Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper aims to describe the profile of thinking of MI students in solving fraction problems in terms of learning styles. In this paper the visual subject and subject of Audiotori are the same about how to understand the problem by reading the problem in a slow or loud voice as much as once or repeatedly, expressing the problem in their own words, repeating things that are known and explaining according to their own language, given other knowledge that has been it has or a concept that has been mastered to make a plan that is by adding it up and remembering the plan that has been made by raising the idea to start working on the problem of the problem given, make a plan that will be used in solving the problem by implementing the plan made, storing information that is by saying repetitive plans made and repeating the implementation of the plan. Abstract

ABSTRACT Education contributes greatly to the progress of a nation and is a vehicle for translating constitutional messages and means in building national character (character building). An intelligent society will give a smart nuance of life and will progressively form independence. Schools as one of the educational institutions which are an expansion of the individual's social environment for the development of social relations capabilities and at the same time are new environmental factors that are very challenging or even worrying for him. This is because the factors of the situation or circumstances that affect the learning process in students related to the students themselves, the state of learning, the learning process, teachers who provide lessons, friends learn and get along, as well as learning programs taken. Abstract

ABSTRACT There are three basic patterns that can be developed in coaching imtaq and national values in school. First, imtak guidance through religious education and nationality through Civics education, as we have seen so far. Programs like this certainly have many weaknesses, because religious teachers and PK teachers are only independent. Second, integrating the values of Islam and nationality in each subject, while still making the teacher of religion and PK as central to the formation of imtaq and nationality. Third, is to empower all potential teachers to jointly develop the values of imtaq and nationality through the learning process in each field of study. Abstract

ABSTRACT Mature religion on children who are in elementary or primary phase plays an important rule for their psychology development. This paper found out in theory that children have the ability to recognize what is called “religion” in their heart through their mind by having imagination and thinking logically. The needs of having religion for children are constracted internally by themselves and externally by their nvironment, family and culture. Children develop their religion maturity by three stages based on their age. It is started from age 0-12 year old which explains different development they have. Those stage of developments are related with their ability to be critical and with three kind of intellengences (IQ-SQ-EQ). Keywords: Mature Religion, Children, Development

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pola pembelajaran tradisional merupakan pola pembelajaran yang mudah diwarisi secara turun temurun dalam praktek pembelajaran di sekolah. Pola ini memang mudah dilaksanakan. Ciri utama pola pembelajaran ini adalah target penyelesaian pada buku ajar/ paket yang utama. Kenyataan ini membuat guru kurang memberdayakan kompetensi siswa, salah satunya adalah keterampilan sosial sebagai motor internal siswa dalam belajar. Keterampilan sosial teruji secara empiris mampu mendorong siswa berprestasi secara akademik dan sosial, oleh karena itu perlu kajian dalam pemilihan strategi pembelajaran yang mampu menumbuhkan keterampilan sosial. Kata Kunci: keterampilan sosial, strategi pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to figure out and describe choir learning on extracurricular activity in State Senior High School of Jember and to know supporting factors and inhibiting factors of choir extracurricular learning process in State Senior High School of Jember. The result of this research showed that choirn extracurricular learning in State Senior High School of Jember: (1) has the purpose to improve musical intelligence and sharpen the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of thestudents(2) the material of chir extracurricular learning in State Senior High School of Jember is devided into each voice group , such as sopran, altor, tenor and bass, (3) the used method in choir learning is vary, such as plus lecture method, demonstration method, and drill method, and (4) music learning evaluation in State Senior High School of Jember is open and able to motivate students to be more vigorous in exercise. The supporting factors of band learning in State Senior High School of Jember are interest and talent, motivation, infrastructure, school community and parents and the program. Abstract

Abstrak: Filsafat ilmu merupakan cabang ilmu filsafat yang lahir sekitar akhir abad ke-19 atau menjelang abad ke-20. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan yang mencapai puncaknya pada abad ke-19 di masa August Comte dan para penerusnya, yang cenderung menjadikan ukuran kebenaran ilmu pada tataran positivistik, menjadikan ilmu pengetahuan semakin terlepas dari asumsi dasar filsafatnya. Hal inilah yang mengilhami lahirnya filsafat ilmu yang pada gilirannya mempunyai posisi yang amat urgen (penting) dalam ilmu pengetahuan. Urgensi filsafat ilmu dapat dilihat dari peranannya sebagai mitra dialog yang kritis terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Filsafat ilmu juga mencoba memperkenalkan diskursus ilmu pengetahuan secara utuh-integral-integratif. Filsafat ilmu juga menegaskan nilai moral-aksiologis bagi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, dan masih banyak lagi. Pada intinya, filsafat ilmu dapat berdiri di tengah-tengah cabang ilmu pengetahuan sebagai pengontrol dan pengarah bagi penerapannya. Kata Kunci: Filsafat Ilmu dan Ilmu Pengetahuan

Abstract

Its role determines the succession of the process of administering education. Ignoring human resources is the same as making a death hole for educational institutions. It is on the basis of the urgency of human Resources that the concept and model of human Resources management emerge in educational institutions. In general, the concept can be categorized into two models. [1] human Resources as a person who has motivation, commitment and morality. Thus, the management efforts carried out must be in order to improve the overall personality above; [2] human Resources as a unified system in educational institutions. The efforts made by the manager are to build a system and a model that becomes a reference and performance guide for all human Resources. human Resources motivation is related to psychological drives that are influenced by two factors, namely internal and external, or intrinsic and extrinsic. Internal factors can be influenced by basic human needs as Maslow's theory. human Resources commitment is related to identification of feelings, participation and loyalty to the organization. So if you want to know someone's commitment then you can see their loyalty to the organization.
