Abstract

The quality of nursing care can be drawn from the documentation of nursing care. Nursing care documentation incomplete can degrade the quality of nursing services because it can’t identify the extent to which the success rate of nursing care given. It becomes of performance of nurses. Nurses in performing their duties are also influenced by the ability of the managerial functions of the head nurse that affects the performance of nurses. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the head nurse managerial functions and the factors that affect the performance of nurses with documentation quality of nursing care in inpatient Pariaman Hospitals . The Study using analiytical descriptive  design with cross sectional approach. Samples were 86 nurses with proportional random technique sampling. The  result research showed that planning function, organizing function, directing function, monitoring function, controlling function  majority is good, the average age of nurses 31,5 years, the average life of 4,5 years, most of the employment status of civil servants and education level of nurses majority diploma nursing,organizational factors (rewards) majority is good, psychological factors (attitude, motivation majority is good). The statistical test result correlation between the function of directing the quality of nursing care documentation  (p value = 0.042). Suggestions for head of nursing revised Nursing Care Standards, assessing the performance of nurses regarding documentation of nursing care on a regular basis using an assessment instrument and the implementation of training related to nursing care documentation appropriate standard built by experts and professionals.

Abstract

Introduction: Patient Satisfaction Is Related To The Quality Of Hospital Services. Satisfaction Is One Indicator Of Whether Or Not A Service Is Good And One Of The Consequences Of Low Satisfaction Can Be Seen From The Number Of Patient Visits To A Local Hospital. The Purpose Of The Study Was To Determine The Differences In Patient Satisfaction With The Quality Of Nursing Services In Hospitals In The City Of Padang. Method: The Design Of This Study Using Comparative Studies Was Carried Out. The Sample In This Study Amounted To 150 People, With A Quota Sampling Technique. Results: Of The Three Hospitals Obtained For R Hospital, A Small Percentage (24%) Of 12 Respondents Said They Were Satisfied. Y Hospital Is Small (10%) 5 Respondents Said They Were Satisfied. A Small Hospital (10%) 5 Respondents Said They Were Satisfied. The Statistical Test Results Obtained P-Value = 0,000 <0,05 Ho Was Rejected, Then There Were Differences In Satisfaction With The Quality Of Nursing Services In The Three Hospitals In The City Of Padang. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the experience of families caring for auditory hallucinations in Jambi Mental Hospital. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive phenomenological study. Participants in this study were nuclear family members who cared for their families suffering from auditory hallucinations that had been selected according to predetermined criteria, totaling 7 participants. The sampling method was purposive sampling with Colaizzi method data analysis. Test data using credibility with member check, transferability, dependability, confirmation. Abstract

The solitory custom community of Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) is one of group society whose life are depend to the natural researches in the forest. It is needed an effort to provide service in order to meet their needed, especially health care service for improving their quality of life in the solitary custom Community of Suku Anak Dalam.  This research was conducted in order to know about the persepsion of SAD society towards Health Care Service in the Working Area of Puskesmas Pematang Kabau. This research was conducted on Januari until February 2017 for the purpose of getting understanding about persepsion of solitary custom Community of Suku Anak Dalam towards health care service, the number of participants were 15 people. This is qualitative research with purposive sampling method. The research instruments were indepth interview and interview guide. The result of the research analyzed by using Colaizzi Technique. The finding of the research showed five themes:  the reason of SAD Society in terms of receiving care service. Secondly, the respond of SAD society, thirdly, about the changing and the impact of SAD society. Fourth, the meaning of health care service to SAD society. And fifth the experience of SAD society towards health and service.SAD society gave respond about perception or possitive support towards Health Care Service.

Abstract

The high incidence of heart disease that causes deaths in the world is caused by IMA. This disease ranks third in the cause of death in developing countries. The initial mortality rate (30 days) in IMA is 30%, with more than half of deaths occurring before the patient reaches the hospital. Based on data from RSUD Sungai Dareh in 2018, there were 108 people suffering from heart disease, and as many as 43 people suffered from acute myocardial infarction. The purpose of this study was to determine lifestyle factors related to the incidence of heart disease in Sungai Dareh Hospital. The research method used is descriptive analytical design with cross sectionnal study. The number of samples of 52 people with sampling was done by accidental sampling technique. The results of this researcher were obtained, almost half 15 (28.8%) of respondents were moderate smokers. Most of the 30 (57.7%) respondents consumed foods that were at risk. And most of the respondents experienced IMA heart disease as many as 34 people (65.4%). While the results of the chi-square statistical test obtained a significance value of 5% (0.05), obtained smoking (p-value = 0,000), food (p-value = 0,000). So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between smoking and food with the incidence of heart disease in the Interne and Poly Room Interne at Sungai Dareh Hospital. It is expected that respondents always control blood pressure and pay attention to food and avoid smoking that causes heart disease.

