Abstract

Since December 2019 there has been an outbreak that can kill thousands of people in a matter of days, while the outbreak has become a threat to a new pandemic known as Covid-19. The impact of the Covid-19 outbreak has greatly affected various sectors, one of which is the trade sector. Since the outbreak of the Covid-19 outbreak and the Government's recommendations regarding Social Distancing and the establishment of very strict health protocols, some people are reluctant to do activities outside the home so that people are more restricting themselves by staying at home. This certainly makes trade experience a slump so that it has an impact on an unstable economy and finances. the development of technology and the internet in Indonesia, has had a major impact on changes in business and sales systems. E-commerce is an internet service that is used for buying and selling online. The purpose of this research is to build an E-Commerce-based system that can help some furniture businesses in increasing sales profit, by providing convenience in the payment process. Abstract

Mobile phones are getting more sophisticated from year to year, and there are many features that have the latest in these cellphones. Mobile phones have the fastest network today with fourth generation technology so it's not slow to watch videos, play games, study online, and so on. Mobile phones sold have variations of Android and Iphone Operating System. The sale of the cellphones is through mall counters, roadside counters, and street vendor counters. Cellphone sales counters still use tables, cell phone holders, brochures to promote cellphones, and others seem boring, there must be something unique to attract customers' attention. This study aims to develop innovation in selling cellphones that are unique and different from other cellphone stores. The research method uses Deterministic Finite State Automata on the Vending Machine. State Diagram design to define features, main view design, and purchase flow. The results of the study using Deterministic Finite State Automata in the Vending Machine design make it easier for buyers to make purchases of cellphones independently and have their own uniqueness to attract customers' attention

Abstract

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a developmental disorder that affects a person's ability to communicate and interact socially. Every year, the number of people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder rises, necessitating early detection in order to limit the number of people affected and provide proper treatment. As a result, a system was developed in this study to detect Autism Spectrum Disorder in facial photos utilizing versions of the Nave Bayes approach and HoG feature extraction. HoG feature extraction is a local intensity gradient distribution or edge direction perpendicular to the gradient direction without influencing the geometric and photometric transformations, and Nave Bayes is a method that classifies images based on probability. The experimental results of three types of naive Bayes, Bernoulli naive Bayes is the most reliable than Multinomial naive Bayes and Gaussian Naive Bayes. Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and the highest F1-Score using this method, with each value of 89.72%; 90.54%; 89.72%; and 89.9%. The next best performing Gaussian Naive Bayes, the most laborious results were obtained using Naive Bayes multinomials, which had Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and F1-Score of 65.91% each; 68.09%; 65.91%, and 64.19%.

Abstract

The development of the global economy has caused people's living standards to increase and the production of domestic waste has also increased from year to year. The population of big cities that have limited environmental carrying capacity, causing the waste problem requires serious handling. Manual waste sorting is hazardous to health and wastes time, money and effort. If waste is not handled properly, environmental problems will increase in the long run. Machine learning works by combining features such as textures and colors to complement junk image recognition. Today's machine learning technology continues to develop, not only methods, types of waste, and features but also identify and analyze datasets used in waste management by gathering all scientific evidence. Collecting existing research and then identifying, assessing, and interpreting requires a systematic literature review. Until the end of 2021, the research topic of waste classification using machine learning was found with various types of waste, algorithms, datasets, and others. However, the dataset used by the algorithm in image recognition is relatively single, the types of garbage classified and the relative accuracy results can still be improved.

Abstract

A color space is an abstract mathematical model that describes how a color can be represented as a row of numbers. One abstract mathematical model of the color space that represents the brightness of a color is the value color space or known as the value filter. For this reason, a gray scale is used with a value range of 0 to 255. This is tested in detecting a red laser pointer light spot that is directed into a field. The results obtained show that more inconsistent detection results are displayed than consistent detection results (can be seen in table 1 and table 2). This can happen because the area of the image captured by the camcorder has several pixels with a maximum gray level value or a gray level value that exceeds the specified limit value (maxBri variable).

