Abstract

Marketing performance is an achievement measure gained from entirely marketing activities of the organization. The purpose of this study to analyses the aftereffect of market orientation on marketing performance through competitive advantage. Type of the study is explanatory research. Research samples are 82 palm oil distributors by using total sampling technique. Analysis in this study use Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Analysis result proved that Market Orientation has significant effect on competitive advantage however does not affected significant on Marketing performance, while competitive advantage has significant effect on marketing performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of subjective norm, attitude, perceived risk, perceived behavioral control on behavioral intention on Mount Bromo tourists, East Java. The dependent variable used is behavioral intention, while the independent variable used is subjective norm, attitude, perceived risk, perceived behavioral control. The research method used is causal research with multiple linear regression analysis approach. The research sample was 278 tourists from Mount Bromo, East Java. Data collection techniques by distributing online questionnaires. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that subjective norms had a positive and supported effect on behavioral intention and perceived behavioral control had a positive and supported effect on behavioral intention, but attitude had no positive effect and was not supported on behavioral intention. In addition, perceived risk had no positive effect and was not supported on behavioral intention.

Abstract

In a business, never escape from competition. Whether it's a large, medium, or even small business, there will definitely be competitors. This is what makes researchers determined to analyze the form of competition and the strategies used to deal with it. Especially in the morning the MSME street vendors who lack knowledge about competition and the analyzes they can use to win the competition. The purpose of the researchers conducting this research is to find out and analyze the impact of competitive advantage on increasing the profits of the MSME street vendors selling "Tahu Tek". The method used is descriptive qualitative research with inferential statistical analysis by comparing MSMEs with one another and adapting them to the theories of experts. The results of this study indicate that competitive advantage by implementing a competitive strategy can increase the profits of SMEs selling "Tahu Tek". Based on the suitability of the theory of competitive strategy with increased profit is related. As well as between MSMEs that apply a competitive strategy and MSMEs that do not apply a competitive strategy, there is a significant difference.

Abstract

This study aims to determine which a factor is the most dominant in influencing a dividend policy in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. The method in this study uses a quantitative associative type. The sampling technique used in this study was the purposive sampling with the sample required for this study, namely 27 companies. the analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, a multiple regression analysis and a hypothesis testing. The results showed that the t value of Institutional Ownership (KI) was 1.1760.05 means no effect, the t value of a profitability (ROA) is 2.071> from the t table 1.99125 with a sig. 0.033 <0.05 means that it has a positive effect, the t value of Company Growth (GRWT) is -2.685> from the t table 1.99125 with a sig. 0.046 <0.05 means that it is influential, the t value of the debt ratio (DER) is -2.031> from the t table 1.99125 with a sig. 0.041 <0.05 means that it has a negative effect on a dividend policy. These results also indicate that the variable that has a dominant effect, namely the variable profitability measured using ROA, has a positive and significant effect on the variable dividend policy (DPR).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of WLB, leadership style, organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SGS Luwu, South Sulawesi Province. The approach in this study used a survey method, with a total of 200 employees as respondents. Sampling in this study was carried out randomly. The hypothesis was tested using the structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis method with the help of software, namely Analysis Moment of Structure (AMOS) 26. The results of this study explain that: 1). Work life balance has significant influence on organizational culture. This means that WLB will increase along with the organizational culture that is implemented in employee behavior. 2). Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. This means that the higher the level of leadership style, the organizational culture will also increase. 3). Work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better WLB, the happier employees will be and will make employees more productive in providing better performance to the company. 4) Leadership style has an influence and is significant on employee performance. This means that leadership style has an effect on improving employee performance. 5). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the level of organizational culture, the higher the employee performance.

Abstract

The definition of performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of an activity program or policy in realizing organizational goals, vision and mission goals of the organization which are included through the strategic planning of an organization. This study used a population of 100 employees who had worked at PT Pramana Artha Raharja. The saturated sample technique was used in the research so that the final sample size was 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used SmartPLS version 3.0. The results in this study of the variables job demands and job resources have no significant effect on job satisfaction, then the variables job demands and job resources have no significant effect on employee performance while the variable job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance. Then the knowledge sharing variable has no effect on moderating the relationship between job demands and job resources on employee performance

Abstract

There are several factors that can affect employee performance, namely the work environment, leadership style and work motivation. The work environment is the conditions that exist around the workplace including aspects of temperature, lighting, air, sound and layout. Leadership style is one of the factors that can build a comfortable work environment. While work motivation is a condition that is formed from a sense of comfort in the work environment and leadership style so that employees are able to work well. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. The method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the study show that all factors that can influence employee performance have a positive effect. The existence of this research is expected to be able to show that aligning employee performance factors needs to be continuously developed in order to be able to improve employee performance. Because when employees work well, the company will be younger in achieving its vision and mission.

