Jurnal Perspektif pertama kali diterbitkan pada tahun 2013. Abstract

ABSTRAKPromosi adalah merupakan media komunikasi yang digunakan oleh perusahaan kepada masyarakat. Bentuk promosi antara lain iklan di media cetak maupun digital, sponsorship dalam suatu acara, pemberian hadiah maupun diskon dan masih banyak lagi. Tidak ada batasan pasti untuk besaran biaya promosi dan juga tidak ada ukuran pasti untuk menilai keberhasilan promosi. Demikian pula tidak ada standart besarnya biaya promosi yang bisa dijadikan perbandingan saat menentukan besarnya biaya promosi yang harus dikeluarkan. Penulis berusaha mengukur keberhasilan promosi dengan mencari pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Bank Permata melakukan promosi dengan tujuan dapat mengajak masyarakat untuk menyimpan dananya pada Bank Permata, yang selanjutnya dana tersebut dapat disalurkan kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pinjaman. Karena menghimpun dana dari masyarakat atau lebih dikenal dengan Dana Pihak Ketiga membuat Bank Permata harus membayar Biaya Dana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Biaya Promosi berpengaruh signifikan negatif, sementara Biaya Dana berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Dana Pihak Ketiga. Data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan bulanan Bank Permata yang dipublikasikan melalui halaman web resmi perusahaan. Metode analisa yang dipergunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda.Kata kunci: Biaya Promosi, Biaya Dana, Dana Pihak Ketiga, Bank Permata

Abstract

Aktiva tetap (selain tanah) memerlukan biaya penyusutan yang dialokasikan selama umur ekonomisnya untuk menghasilkan pendapatan. Pembebanan penyusutan merupakan suatu pengakuan terhadap penurunan nilai ekonomis suatu aktiva tetap. Kebijakan dalam memilih metode penyusutan aktiva tetap sangat diperlukan, karena akan sangat menentukan biaya pokok penjualan dan jumlah laba yang akan diperoleh. Perusahaan dapat memilih metode penyusutan untuk kepentingan perolehan laba maupun untuk kepentingan pajak. Dengan laba yang kecil, maka pajak yang dibayarkan juga kecil. Sebaliknya jika perusahaan menginginkan laba yang besar maka resikonya pajak yang dibayarkan juga akan besar.

Abstract

Abstract-The progress of a nation can be measured by today's large - size electric energy consumption per capita of concerned citizens . For the citizens of our country Indonesia , electricity is still a luxury item including commodities , proved still the majority of the people / citizens we have not been able to reach them . PLN give service as State power is not maximized . One of the breakthroughs that made PLN is electrical energy sales system Pre-paid and Post-paid , with hope for the people can choose one among the offered payment systems , to be able to choose where to do austerity . Satisfaction and customer loyalty is the most important factor in business competition . The three variables that will be used in this study is the quality system , quality of information , and quality systems . These factors might impact on satisfaction and customer loyalty . The proposed hypothesis is useful to examine the relationship three variables that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty . The method used is a sample of questionnaires with 200 residential electricity customers in Cikarang baru.Analisa data is performed with the approach of the Structural Equation Model ( SEM ) with AMOS 8.0 program . SEM analysis of the results shows that the model does not fit . Therefore modification of the model to test the hypothesis . Based on the results of data analysis has been conducted quality system found no significant influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty . While the other two variables , namely the quality of information and quality of services significantly influence customer satisfaction and loyalty . customer satisfaction and customer loyalty has no effect onelectricity.   . Abstract

Abstract- Pengadilan Agama East Jakarta doing performance appraisal employee who works to find out the deficiencies of the officers in carrying out the task given, employee performance appraisal program serves to provide an opportunity for employees in works like getting a promotion Office. Researchers using the sample as much as 73 respondents with sampling techniques, namely the determination of saturated samples when all members of the population made a sample, this is done when the population was relatively small and the collection of data using methods of dissemination questionnaires and were tested with the method of data analysis. Based on the results of research on the Religious Court in East Jakarta the author concludes that the existence of a strong relationship, which can be seen from the results of the test of the correlation coefficient of calculation results and koefesien 0.663 determination showed 0.440 the influence of employee performance assessment against the Promotion Office of 44.0% and the rest of 56.0% are influenced by other factors as well as the results of statistical tests (regression Results calculate r is Y = 13.319 + 0, 714X show if performance assessment or X = 0, then the Promotion Office of 13.319 and if X goes up 1 point then the increase in performance assessment occurs 1% then it will raise the Promotion Office of 0.714%.Keywords: The Assessment , Promotion Office

Abstract

Abstract  –  In many organization,  work satisfaction of employees is one of the things that began to be considered in addition to employee performance. Although not all organizations agree but many research has been conducted and now we beginning to have a lot of experts who agree that there is a link between performance improvement and high employee satisfaction rate. Therefore, same organization need to consider how to improve employee work satisfaction. In an organization that engaged in the service, the satisfaction of employees can not be underestimated because employees who are not satisfied with the work and or organization will look bad in the delivery of services to customers or their stake holder, It is very unfortunate because in many place the service is given then the service should look very well. So this job satisfaction becomes more important in the organization especially in Suku Dinas Penangulangan Kebakaran Dan Penyelamatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, An organization that not only gives service but give service of a rescue of wealth and soul of a citizen. If the employees are not satisfied with the work and or with organization, then the rescue service will be not maximal. This is important because all employees or members of the fire department are required to work perfectly  in every asigment because they always faced with danger. Therefore, this article wants to discuss how the occupational safety and health that employees get is in accordance with what they expect in the daily life of their duties and how they are motivated in the work and whether these two things affect job satisfaction.  Key Word: occupational safety and health, Work Motivation dan Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Information for each individual has a different style, as well as how to learn, digest, organize and process information tailored to the personality. Someone who knows the tendency and learning style can help the process of understanding the information conveyed so that in the learning process, information can be absorbed as optimally as possible. The use of Psychometric instruments and the Kolb Learning Style model in the form of a LSI (Learning Style Inventory) model in measuring human mental aspects and identifying trends and learning styles are needed to achieve optimal results when receiving the information provided. Smartphones have become a necessity for users in this day and age, a variety of models and forms that are very futuristic with sophistication that can be tailored to the needs of users. This study tries to apply the Learning Style Inventory (LSI) method that is applied to an application that can be installed on an Android-based smartphone device so that it can be used easily at this time, so that application users can find out their respective trends and learning styles.

