Abstract

Friendship relationships are becoming increasingly important for everyone who has friends. As social beings, humans certainly have the need to socialize with their environment, so that they also make friends, and some even reach the stage of friends, husband, or wife. This kind of relationship or relationship is a study that cannot be separated from interpersonal communication. In this article, the author wants to describe one of the relevant communication theories, namely the FIRO (Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation) theory. This FIRO theory is in accordance with the phenomenon described in this paper about the importance of friendly relations in interpersonal communication. The author finds an implementation of the assumption of the FIRO theory, namely human needs which consist of the need for inclusion refer to the need to be known and interact; the need to hold control is seen in human desires that make a difference in their social environment; and affective needs refer to the need for compassion, attention, and love from friends.

Abstract

Humans act with regard to all things and directs its behavior observed in the act as it is interpreted. The political actors are women who are on the Islamic-based political organization that PKS run regeneration. Recruitment function as a function that is executed in the PKS women regeneration. The involvement of women in the political sphere and democracy should be a requirement, so as to give birth to the protection of the rights and interests of women. This study using Alfred Scutz theory that social science thinking is closely related to various forms of interaction which is essentially political communication in society that women's political action. The symptoms in the social world is nothing but an object of formal study (focus of interest) of social phenomenology, namely the women's first political action, which is both a motive for the actions, and the third mainstreaming women's consciousness. The paradigm used in this research were interpretative paradigm and approach used is a qualitative approach , whereas the method used in this study is the phenomenological method. In this study  the writes found that in women's political action PKS divided into three normative action , aggressive action , and collaborative action . While the women's political motives are involved and merged into PKS divided into two , in order to motive and because motive . And women's political consciousness of PKS in the regeneration grouped into consciousness supervision ( on the surface ) and consciousness underground ( below the surface ) Keywords: Actions, Motif, Consciousness, Politics, Women, Regeneration

Abstract

Abstract - Film is a communication media that is audio visual in nature to convey a message to a group of people who gather in a certain place. Movie messages on mass communication can take the form of anything depending on the film's mission. However, generally a film can include a variety of messages, both messages of education, entertainment and information. The message in the film is to use the mechanism of symbols that exist in the human mind in the form of message content, voice, words, conversations and so on. Trailer is a preview or excerpts of interesting scenes from a film, which aims to attract the audience to want to see the film that is. While the development of the world of film itself in recent years is very rapidly advancing. Lots of interesting scenes that are very extraordinary are shown on some of the leading films in the world today. Like the trailer on Aquaman and Avenger's films, wherein there are scenes showing an engineering city that resembles the original in the story and explosions that destroy buildings or the surrounding environment. It is impossible for such places to exist on this earth. The making of special effects as in the scenes will later use the technique of implementing essential elements in footage movie action in Adobe After Effect and several plugins that support it. At the end of the project it will produce a trailer, where later the processing techniques can inspire young Indonesian filmmakers as learning media in the field of film. It can also be used as a new method for re-processing an event that is not possible by directly reconstructing it using ordinary video

Abstract

Changes in the communication of information continue to occur along with the advancement of technology in the digital era. Nowadays everyone can work as a journalist even though he or she has never learned the basics of journalism. The public also frequently receive information or news that raise the eyebrows — ranging from disaster threats to information about the political world. The finding of this research is that often information that circulates in the hands of Warganet is a hoax and even hate speech, despite the government efforts to reduce the spread of hoax and hate speech. With this paper, the author aims at disclosing the propaganda elements in the hoax and hate speech in the social media as in the digital era the social media is the most vulnerable in spreading of hoax news and hate speech. By utilising qualitative content analysis, the author discusses five hoax news and hate speeches which are dissected using nine propaganda practices. The conclusion obtained by the author is that the hoax news and hate speech comprise of elements of exaggeration, rhetoric, recognition and influence on a variety of parties, as well as prejudices supplemented by emotions.

Abstract

Abstract - Instagram has become a popular social media, because everyone is also competing to populate themselves with their Instagram account, one of the personal blog accounts in the instragam account that @annisast uses its account as a communication medium that provides information and education to users of Instagram account other. The purpose of this research is to find out the utilization and process of utilizing personal blogs on Instagram as a parenting communication media. Research uses a qualitative research approach, a type of qualitative descriptive study research. The result of the research is the @annisast instagram account in his personal blogging, there is the use of instagram as a parenting communication media, one of which is in the image titled from upload both in terms of many followers who appreciate it, can be seen from the thanks for the tips and the discussion in the comment column, upload the uploaded photo namely everyday photos with children and images that match the theme of the tips discussed, the title of the photo in accordance with the parenting discussion, namely "Yasss ... ParentingHack" which states that succeeding in changing children's habits, the use of arobba signs (@) for some other users in order to access more about parenting information, geotagging use aims to find out the location about the parenting info discussed, follower likes for each photo upload range from 150-500 likes, popular (explore) by sharing the uploads through other links such as www. annisast.com d an www.orami.co.id.   Keywords: Instagram, qualitative descriptive, Parenting, @annisast.

