping tujuan yang lebih tradisional seperti ketaatan pada aturan, kebijakan, prosedur, keandalan laporan keuangan dan pengamanan asset).Dalam melaksanakan tugas adalah masalah-masalah yang dilihat dari aspek budaya kerja , sumber daya manusia, undang-undang dimana setiap aspek masalah ini berdampak pada proses komunikasi dan psikologi audit dalam melaksanakan tugas.Membutuhkan keaktifan manajemen maupun tim kerja internal kontrol yang secara langsung terlibat dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut untuk melakukan penilaian. Komunikasi dan Psikologi audit merupakan faktor yang sangat berperan penting dalam mempengaruhi tugas auditor dilapangan manakala secara langsung maupun tidak langsung harus berhadapan atau berhubungan dengan auditee. Kata Kunci : Internal Control, Komunikasi Audit, Psikologi audit.

Abstract

Banks play an important role in the economy because banks can promote the growth and development especially in the economic field. In carrying out its function as an intermediary institution should optimize the lending bank to its customers. However, loans granted by the bank did not rule out the risk, and therefore an analysis needs to be done so we can figure out how to set up a bank lending. Based on the details of non-performing loans (NPL) in table III.1, III.2, III.3 Where the average - average non-performing loans (NPL) Bank "X" Bank credit risk level "X" in the category of low, level of non-performing loans in the Bank "X" in the year 2007-2010 can be categorized either as it is still below 5%, a decline in NPL Every year the largest occurred in 2008 amounted to 0.90%, while thesmallest occurred in 2009 which is 0.81%, According to the analysis the authors that Bank credit policy in the "X" less selective.
