Abstract

Gedung Terminal Bandar Udara Internasional Adi Soemarmo Surakarta adalah salah satu area penting yang dapat mempengaruhi pelayanan kenyamanan dan keselamatan penumpang. Setelah perluasan pada tahun 2019, Gedung Terminal memiliki luas 33.351 m2 sehingga perlu dilakukan pengawasan atau inspeksi secara efektif dan memerlukan pelaporan checklist kerusakan dengan cepat untuk mengimbangi kebutuhan, kemajuan dan kecanggihan teknologi di era globalisasi. Kondisi eksisting di lapangan saat ini kegiatan checklist inspeksi rutin terminal menggunakan sistem pelaporan berbasis website yang dalam pengoperasiannya dinilai kurang praktis dan kurang fleksibel. Dalam pelaporan kerusakan dan progress tindak lanjut dari pelaporan kerusakan masih dilakukan secara manual. Untuk itu pembuatan aplikasi checklist inspeksi rutin gedung terminal berbasis android diharapkan dapat mempercepat pelaporan hasil inspeksi.Metode penelitian dalam rancang bangun aplikasi ini menggunakan metode prototype evolusioner. Metode prototype evolusioner dapat memberikan sistem atau pemrograman untuk menyajikan gambaran yang lengkap. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengurangi resiko seperti kemunculan error pada hal-hal yang terlewatkan dalam persyaratan.Aplikasi checklist inspeksi rutin gedung terminal memiliki 2 akun pengguna yaitu akun sebagai admin yang berfungsi untuk mengelola sekaligus bertanggung jawab atas kendali data dalam aplikasi dan akun sebagai user yang berfungsi memberikan laporan hasil checklist inspeksi rutin gedung terminal yang benar dan sesuai dengan kondisi lapangan sesungguhnya. Admin yaitu pihak SOC.TF (Unit Airport Facilities Manager). Sedangkan, user yaitu ACT (Airport Civil Technician). Hasil output aplikasi ini berupa file excel hasil inspeksi yang dapat dikelola kembali oleh admin.

Abstract

Covid 19 is an epidemic that is hitting right now, in the midst of the covid 19 pandemic, the government issued a policy to study from home, the online learning system has a large number of problems, this is what makes students unable to follow learning optimally. The problems experienced both in terms of facilities, the internet as well as in terms of assignments and the environment, are the cause of students being unable to follow lessons optimally, SMK Budhiwarman 1 is one of the schools where students feel the impact of online learning, the purpose of this research is to conduct a survey to be able to measure how much influence the problems experienced have on student scores, in addition to testing the current system. AHP is a method that allows to measure the level of problems experienced during online learning and can provide ratings to find out the main problems faced. By combining surveys with AHP, it is found that the main problems that are most often experienced are from the internet and from the facilities used for learning, this proves that AHP can be the main method for finding the main problems of the many problems of the online learning system..

Abstract

Electroencephalogram (EEG) is a brain data signal that is captured by sensors. Many studies have used EEG to be used as a decision maker or classifying. What classification has been used most frequently in existing studies over the last 5 years? These are the questions that will be answered in this research. In addition to these questions, another question that will be answered is what is the most popular method used in processing EEG data? The final question in research is the recent development of EEG and CNN research. The results of these answers are the most popular research using the CNN method as a classification method, the application of the field of Human-computer InterfacesKeywords: Electroencephalogram, Convolution Neural Network.

Abstract

Instrument Landing System (ILS) sebagai peralatan navigasi udara, berfungsi sebagai alat bantu dalam melakukan pendaratan agar tepat di landasan. International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) mensyaratkan adanya pengujian atau kalibrasi terhadapa peralatan ILS untuk memastikan peralatan bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengan parameter yang telah ditetapkan oleh ICAO. Metode penelitian ini yaitu dengan membuat aplikasi konversi besaran parameter yang akan dikalibrasi guna memudahkan proses setting peralatan di shelter sesuai pembacaan parameter di pesawat, kemudian menggunakan data-data parameter kalibrasi sebagai bahan analisa perbandingan antara Different Depth of Modulation (DDM) localizer dengan kuat arus pada instrument A, lebar pancaran localizer Course Width (CW) dengan daya pancar localizer, DDM glide path dengan sudut kemiringan glide path, dan lebar pancaran glide path dengan daya pancar glide pat. Dari hasil analisa menggunakan Mathlab didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai DDM localizer dengan A dan DDM glide path dengan sudut kemiringan glide path berbanding lurus sedangkan nilai grafik antara lebar pancaran dan daya pancar localizer dan glide path berbanding terbalik.

