Abstract

Today many educational institutions in Indonesia which is developing a superior education system, including institutions of Islamic education. Islamic schools or madrasah are the flagship of Islamic educational institutions that create superior organizational culture and climate and effective. This paper has produced a review and new view on the development of madrasah and Islamic schools of excellence. To develop the pre-eminent Islamic schools or madrasah, are needed: (1) carrying capacity of an effective and functional, such as a superior human resources, facilities and infrastructure (classrooms representative, libraries and laboratories), support facilities (boarding, mosque). (2) Careful planning and mature designed in accordance with the vision, mission and objectives of the institutional school, requires analyzing the needs of academic and institutional systems, and understand the geographical and cultural context. (3) Building a shared commitment, and build mind set collectively, always give priority to continuous innovation, and utilizing information technology as an effective learning resource. Keywords: Islamic schools flagship, carrying the school, SDM

Abstract

Until now still strong assumption in the wider community that says that "religion" and "science" are two entities that can not be reconciled. Both have their own territory, separated from one another, both in terms of material-formal objects, research methods, truth criteria, roles played by scientists as well as their theoretical status even to the institution of the organizers. That is a picture of education praxis and scientific activities and learning in the homeland so far with a variety of negative impacts caused by the wider community. To end the praxis of scientific dichotomy in the world of education, it is necessary to develop patterns or learning tips that are integrated in each type and level of educational institutions in Indonesia both formal and nonformal. The main key in implementing the development of scientific integration in this educational process lies in the competence of educators and curriculum, adequate facilities and infrastructure and management of educational institutions themselves.Keyword: Integrasi, Ilmu Agama dan Sain, Praksis Pendidikan.

Abstract

This paper is about the developmental theory of learners in the view of the West and Islam in the education holders of parents' trust, and as one of the implementers of Islamic education teachers are not only tasked to provide scientific education. The task of the teacher should be a continuation and synchronization with the parent's duties, which is also the task of educators in general, that is to provide a human-oriented education as a whole. It can be realized by making man as a human being, maintaining the nature of humanity, and maintain the fitrah that has been given by Allah SWT. Abstract

Pesantren educational institution is one of the containers, who participate in educating and participating in building the nation. Pondok pesantren who in p apply the principle hablum minallah (relationship with God), hablum minannas and hablum minalnas. The role of pesantren education is very strategic in preventing the existence of religious radicalism. Which is the phenomenon of radicalism that happened to lead to violence. the possibility of such events will continue to be a threat as well as a challenge for the world of boarding schools as well as challenges for the religions in Indonesia in general. Growing anti-violence religion with all the values of the wisdom of pesantren education, perhaps is an attempt to build anormative theological awareness as well as social consciousness,in which we live in a complex society with existing problems and plural society in terms of religion, culture, ethnicity of its various social diversity. Abstract

In the perspective of history, the religious and cultural system of Patani Malays in Southern Thailand have underground evolution development stages from animism and dynamism to Hinduism and Buddhism. This ‘’old’’ culture has been handed down into the traditions and values as well as the mindset of the present day life and culture of the Patani Malays. The arrival of Islam has brought chnges in the religious and cultural system of the Patani Malays. The Patani’s worldview was formerly based on the religious and cultural system of animism, dynamism, Hinduism, and Buddhism in the term of their customs and traditions. This study examines the process of inculturation of Islamic values into Patani malay’s culture in Southern Thailand. This study used a descriptive-analytical method and an historical-anthropological approach. This study researches the Patani malay’s religious system and culture as manifested in their everyday life and the dynamic relationship of Islamic values and local culture. In so doing, the study can describe and analyze the development of Islamic Values and Patani Malay’s culture have eventually facilitated the process of its inculturation into Patani Malay’s religious system and culture.Keywords: The religious systems, Islamic values, culture, inculturation.

Abstract

The books of fiqh discussed the concept of ih}da>d applies only to the wife who was left to die by her husband with the same period `iddah death, i.e. four (4) months in ten (10) days. It is inversely proportional to the concept of ih}da>d that apply in Article 170 paragraph (2) the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) which establishes the obligation of mourning for her husband who was left to die by his wife with time according to propriety. Following the truth of the theory in coherence (the truth on the basis of the consistency argument), then in Article 170 paragraph (2) is provision to the same as subsection (1), i.e. ih}da>d both make law had to be done, even though  by the wife and husband. The differences concept ,the researchers eventually focused on two aspects of the problem, namely: (1) What is the reason of shar`iy used in the determination of the ih}da>d for husband in Article 170 paragraph (2) the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI)?, (2) How perspective maqa>s}id al-shari>’ah to the ih}da>d for husband in the Article 170 paragraph (2) the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI)?. The researcher of this articel belongs to the normative research. While the views from the data collection which has been examined, the research belongs to library research (study library). Primary and Secondary data were analyzed by using descriptive analytic method, that describes the whole theory about maqa>s}id al-shari>`ah which used to analyze the datas of the husband who has ih}da>d. While the approach in analyzing the data by using a statutory approach (statute approach). There are two research results. The first, shar`iy used to determine of the ih}da>d for husband in Article 170 paragraph (2) the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) are the norms of Islamic law, both rule in us}uliyah or the rule of fiqhiyah. The second, ih}da>d for the husband in Article 170 paragraph (2) the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) in the perspective of maqa>s}id al-shari>`ah has been in accordance with universal values of shara` is jalb al-mas}a>lih wa dar’ al-mafa>sid (brought good and resist damage). The category of maqa>s}id, the provisions of this article are included in the categories of al-d{aru>riyya>t, especially h{ifz} al-‘ird i.e. the imposition of religious law in order to guarantee and maintain the honor.  Keywords: Ih}da>d, Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), Maqa>s}id al-Shari>`ah.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn the history of Pesantren is growing and the number reaches thousands.According to the report book released by the Ministry of Religious Affairs in1982, the number of pesantren in Indonesia was recorded at 4,890 pieces. In thespan of 22 years later (between 1982 and 2004), the number of Pesantren hasincreased in line with the establishment of pesantren in various corners of thecountry, especially during the current order of reform.
