Abstract

Based on development, the enterprise often gets problem in stock of goods, because has not planning for sales and stock of goodsfor the future accuratelly.Method which be used to determine the quantity of sales for the future is “least Square Line Method” because this method is more significance to the result that be hoped and there is also the past data quantitatively. Stock of goods are determined from the quantity of sales for the future with economic order quantity = EOQ.Based on the result of the research that has been done, where the goods that will be are television and refrigerator with the long one month. Increasing of Total sales for TV = 28.7 %.  EOQ of TV = 18 units/ order and is performed 1 (one) time is week. Increasing of Total sales for refrigerator = 32.2 %.  EOQ of refrigerator = 16 units/ order and is performed 1 (one) time is week.

Abstract

PT. CJ Feed Medan is a engaged in the animal feed industry. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of GM-1C feed production from the forecasting of the number of sales of animal feed products of the previous type. And to plan raw material inventory for production of GM-1C animal feed with Material Requirement Planning method. Forecasting is a process to estimate the level of some future needs that include the needs in quantity size, quality, time and location required in order to meet the demand for goods or services. Material Requirement Planning is a logical procedure, decision rule and computerized records engineering designed to translate master production schedules or MPS (Master Production Scheduling) into Net Requirements for all items or components. From good sales data forecasting method is cyclical method because it has the smallest SEE value. So it can be estimated sales of the last 10 days in October 2017 as much as 70782, 70143, 69266, 68210, 67049, 65860, 64725, 63720, 62915 and 62365. The last process to get data on raw material needs is the making of MRP report. This report is a comprehensive report of the raw material requirements for GM-1C products.

Abstract

Geliat industri perkapalan nasional dalam lima tahun terakhir mulai dirasakan seiring terus bertambahnya armada kapal berbendera lokal yang beroperasi di perairan Tanah Air. Dengan pesatnya pertumbuhan industri galangan kapal di Indonesia, perlu diperhatikan dari aspek keselamatan kerja yang dimana dalam kegiatan kerja yang dilakukan seringkali berhadapan dengan kondisi kerja yang berisiko. Untuk menganalisis bahaya terhadap risiko K3 dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment  (HIRA) dan Hazard Analysis and Operability Study (HAZOP) dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, memberikan penilaian dan mengatasi faktor-faktor resiko K3. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara terdapat 34 potensi bahaya kemudian digolongkan berdasarkan jenis sumbernya menjadi 8 variabel risiko. Terdapat 4 tingkatan risiko kecelakaan kerja dari sumber hazard yang didapat dari hasil penilaian matriks risiko. Dari hasil pemetaan risiko, diperoleh 9 risiko dalam kategori Extreme (E), 6 risiko masuk dalam kategori High (H), 12 risiko masuk dalam kategori Moderate (M), dan sisanya sebanyak 7 risiko masuk dalam kategori Low (L). Pengendalian dari semua bahaya Kecelakaan Kerja menurut tingkat risiko di lakukan dengan adanya kebijakan K3, pelatihan / penyuluhan K3, dilakukan audit secara rutin dan terjadwal, melakukan pengadaan dengan terjadwal, pemeliharaan alat secara rutin, penerapan SOP dan metode pelaksanaan akan menurunkan tingkat risiko kecelakaan kerja.

Abstract

CV.Fawas Jaya adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri makanan yang  mengolah  bahan baku menjadi bahan jadi yaitu roti kacang hijau. Bahan-bahan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan roti kacang hijau adalah :tepung terigu,gula pasir, mentega, telur, kacang hijau.Proses pengolahan roti kacang hijau dilakukan tergantung ketersediaan bahan baku.Sistem pengendalian persediaan bahan baku di CV.Fawas Jaya memiliki permasalahan yaitu persediaan bahan baku yang belum terstuktur yang mengakibatkan proses produksi tidak berjalan lancar.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil peramalan, tahapan produk bahan baku, mengetahui bagaimana model permintaan produk pada  perusahaan CV.Fawas Jaya. Tahapan yang dilakukan untuk melakukan pengolahan data untuk hasil peramalan adalah : peramalan permintaan, penyusunan stuktur produk (BOM), perhitungan SEE, perhitungan dengan metode MRP. Hasil perhitungan MRP menghasilkan pengadaan bahan baku tepung dibulan Mei 2016 minggu ke empat di hari ke 1 pemesanan dilakukan 1 hari sebelum bahan baku tepung digunakan karena lead time bahan baku tepung selama 1 hari, pemesanan dilakukan setiap 1 periode.Untuk memenuhi  peramalan 35538 buah roti maka  pemesanan tepung terigu dimulai pada tanggal 28 Mei, jika tepung yang digunakan untuk roti tersebut adalah sebanyak 770 Kg, tersedia digudang 100 Kg dan Oh 50 kg maka pemesanan pada tanggal 28 Mei sebanyak 1000 Kg, (1 Kg tepung menghasilkan 50 buah roti).  Memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku tepat pada waktunya sehingga menghindari terjadinya resiko keterlambatan pengiriman yang berarti ketidak puasan konsumen akan muncul. Hasil perhitungan MRP memberikan masukan kepada perencana kebutuhan material untuk membuat order release.