Abstract

Implementation of Expert System Diagnosis of motorcycle engine damage is a solution of motorcycle service at AHASS 00955 Mitra Perdana, Expert System is a system that is related to the knowledge possessed by experts and technology users to solve a problem. This article, discusses the design of decision-making applications that have an important role in the process of diagnosing motor engine damage. Because the system is currently running the user only hands over the motorcycle to the technician. The use of computer-based artificial intelligence can be a solution to problems in structured decision making. The design of this expert system is designed using the forward tracking inference method and is designed in the form of a website to facilitate users in using it.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the differences in mathematics retention of grade V Primary school between students who were taught using guided discovery learning model and inquiry learning model. The method in this study was a quasy experimnetal method. The population in this study was all students in grade V at SDN Pongangan and SDN Sukomulyo in 2018/2019 academic year which in total were 202 students. Samples were selected by purposive random sampling. The sample was divided into two group which are experiment 1 and experiment 2. The instrument used to collect mathematics retention data was a written test. The Data was analysed using descriptive statistic analysis and t-test. The results of data analysis at 0,05 significance level and df = 130 showed that t-count (2,276) > t-tabel (1,978) and also p-value (2-tailed) 0,024 < 0,05. So, it mean that there was a significant difference in mathematics retention between students who were taught using guided discovery learning model and inquiry learning model.

Abstract

Antenatal care or antenatal care is a planned program that is observation, education and medical treatment for pregnant women, to obtain a safe and satisfying pregnancy and childbirth process. The indicator used to assess the access of pregnant women to antenatal care is K1 direction (first visit) is the contact of pregnant women to health workers and K4 (perspective visit) is 4 or more times contact with health workers. From the data of the Padang City Health Office, it was found that the Air Tawar Puskesmas with this low level was caused by various factors. The purpose of this study was to determine factors related to the use of antenatal services. This type of research is a quantitative study with cross sectional study design with 110 respondents of third trimester pregnant women with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed univariate, bivariate with Chi squre test. From the research results obtained from the five factors studied, it was found that the factors related to the use of antenatal services in freshwater health centers were access or distance with pvalue 0.009 = OR 21.676), service availability factors with a p value of 0.001 = OR 9.293, the role factor midwives with a p value of 0.001 = OR 12.302, while the family income factor, disease complaints obtained results have nothing to do with the use of antenatal services. The author's suggestion is that there is a need for good coordination with the Independent Practice Midwife (BPM), revitalize puskesmas to more strategic places and improve better facilities, improve accessibility that can be minimized, strive to reach pregnant women, especially for accessibility that is less affordable.

Abstract

Describing the public relations strategy in carrying out activities to receive new students in SMA 7 Merangin is the purpose of this study, as well as about the factors and constraints when conducting socialization of the acceptance of new students. The nature of this research is qualitative research using case study research. The object of research is Merangin 7 Public High School with the Principal and Deputy Principal, especially in the field of Public Relations, as well as representatives of students of class X, XI, XII as the subjects of this study. Retrieval of data using observation techniques, interviewing, and documenting which is then followed by reducing the data that has been obtained following the presentation and verification so that conclusions can finally be drawn. In addition, the Triangulation technique is also used to test the validity of the data that has been obtained from this study. As for the results of this study: (1) the Public Relations Program of Merangin 7 Public High School has been well structured, but there is no surefire strategy in accepting new students; (2) Techniques in implementing the school public relations management strategy, namely school publications through the installation of banners / billboards, outreach, and through social media; (3) The implementation of the Public Relations 7 Merangin Public Relations management strategy has not been fully achieved, there are strategies that are not implemented, namely socialization; (4) The limiting factors are time and lack of human resources and the background of the school which was originally a private school

Abstract

Based on health profile of Jambi Province (2015)  NLC coverage by health worker in Merangin district health has not reached the target. It shows the macro performance of midwives in the village is not optimal. Some factors related to the performance of a healthcare worker in providing health services are: Individual variables, psychological variables and organizational variables. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors determinant of the performance of midwives in the implementation of  in Merangin year 2018.This type of research is analytic observation with cross sectional approach, this research has been conducted in the work area of Merangin District Health Office February until August 2019, with the population of all midwives in the district Merangin as much as 608 people. The number of samples was 83 people taken with simple random sampling technique. Bivariate analysis using Chi Square test and multivariate analysis using binary logistic regression. The results of the study there was a level of knowledge relationship (p= 0,000; OR:10,879; 95 % CI;3,832-30,8850) and the experience of midwives (p= 0,000; OR:10,879; 95 % CI;3,832-30,8850) with the performance of midwives in the implementation of the NLC, no perceptual relationship about the award (P = 0,991), attitude (P = 0,351), perception of the NLC equipment (p = 0,261), Midwives  Training (0,660) with the performance of midwives in the implementation of  NLC in Merangin Regency and the most influential factor with the performance of midwives in the implementation of NLC in Merangin District namely the level of knowledge of. Advised to the midwives more update information about the NLC to improve the knowledge of midwives in the NLC.