Abstract

In this study, the design of a 2X2 MIMO microstrip antenna was proposed for LTE and 5G Sub-6GHz applications. The antenna is designed to have a wide bandwidth operating in the frequency range of 2300 MHz to 3600 MHz. The antenna material uses FR4 substrate which has a dielectric constant of 4.6 and a thickness of 1.6 mm. To achieve a wide bandwidth, the ground length is cut. Meanwhile, to achieve the resonant frequency using the square slot method on the radiator element. Antenna design begins with designing a single element shape, then designing a 2x2 MIMO antenna. The results of the MIMO2x2 antenna simulation show that the reflection coefficient and isolation coefficient of each antenna are below -10 dB. The results of the reflection coefficient of each antenna show that the bandwidth achieved is more than 2 GHz. At a frequency of 2300 MHz, the lowest gain is 2.98 dBi, while the highest gain is 3.10 dBi. The lowest and highest gains at a frequency of 3600 MHz are 3.83 dBi and 3.87 dBi. Overall, this antenna has achieved the desired goal, which is to have a wide bandwidth and be able to operate on LTE and 5G applications.

Abstract

Crime is a serious problem that can have a wide impact on all levels of society. Every day criminal acts can occur anywhere, especially in big cities, including Lhokseumawe, it is difficult for the community to determine the locations of areas prone to crime and the locations of safe areas. As a solution to the problem, a map of crime-prone areas is needed to show and display the location of these areas. To assist the mapping process of areas prone to crime, a Geographical Information System is needed with criminal data in the form of fraud, theft, gambling, torture and rape obtained from the Lhokseumawe Police, for the classification process of the level of vulnerability of an area the K-Means method is used, and Openstreetmap and QuantumGis are used for mapping of the classification of areas prone to crime. The results of this study are a Geographical Information System which can display the results of an interactive classification of crime-prone areas in the form of a map and can be accessed by related parties to determine the level of crime vulnerability, then from the public's side can find out the location of crime-prone areas in lhokseumawe so that it becomes an initial reference for action anticipation.

Abstract

Local government efforts to develop digitalization as a whole to outlying areas have been planned with several work programs in all regional apparatus organizations. District X Communications and Information Office is the center of information technology services in District X, it has an important role in serving the community related to regional digitization. Based on that role, it is necessary to have good governance to provide maximum community service. This research purpose is to measure the capability level of IT governance based on the work indicators in the strategic plan. Implementation of the COBIT 5 framework is used as a research method with domain constraints on DSS and BAI. The selection of the two domains is based on the mapping results that have been carried out following the goal cascade in COBIT 5. The research results obtained that the DSS01, BAI09, DSS02 process domains are achieved level 2, the DSS06, BAI08 process domains are achieved level 1. Expectations of level achievement in each process domain are at level 5, therefore recommendations are needed to make improvements to each process to be able to reach the desired level.Keywords: Temperature module, time module, microcontroller.

Abstract

In today's business competition, educational institutions or courses require optimizing profits. However, this is not easy because, in its implementation, there are many priority objective functions that must be fulfilled. In this case, the course institution has different class programs, namely literacy, numeracy, and math olympiad programs, with various operational costs per program type and course fees per program type. This problem requires setting priorities because of the limited number of revenues, operating costs, and profit targets. In this paper, the researcher uses Winter's Exponential Smoothing forecasting model to determine the number of students, operating costs, and profits in the following year. Then the researcher analyzes the planning with the goal programming method to minimize the deviation of the multi-objective programming. This research shows that the number of student admissions who can meet market demand for January 2021 decreased by 5.41%, in February decreased by 3.20%, in March decreased by 1.29%, April remained constant, in May increased by 1.44%, June increased by 2.16%, July increased 2.82%, August increased 2.78%, September increased 3.47%, October increased 3.22%, November an increase of 3.33%, and for December an increase of 2.69%. The total operational cost that does not exceed the target limit is Rp. 30,475,0000 for one year. The total profit has reached the target to be achieved, which is Rp. 322,150,000 for one year.

Abstract

Caring for chili plants in addition to fertilization is proper watering. Watering is sometimes done less regularly in this case is the timeliness other than that the temperature and soil moisture are not paid attention to by the chili plant keepers. Moreover, if the chili plant keeper has other activities, then the watering of the plants will be more irregular, making the production of chili plants not optimal and even chili plants can die. By utilizing Arduino and several supporting sensors, we can determine the right watering time. In this research, data is taken from sensors, such as soil moisture sensors, air humidity sensors, temperature sensors and ultrasonic sensors which then the data will be sent to the website to be displayed to the user. Sensors are devices used to detect changes in physical quantities such as pressure, force, electrical quantities, light, motion, humidity, temperature, speed and other environmental phenomena. The purpose of this study was to measure soil moisture, air humidity, temperature as a determinant of the right watering time for chili plants and make it easier for farmers to monitor and water chili plants. This is evidenced in the Blackbox testing method on the system design, from the test results it is known that this system has been running well and is in accordance with what is expected.