Abstract

Melalui program pemagangan ke jepang siswa SMK Mandiri dapat meningkatkan SDM yang berkualitas, terampil. Disiplin dan memiliki moral kerja yang baik,kembali ke tanah air dapat membantu mewujudkan harapan perusahaan-perusahaan dalam meningkatkan produksi.kompetensi yang di peroleh dinegara maju dapat dikembangkan di Indonesia yang dapat membantu tumbuhnya perkemebangan ekonomi melalui tunjangan yang diperoleh selama tiga tahun di jepang yang dapat dijadikan modal usaha mandiri dan dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan demi kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran bangsa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction to service quality of the Regional Water Company Branch Padang Bulan. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive with a population of Branch PDAM Tirtanadi Padang Bulan customers. The sample in this study of 100 respondents who were taken to area probability sampling technique. Data taken with the questionnaire and interview, while data analysis is descriptive percentages. The results showed that overall levels of customer satisfaction to service quality, including both the amount of 63.66%, which means that customers are satisfied with the service that has been provided by PDAM Tirtanadi Branch Padang Bulan. Elements of customer satisfaction to service quality which is in poor category there are 7 of Serviceability, service procedures, disciplinary care workers, care workers responsibility, fairness, service costs, and assurance of service schedules. While elements in both categories there are S of product quality, service requirements, clarity of service personnel, capability of the service, speed of service, justice get service, politeness and friendliness of staff cost certainty and convenience services environment.

Abstract

In college, lecture scheduling is very important in lecturing process, because the activities of lecturers and students depend on lecture schedule. To solve the problem, use Vertex GraphColoring and Simulated Annealing. In Vertex Graph Coloring, look for neighboring and neighboring vertices. While on Simulated Annealing, look for space and exchange positions randomly. The merger of Vertex Graph Coloring and Simulated Annealing aims to create optimum lecture schedule by looking at hard constraint and soft constraint. Testing is done at Faculty of Pharmacy University of North Sumatra, by making schedule from manual to computerized, so it is expected to make the schedule optimally and able to avoid hardconstaint and soft constraint.

Abstract

UD. Akbar Jaya is a company engaged in the bakery industry. In carrying out a production UD. Akbar Jaya often has problems with product incompatibility with the number of requests and use of resources that have not been optimal. This is considered a waste by the company, the reason is that production planning is not optimal. With this problem, optimal production planning is needed. The de novo programming method is used to obtain optimal solutions in planning production and to obtain maximum benefits. In this study production optimization has one goal, namely, maximizing profits, with existing constraints such as constraints in the availability of raw materials, budget constraints, constraints of production capacity, and constraints of demand. The results of this study indicate the optimal amount of production that must be produced by UD. Akbar Jaya and the benefits obtained for 12 periods are as many as 14985 bread products, 9969 chocolate bread products, 4128 cappucino bread products, 1151 strawberry bread products, and the maximum profit the company gets is Rp. 7,558,250

Abstract

Research was conducted at the training center bulding projec RI BPK Representative in Medan, North Sumatera, where the purpose of this research is to create a complex framework of activities based on project completion time and human resources available for job creation building structures manager. The framewwork presented in the form of work flow diagram (Network Diagram). From the data obtainned by the completion of the project structure has been estimated tim required to finish the job thus structure with the critical path method (Critical Path Method – CPM). After the calculation of forward and backward calculation is obtained : fastest tim starting and completion activities, no later than beginning and completion of, the lenght of the interval delay /postponement of activities. With the CPM method, completion building structure mnagement training center of RI BPK representative of North Sumatera Province is known than the sum of time critical activities. These critical activities each time interval did not have to delay the implementation of activities. The activities that are on the critical path is the activity with the notation : A-C-E-F-I-L-MQ-U-V-W-X-Y-Z-AA-AC-AD gained 4+9+6+6+1+3+6+1+1+6+1+6+6+1+6+1 = 64 days.

Abstract

CV. Kotama Shoes is a trading company engaged in the production of leather shoes. The company is located on Jalan A.R. Judge No.112c / 206c. In running its business, CV. Kotama Shoes has several problems or constraints in production planning. Erratic fluctuations in demand for goods from one period to another cause a deficiency or excess production. Based on the results of data processing, the smallest MSE forecasting results for each product, namely for pantofel products, has the smallest MSE value 21495.23, the chosen method is the moving average with a 6-month moving average value, the smallest MSE product 18779.38 method the chosen ones are weighted moving average with a moving average value of 3 months, boot products with the smallest MSE 1175.47 the selected method is a moving average with a moving average of 6 months and semi boot products with the smallest MSE 4119.34 the method chosen namely the weighted moving average with a moving average of 3 months. The calculation results using linear programming with the POM for Windows software tool shows that the production costs applied by CV. Kotama Shoes is a minimum. The minimum level obtained is Rp. 37,502,700, - Production planning for pantofel products is 420 units, production planning for casual leather shoes is 309 units, demand for semi boot boot leather units is 194 units, demand for leather shoes production is 177 units boot type.
