Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan  pelanggan baik secara bersama-sama ataupun sebagian pada bimbingan belajar tumbuh kembang anak berkebutuhan khusus cikarang bekasi secara parsial dan simultan. Sumber data  diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan pada pelanggan  dengan jumlah sampel 50 orang yang terdiri dari orang tua siswa, siswa, guru dan alumni sekolah. Pengolahan data yang digunakan  adalah  analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil pengolahan uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa ada pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel tangible, reliabelity, responsible, assurance, empathy terhadap  kepuasan pelanggan tumbuh kembang anak berkebutuhan khusus dan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel tangible, reliabelity, responsible, assurance, empathy terhadap kepuasan pelanggan tumbuh kembang anak berkebutuhan khususb cikarang bekasi. Dari persamaan regresi tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa varibel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen   adalah variabel reliabelity (kehandalan) dengan koefisien 0,424 Uji R2 (R Square) didapatkan hasil sebesar 0.775 atau 77,5 %   yang berarti bahwa kepuasan pelanggan tumbuh kembang anak berkebutuhan khusus dipengaruhi oleh variabel tangible, reliabelity, responsible, assurance, empathy sebesar 77,5%. Dan faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen pada pelanggan tumbuh kembang anak berkebutuhan khusus . sebesar 5,6%. diharapkan sekolah tersebut

Abstract

In a textbook learning has an important role. Textbooks can also be seen as learning media, more than that textbooks can also be interpreted as the nutrient of learning, so that the existence of a textbook cannot be underestimated. Textbooks or textbooks are a significant learning tool for almost all subjects in the curriculum. Thus, in managing textbooks it is necessary to have an analysis of the contents of the book in order to see the advantages and disadvantages of this book. The method used in this research is Content Analysis which is commonly used in analyzing a text or book. Abstract

Indonesian Workers (TKI) are domestic workers who work abroad. TKI is the largest foreign exchange earner for Indonesia. For official migrant workers, they will receive employment training conducted at the Overseas Employment Training Center which is managed by Indonesian Manpower Services Distributors as their suppliers abroad. Since the height of the news about Human Trafficking / non-procedural human trafficking has become a special concern by the Indonesian government, various ways of prevention are carried out by the government together with related official institutions. The author uses descriptive-qualitative research method, which is done by direct observation and in-depth interviews with the parties concerned, and the data collected later on analysis by descriptive analysis by describing the results of research in the form of research reports. With the holding of campaigns by the government and related institutions such as that carried out by PT Indotama Karya Gemilang about understanding the importance of the procedural process for migrant workers, they can add their understanding of the process procedurally.

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas mengenai persepsi orang tua terhadap tayangan sinetron remaja dan pubertas terhadap anak mereka yang masih duduk di bangku sekolah dasar. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat melalui aspek visual, narasi, dan nilai yang dilihat oleh para orang tua dari sinetron yang mereka saksikan. Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode FGD dan desain Deskriptif Kualitatif sebagai strategi analisis data. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa orang tua menyadari akan sisi negatif dari sinetron terhadap anak-anak mereka dan dapat menyebabkan anak mengalami pubertas dini, namun mereka tak dapat melakukan apapun karena mereka sendiri telah "kecanduan" dalam menontonnya. Penelitian ini juga dilengkapi dengan pendapat beberapa pakar yang mengungkapkan suatu fakta baru bahwa anak yang tertempa tayangan yang tidak sesuai usianya, apalagi mengandung seksualitas (meskipun tidak secara vulgar) dapat menyebabkan kerusakan di lima bagian otaknya. Kata Kunci : Persepsi, Sinetron, Pubertas DiniThis paper focuses on the parent's perception on Indonesian television cinema and early puberty that can hit their children who are still in primary school. There are 4 points that we will know about their perception, such as visual, narration, value from the cinema that they have watched and early puberty of their children. The analysis data strategic of this research is using descriptive qualitative design with focused group discussion as the main method and deep interview to support it. The researcher finds that all parents who joined the discussion realize about the negative effects from television cinemas and that it also can cause early puberty to their children. But unfortunately, they couldn't do anything to avoid it, because the parents themselves have been addicted to watch it. This research is also completed by some expert's opinions that will show us the newest fact about the children who like to watch television cinemas and that it can cause the damage of their brain in 5 parts.Keywords: Perception, Television Cinema, Puberty

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi sebuah fenomena yang dialami oleh mahasiswa berupa rendahnya komunikasi interpersonal. Oleh sebab itu, permasalahan utama yang menjadi fokus kajian penelitian adalah efektifitas teknik sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desainpenelitian nonequivalent pretest-postest control group design. Sedangkan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian mahasiswa Semester 6 Prodi PGSD FKIP UMC Tahun Akademik 2018-2019. Data yang digunakan dikumpulkan melalui instrumen nontes berupa angket model Likert. Data dianalisis dengan teknik membandingkan antara skor tes awal (pretest) dan tes akhir (postest). Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus uji-t untuk mengukur uji beda dua rata-rata berpasangan. Penelitian ini secara umummenunjukkan hasil teknik sosiodrama efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal dan mengurangi kecenderungan adiksi jejaring sosialmahasiswa Semester 6 Prodi PGSD FKIP UMC Tahun Akademik 2018-2019 yang berada pada kategori rendah. Adapun rekomendasi hasil penelitian ini ditujukan kepada peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat mengontrol kondisi-kondisi lain yang turut mempengaruhi komunikasi interpersonal sehingga mahasiswa dapat memiliki keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal secara utuh.

Abstract

The problem to be discussed in this study on the background, differences, and the role of theestablishment of Chinese schools and Hollandsch Hwekoan Chineesch School. Historical researchmethods used to obtain an explanation and the corresponding analytical results. The research ismotivated in the reign of the Dutch East Indies are still very small number of schools, existingschools are schools formed by using the language of the Netherlands Dutch. Chinese leaders tocreate schools that can reach out to ethnic Chinese by using the language of Mandarin. To achievethis will be established a bevy of ethnic Chinese named Tiong Hoa Hwe Koan. At that time theDutch East Indies government worried about losing control of the Chinese people. Therefore theDutch East Indies government established a school named Hollandsch Chineesch School. Theschool is successfully competing with schools Tiong Hoa Hwe Koan. The results of this studyexplains that the role of the two schools both schools Tiong Hoa Hwe Koan and HollandschChineesch School is very large, especially in introducing literacy to children Chinese. Abstract

Learning by using the conventional method currently does not support towards improving thequality of student learning. Lecturers or academic staff have the primary function to perform thetransfer of knowledge while the student has the function to receive the knowledge. More passivenature of this cause problems such as teacher attendance is absolutely necessary, referencesources are limited, and time is very limited. The development of information and communicationtechnology in education in particular has given rise to e-learning methods as a solution to supportthe learning is done with conventional methods. The research method used in this study is to usethe study of literature and observations on the use of e-learning on the web eUniversiti managedby Romi Satrio Wahono. Utilization of e-learning can improve the quality of teaching was done bystudents including students become more active in seeking knowledge, the Internet provideslearning resources that students need, and the formation of learning communities among students.The conclusion of this research is the application of e-learning methods can improve the quality ofthe students in the learning process, e-learning is present as the conventional method ofsupporting the learning process rather than to replace it, and the application of e-learning is theprimary function is as a companion mahasisea lecturer in the search for knowledge, whilestudents are the main actors in the pursuit of knowledge.Key Word: learning, e-learning, Internet