Abstract

Abstract – The use of historical value (acquisition price) makes the asset value lose its relevance because it does not reflect the current value so it needs to be read carefully. Some credit analysts request appraisal assistance to reassess fixed assets if they are to be used to determine the amount of credit and the feasibility of the entity to receive credit. But historical values have advantages in terms of reliability. Historical value is based on the acquisition price at the time of purchase so that the evidence and its value can be verified. While the fair value or current value for fixed assets is not easily obtained because there is no active market price for fixed assets. If determined by the company allows bias in the assessment. Appraisal assessments can provide mixed results if the assumptions used are different. To avoid the value of assets still losing relevance, a company can revaluate its fixed assets by following the regulations that apply according to PSAK, its laws and regulations regarding taxation and regulations from the decisions of the finance minister. Revaluation is one method of valuing fixed assets. If an entity chooses to use the revaluation method, this method must be applied consistently by the company. Companies may not only use the occasional revaluation method for the purposes mentioned above, but the revaluation must be carried out regularly.

Abstract

Abstract-Good management will facilitate the realization of the objectives of agencies, employees, and the community. With usability management and results of use the elements of management will be improved. In achieving agency goals many elements are important in fulfilling them, including elements of leadership or leaders. Resources that are available if not managed properly will not get the planned goals so that the role of leaders is very important that can use authority and leadership to achieve a goal. In this case, Transformational Leadership is the key, because this transformationalleadership will be able to change the value shared to employees to be excellent output. The method of data collection in this research are observations, interviews, documentation studies, and questionnaires from 44 respondents with purposive sampling technique . We use SPSS 22 software to process all data gained from the survey.The research was held at Januari 2019 till March 2019 . The research shows that , the correlation test is medium correlated( r=0.586), caused exists at interval of 0,400-0,599. From regression analysis, there is a low  influence of  transformational leadership  to the performance just at   34,4% and the rest, 65,6% influenced by other factors. So, based on the results of the regression test can be concluded that the transformational leadership  have a low effect on employee performance working at the office of Kecamatan Cengkareng,  Jakarta Barat. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Employee Performance

Abstract

Pelayanan berbasis konvensional sudah ditinggalkan saat ini dan mulai beralih pada sistem komputerisasi. BPK Medifarma adalah sebuah klinik kesehatan yang masih menerapkan sistem konvensional terhadap pelayanannya. Pengelolaan data yang kurang baik serta tata kelola arsip yang tidak ada backup membuat kurang efektif dan efisien baik dalam pencarian data maupun pembuatan laporannya. Sebagai solusi dibuatkan rancang bangun aplikasi sistem pelayanan berobat berbasis desktop agar memiliki keungulan kompetitif dalam bersaing dan memberikan kemudahan serta efisiensi kerja dalam melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan kerja yang ada. Menerapkan metode waterfall dan menggunakan data flow diagram dan entity relationship diagram dalam menganalisa kebutuhan sistem dan program yang akan dikembangkan. Pembenahan terhadap sistem lama dilakukan dengan mengusulkan konsep penerapan sistem baru pada BPK Medifarma. Pembenahan tersebut memiliki beberapa tujuan yaitu memberikan peningkatan terhadap kinerja sistem yang baru, memberikan solusi terhadap masalah pengolahan data, memberikan kontrol kerja serta langkah pengambilan keputusan, efisiensi kerja, dan meningkatkan pelayanan berobat pada BPK Medifarma.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai media komunikasi dan pertukaran informasi agar memperoleh informasi yang cepat, tepat serta akurat, sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang tidak terlepaskan pada saat ini. Pada unit pelayanan teknis pengujian mutu barang, teknologi informasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendokumentasikan informasi agar pada saat di butuhkan dokumen tersebut dapat segera memberikan informasi yang cepat, terpat serta akurat. Tujuan dari rancang bangun sistem informasi ini adalah untuk mempercepat petugas dalam melakukan pelayanan teknis pengujian mutu barang serta mempermudah masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi terhadap pengujian mutu barang. Balai Pengujian Mutu Barang (BPMB) membutuhkan solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi. Solusi dari permasalahan yang tepat adalah dengan mengimplementasikan suatu sistem informasi pendaftaran online sehingga mempermudah Balai Pengujian Mutu Barang (BPMB) dalam memberikan pelayanan terutama pada teknis pengujian mutu barang dan melaksanakan pengembangan jasa pengujian serta meningkatkan sistem kinerjanya agar lebih optimal. Metode Penelitian menggunakan model Rapid Application Development (RAD). Penerapan model Rapid Application Development (RAD), digunakan dengan alasan dimana fase dan aktivitas perancangan sistem yang di rancang lebih singkat dan pengerjaan sistem relatif singkat sekitar 60-90 hari sehingga menghasilkan sistem informasi yang baik. Pemodelan sistem digambarkan dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah rancangan sistem informasi sebagai media yang efektif dalam pengelolaan data, mempermudah petugas dalam melakukan pelayanan teknis pengujian mutu barang serta memberian informasi kepada masyarakat dengan cepat dan akurat.
