Abstract

ABSTRACT The role of fiqh in helping solve the problem of kemummatan, sometimes causing the problematic dilemma. The resulting decisions also have no significant influence in some aspects. This can be understood, for example, through the tradition of polar al-mu'tabarah use as a tool in solving contemporary problems. This tradition is firmly held by pesantren and NU circles in Indonesia, even though these two Indonesian Islamic entities have begun to adopt the system of manhajiy, no longer qawly, as some of the past. The use of medieval fiqh books as a reference in the settlement of social problems is considered to have substantive weakness, especially in terms of differences in time, sociological, psychological, and cultural. Abstract

ABSTRACT The importance of optimizing the learning of Islamic education in the realm of formal institutions either in schools or in madrasah is a problem faced by related institutions. Development of strategies and learning models is always on the increase to support how learners can realize and apply what has been taught by educators. Some of the supporting factors and obstacles traversed by related institutions have always been challenges. In this case the government has also been supportive with various policies. Purpose-This study aims to describe and analyze the learning optimization of Islamic Religious Education in schools/madrasah an effort and obstacles in the implementation of Islamic education (PAI). Design/methodology/approach-This study uses literature research from the data of books that have been collected relevant to the theme. Findings- Optimization through internalization, development of school culture, integration in learning and development of Islamic education learning system design. Originality-. The optimization of learning of Islamic education in the realm of school/madarasah is done in various ways especially internalization, externalization and integration. Abstract

ABSTRACT Good communication can attract new customer so companies can earn profits that have an impact on financial performance.The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication on crporate image and the financial performance study of PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Jombang. The population in this research is the entire clientele of PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Jombang is 980 customer and sample as much as 98 client using random sampling techniques. It also uses financial report publication company from 2011 to 2016. These studies use quantitative methods using simple regression analysis of data with 5% significance.The results of the analysis show that variable interpersonal communication significantly influential taking action against corporate image with t value calculate of 8.06 and have 0,00 significance. Whereas interpersonal communication variables there is not influance against financial performance because the t value calculate amounted to 1.236 with 0.236 significanc Keywords: Corporate Image, BPRS Lantabur, Financial Performance Interpersonal Communication.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Qur'an never divides men and women as discriminating couples to the disadvantage of one party. But the differences referred to in the Qur'an are a mere distinctive distinction. With this latter nature, the above distinctions really are a mutual distinction, affecting and benefiting one another (mutualism). The offer of feminist interpretation is apparently not fully holistic in its application because it still views men and women in discriminatory positions. It can not be denied above, there are some interpretations of the feminism that provide new enlightenment but still need to be reconstructed again. Abstract

ABSTRACT In the context of leaders of educational institutions, should be distinguished from the leader in a company, given, the product and the appointment are different. Educational leaders have a focus on making people educated while corporate leaders have a focus on creating excellent products. Object is human versus goods. That is why the leader of the educational institution is not only related to can or not, competent or not, qualified or not, but there must be commitment that comes from the heart. Because that would be designed is his heart and then his mind. This paradigm is not much understood by some principals of Madrasahs in educational institutions. Abstract

ABSTRACT This Peper will describe how family violence (the smallest institution in society) disturbs and impedes daily activities in family life. This conflict can have an impact ranging from small scales such as separation of beds to even minor violence to the greatest impact of divorce and hostility between families of both sides. Departing from that, minimizing up to shifting the potential for conflict in a positive way seems to be necessary. One of the worthy re-glances of local wisdom (local wisdom), local wisdom is the values that live in society and followed by its members, and local wisdom is actually a development of the teachings of revelation or old values that have experienced Islamization. The practice of local wisdom and the teachings of Islam as the basis of conflict resolution have been practiced in the history of Islamic civilization. By minimizing the conflict from the family, it is expected to suppress the potential for greater conflict let alone threaten the security of nation and state. Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to know and analyze the influence of sharῑ'ah marketing characteristic in the decision to become shar'ah banking customer (research on student of Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta), where in marketing characteristic shar''ah consist of four indicators namely, theistic (rabbāniyah), ethical (akhlāqiyah), realistic (al-waqi'iyyah), and humanistic (al-insaniyah) that will be measured for influence on the decision to become a customer. The method used in this research using quantitative approach, the data used is the primary data by distributing questionnaires to a number of respondents who have taken into account the level of trust. Based on the results of data analysis that has been collected, it is evident that the characteristics of marketing sharῑ'ah influence in the decision to become sharῑ'ah banking customers (a research of students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta) is very weak, among four indicators of marketing characteristics sharῑ'ah above, ethical (akhlāqiyah) is the only one influencing the decision to become a sharῑ'ah banking customer. Abstract

ABSTACT Listening is one of four competencies in language. Heading competence should be mastered by students in learning Arabic. The use of instructional media certainly provides convenience for teachers to hear Arabic. Use of media in the lesson istima' is very important because the oral should be played first from the original Arabic. Istima' learning requires the use of audiovisual as a medium of learning. The use of this video will be greeted enthusiastically by the students. With the use of this video the students listen carefully which is contained in the video in the form of Arabic conversations. After the spectacle was over, the class was divided into two groups or more for content questioning that was watched earlier. It is concequences for SCL type. From the process, there arise communicative interaction between students so they will continue try to listen more Arabic communication via video and understand it well. Abstract

ABSTRACT Islamic education in Indonesia has been going on since the inclusion of Islam in Indonesia. In the early stages of Islamic Education begins, educational institutions have not been formed and available, seeing the beginning of the process of Islamic education that has not been systematic and emphasizes the process of da'wah carried out by preachers to their students, both personal and collective contacts. After the Muslim community was formed in an area, they began to build mosques. The mosque is functioned as a place of worship and education. The mosque is an Islamic educational institution that first appeared beside the house where the ulama or muballigh lived. After that other Islamic education institutions emerged, such as pesantren, surau, dayah. The name of the institution is different because it is influenced by differences in place, tradition and culture. But, even though the names are different, they have the same goal, namely as a process place in studying Islamic education. Furthermore, Islamic Education institutions continue to experience development in accordance with the discussions that occurred in Indonesia.