Abstract

In East Java, there are numerous centers of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with each having its unique characteristics on the products. To determine the competitiveness level of MSMEs, there are numerous different perspectives possible to be used including the orientation of social capital, intellectual capital, entrepreneurship, technology, innovation, market, and competitiveness.In running the business, the MSME business sector has to be oriented towards the seven aspects in order that the business to be successful and able to survive in the present era of global competition. The independence of MSME business sector reflects the competitiveness level of the existing products available in the market.Competitiveness is the ability of a national economy to achieve a highly sustainable economic growth. It includes proper policies, suitable institutions, and other supporting economic characteristics that make a highly sustainable economic growth possible to achieve. The results of the study later found that out of 17 variables used as the forming factors namely Factor 1 (Component 1), Factor 2 (Component 2),Factor 3 (Component 3), and Factor 4 (Component 4) each had a high correlation coefficient of consecutively 0.768, 0.960, 0.786, and 0.901; meaning that each of the correlation levels was high as the value was > 0.5.Thus, Factor 1, Factor 2, Factor 3, and Factor 4 were said to be appropriate to be used representing the 17 independent variables which affected the competitiveness level of the MSMEs business sector in five cities in East Java, Indonesia. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to reveal the facts that have occurred as well as provide another view of the world of football fans, one of the many groups of Bonek supporters named Green Nord 27 (GN'27) in its journey so far there is prophetic leadership and the application of strategic management in changing the old tradition of Bonek supporters who are considered bad to transform for the better. The study approach uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, it is analyzed by starting with data collection, validation, reduction and presentation of data until the final conclusion. The location of the study is on Green Nord 27 which is in the city of Surabaya. Informants in this study included: the founders until the coordinators of Green Nord 27, conductors of supporters, members of Bonek supporters and security forces. The results of this study suggest that Green Nord 27 also pioneered the modernization of supporters and became the frontline of changing the dynamics of Bonek supporters towards a positive direction. Interprets amar ma'ruf nahi munkar on two main aspects, namely: wanting to change the bad culture of Bonek supporters so far so that in the future it will change to be more positive and at the moment of fighting for Persebaya by fighting against the arbitrariness of the PSSI federation. The leader or coordinator figures have so far indirectly applied the prophetic leadership breath that is based on the four qualities of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. regarding: siddiq (truthfulness), amanah (trustworthiness), tabligh (advocacy) and fathonah (intelligent) which have a correlation with establishing a truth by fighting evil. The Our Tribune Our Rules campaign from Green Nord 27 also has a contributive impact on other Bonek supporters from year to year. Implementing strategic management processes in realizing goals so far includes: mission statements, environmental analysis, organizational self-assessment, setting goals and objectives until establishing strategies. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of the financial performance of conventional commercial banks before and after the implementation of branchless banks, namely by measuring the ratios of Return on Assets (ROA), Operational Costs and Operating Income (BOPO), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). This research is a comparative study with a total sample of 7 conventional commercial banks, the sampling of which uses a purposive sampling technique so that the object of research is conventional commercial banks that have not implemented Branchless Banking for five years (2010-2014) and five years after the implementation of Branchless Banking (2015- 2019). Testing the instrument using descriptive analysis and normality test, while for the analytical method using the Paired sample t-test for normally distributed data and the Wilcoxon signed rank test for abnormally distributed data through the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the Paired test sample t-test on the ROA, BOPO and CAR variables obtained a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, then the RAO, BOPO and CAR variables have significant differences after the implementation of Branchless Banking. Furthermore, based on the Wilcoxon signed rank test on the LDR variable, a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 was obtained, so the LDR variable had a significant difference after the implementation of Branchless Banking.