Abstract

Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) refers to a business sector generating economy particularly in Indonesia. The movement of goods runs quickly as they belong to staple food and have relatively short shelf life. They are sometimes unpredictable and even out of stock specifically to goods in fast moving category. Consequently, business doers can lose opportunities. Therefore, sale prediction is necessary to reduce opportunity loss and stock piling upon the goods that should not be ordered excessively. This research conducted prediction through Triple Exponential Smoothing method in the period of January 2018 to June 2020 by taking 5 item samples that were then tried out using alpha 0.1 – 0.9. As a result, alpha 0.1 became the best alpha in this research compared to alpha 0.2 – 0.9. Out of 5 trials, alpha 0.1 (MAPE 22%, 19%, and 34%) occurred three times and alpha 0.2 (MAPE 34% and 11%) happened twice. However, this research has not obtained the best result yet as it has not satisfied the indicator of more than 10% whole MAPEs. Thus, Triple Exponential Smoothing Brown was less appropriate to the data being used. The calculation of estimation did not consider the data fluctuation such as Ramadhan event greatly affecting the data training and forecasting result

Abstract

Program studi Diploma 3 Komunikasi Penerbangan (Prodi D3 KP) selama ini telah memiliki page pada laman website resmi Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya (Polekbang Surabaya) yaitu  https://poltekbangsby.ac.id/program-studi/komunikasi-penerbangan/. Namun seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan informasi dan data di Program studi Diploma 3 Komunikasi Penerbangan, pada penelitian ini dibangun dan dikembangkan Sistem informasi Program studi Diploma 3 Komunikasi Penerbangan berbasis website. Pada penelitian ini, proses bisnis sistem digambarkan dengan BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation). Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan CMS (Content Manajemen System) yang bersifat open source yaitu wordpress. Setelah sistem ini berjalan, dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja sistem dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja PIECES

Abstract

The number of sufferers of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) in Indonesia is starting to increase. One example of the case is in the city of Malang, in 2014 as many as 466 people suffer from HIV and 14 people suffer from syphilis. According to the Malang city health report, the average patient is 25 to 49 years old. Some are asymptomatic, where the patient does not feel any symptoms and is not even detected until a medical examination is carried out. In detecting this PMS can use information technology. One way is to build an expert system that applies the Naïve Bayes algorithm to help classify the STD you suffer based on the symptoms you feel. The accuracy results obtained in this study amounted to 76.67%.

Abstract

Credit has a high risk of credit congestion, this is due to the accidental factor due to the disaster experienced by the debtor so that the credit provided does not increase the income of the debtor, in addition to the existence of bad faith of the debtor by not fulfilling the obligation as it should, the data technique mining using Particle Swarm Optimization-based vector-based support method with Naive bayes. Support Vector Machine method has an accuracy of 50.70%. The second experiment conducted using Particle Swarm Optimization's Support Vector Machine method has an accuracy value of 85.92% and Compared with al-goritma or naive bayes method the accuracy value of 91.16% .with Rapidminer software

Abstract

The game is ways to remove saturation from various kinds of affairs. The game also used as learning media. This educational game is usually used to invite users to play while learning. Languages and games must be complementary. Because of the language is important, it needs an effective and efficient way to increase interest in language learning. So the focus of this research is to create three mobile gaming applications with educational content of Arabic vocabulary which gameplay are different and analyze which applications are effective for users in recognizing Arabic vocabulary. Testing is done to find out if the application is effective for players to know and learn Arabic language. Samples taken are second grade students Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah who know the hijaiyah letters. Pre-test, treatment and post-test are part of the testing phase. Test results were analyzed using ANOVA one way method. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in learning ability of participants through the medium of Arabic educational games with a value of 3.65 beyond the critical value with a significance level of 5% or 0.05 of 3.10. When Hypothesis 0 is rejected, then the comparison test between groups (games) with Scheffe method with critical value 2.48. The result is a third game with a value of 2.57 is said to be effective than the first game (0.58) and the second (2.00). The second game (2.05) is said to be more effective than the first game (0.51).Keywords: Educational Game, Game Effectiveness, Mobile games, Arabic vocabulary, ANOVA.

Abstract

Digital image interpolation is important role in the geometric manipulation of a digital image. Interpolation is related to the process of mapping pixels, forward and reverse.Then this research will implementation of the bicubic interpolation method in the image process that is 16 pixel  nearest neighborhood contained in the input image and generated a new pixel value with upscale  and . Tests carried out on the type of RGB and images with BMP format with a variety of different image sizes.