Abstract

Employees are company assets. Therefore employees are needed for the growthof a company. Therefore, every employee must be able to work together, compact so that work productivity can increase. Establishing good relationships between employees, always maintained for each company. To further strengthen this relationship, the company needs to hold an employee gathering program intended for all workers in the company. In addition to being able to refresh themselves but also can build compactness in work the better. Thus, the researcher wants to know about the employee gathering program conducted by PT Kurnia Mitra Selaras in establishing good employee relations with the theme "Unite Hearts in harmony with Goals". The method used is descriptive qualitative. And the results of the research stated that the employee gathering program "Unite Hearts in harmony with the Goals" in establishing employee relations held on Saturday - Sunday, 3-4 February 2018 at Villa Teratai, Lembang, Bandung can run successfully where the program is in accordance with the event rundown participants felt happy to have a good effect on employee relations where the length of time they rarely communicate among fellow employees because of their respective work activities. Keywords: employee gathering, employee relations

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang begitu pesat dapat kita manfaatkan pada media elektronik audio visual yang dapat melibatkan dua indra sekaligus, yaitu indra pendengaran dan indra penglihatan gabungan dari media auditif dan visual. Maksud dan tujuan dari penelitian Pemanfaatan Teknologi video streaming di LPP TVRI Jawa Barat ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan dunia penyiaran khususnya pada televisi di LPP TVRI Jawa Barat, dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet. LPP TVRI adalah stasiun TV pertama yang memanfaatkan teknologi video streaming dan LPP TVRI Jawa Barat berada di dalamnya Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melakukan eksplorasi sesuai dengan objek penelitian. Adapun teknik-teknik yang digunakan sebagai berikut : Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumentasi, Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut diatas dapat disimpulkan, Teknologi video streaming yang dimanfaatkan di LPP TVRI Jawa Barat, dimaksudkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan khalayak akan informasi dan hiburan. Khalayak berhak memilih program acara yang akan disaksikan sesuai dengan keinginan. Khalayak yang berada di luar rumah, seperti di kantor, café atau diluar wilayah Jawa Barat dapat dengan mudah dan praktis menyaksikan program acara LPP TVRI nasional atau LPP TVRI daerah di Indonesia melalui smartphone dan atau berbagai gadget menggunakan youtube atau aplikasi yang dapat didownload di playstore. Dengan adanya video streaming LPP TVRI Jawa Barat tidak tertinggal dalam perkembangan teknologi, dapat bersaing dengan stasiun TV daerah maupun nasional,. Kelebihan Teknologi video streaming antara lain,  Jaringan memilih terpisah terutama dalam video streaming supaya tidak ada kendala jaringan,.  Program acara yang terlewat dapat disaksikan kembali dengan memilih catchup TV yang terdapat di aplikasi TVRI live streaming.Gratis dan mudah, serta dapat memilih program acara yang diinginkan. Adapun kekurangannya yaitu : Program acara live streaming LPP TVRI Jawa Barat dapat disaksikan mulai pukul 15.00 pada program acara kalawarta sampai pukul 21.00 pada program acara musik. Untuk di youtube saat memilih program acara LPP TVRI Jawa Barat yang muncul adalah program live TVRI Nasional, karena live streaming LPP TVRI Jawa Barat dimulai pukul 15.00., Judul program LPP TVRI Jawa Barat yang tersedia di youtube saat dipilih masih kosong, sehingga user harus mengetik program yang diinginkan di mesin pencari. Kendala yang di hadapi LPP TVRI Jawa Barat dalam video streaming adalah jaringan internet yang digunakan user.

Abstract

World Environment Day (WED) is the largest environmental preservation campaign in the world and commemorated on June 5, 2018 with the theme "Defeating Plastic Pollution". PT Danone Aqua on World Environment Day 2018 carried out the #BijakBerplastik movement campaign strategy by carrying out various activities in overcoming problems in the land and sea environment. The #BijakBerplastik movement carried out covers three main aspects that are important in dealing with plastic problems in Indonesia, namely: product innovation, consumer education, and the development of garbage collection infrastructure. This research is to find out the #BijakBerplastik  movement campaign strategy in celebrating world environmental day 2018. In this study researchers used a qualitative approach and case study, as a research method that illustrates the #BijakBerplastik movement campaign strategy through the latest launch of 100% Aqua bottle design is the result of a cycle re-exploring and recycling plastic waste in an event with the theme " Circularity Tour" can be useful in overcoming the problem of long-term environmental damage.

Abstract

Abstract - This study discusses the online shop advertising strategy of Garasi Barokah on social media Instagram. The research method used is qualitative research with the format of field research. The data source in this study consists of two data sets, namely field data and written data. The results showed that the advertising strategy in the diecast manager's perspective, namely the selection of social media Instagram as a means of advertising communication because of the advantages of its social system, namely the Comment and DM features (Direct Message) where the system creates a personal interaction and communication space for business people to exchange messages intensive between traders and traders with buyers. Three aspects in presenting online shop advertising strategies Garasi Barokah on social media Instagram, First, the visual aspect of presenting photos of products is original diecast. Second, the communication aspect, namely the ad text that contains messages about diecast product specifications or specifications, the advantages of diecast products, the price of diecast products, where advertising sentences are made more persuasive which aims to influence consumers. Third, the interactive aspect seeks the service of the purchase or transaction process, contact number and address of the buyer that allows direct interaction between the merchant and the buyer, commonly called Cash On Delivery (COD). The inhibiting factors for the product advertising process are diecast, which is related to incompleteness of identity or found false accounts that are misused by certain individuals. The conclusion of this study recommends that the online shop manager of Garasi Barokah should implement strict rules regarding the identity of buyers (consumers), more effective use of the latest features from Instagram, and implement advertising communication strategies across other social media such as Facebook, Line, Whatsapp and Twitter accounts.Keywords: Advertising Strategy, Garasi Barokah, Instagram
