Abstract

This study aims to determine the moderating effect of governance on the relationship between innovation and the performance of MSMEs in the Jambi Batik business. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to 103 respondents consisting of Jambi batik business actors, then analyzed through 2 (two) stages, namely simple regression and MRA (moderated regression analysis). The results of this study conclude that there is an influence of innovation and governance variables on MSME performance. However, the governance variable has not been able to moderate the influence of innovation variables on the performance of Jambi Batik MSMEs. This is due to the still low awareness of business owners towards governance so that it has not run well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the most effective type and dosage of nitrogen fertilizer in cocoa nurseries and to evaluate the level of nitrogen absorption by cocoa seedlings with various types and dosages of nitrogen fertilizer. This study was conducted at the Experimental House of the Plantation Crop Cultivation Study Program, Pontianak State Polytechnic. The method used was a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK). The experiment consisted of 10 treatments, each repeated 3 (three) times, resulting in a total of 30 experimental units. Each unit consisted of two plants, resulting in a total of 60 plants. The parameters observed in this study included plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, and nitrogen absorption. The type and dosage of nitrogen fertilizer significantly affected plant height, leaf area, and nitrogen absorption. The highest nitrogen absorption rate in cocoa plants was obtained with nitrate fertilizer at a dose of 2.07 g N, resulting in an absorption value of 10.51%. Urea, ZA, and Calcium Nitrate fertilizers at a dose of 1.38 g N were found to be the most effective and recommended, as the use of smaller amounts of fertilizers produced results that were not significantly different compared to the use of Urea, ZA, and Calcium Nitrate at a dose of 2.07 g N.

Abstract

Tumor phyllodes (PT) adalah neoplasma payudara fibroepitel langka, yang merupakan kurang dari 1% dari semua keganasan payudara. Tumor phyllodes (PT) diklasifikasikan menjadi jinak, borderline, atau ganas berdasarkan karakteristik histologis. Tumor phyllodes (PT) ganas sering muncul sebagai massa yang tumbuh cepat dan tidak menimbulkan rasa sakit yang dapat menyebabkan perubahan kulit yang terlihat. Penelitian ini mengangkat kasus pada seorang wanita berusia 46 tahun menunjukkan massa yang menyakitkan dan tumbuh cepat di payudara kanan, berukuran sekitar 20×20cm, dengan ulserasi kulit dan perdarahan. Temuan ultrasonografi dan histologis menunjukkan bahwa wanita tersebut sebagai pasien terkena tumor phyllodes ganas. Pasien tersebut harus menjalani mastektomi radikal, termasuk pengangkatan tumor, jaringan payudara, dan kelenjar getah bening yang terkena, sambil mempertahankan struktur anatomi yang kritis. Tumor phyllodes (PT) ganas adalah tumor agresif yang membutuhkan eksisi luas untuk mencapai kontrol lokal yang optimal. Kasus ini menyoroti tantangan mendiagnosis dan mengelola PT besar dan menggarisbawahi pentingnya evaluasi histologis menyeluruh. Peran terapi adjuvan seperti radioterapi dan kemoterapi masih belum pasti tetapi dapat dipertimbangkan dalam kasus tertentu.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the financial performance of PT Mayora Indah Tbk through the Economic Value Added (EVA) method during the period 2020 to 2024. EVA is employed as an alternative metric to measure the extent to which the company creates value for its shareholders after accounting for the cost of capital. Using a quantitative-descriptive approach and secondary data from annual financial reports, the study finds that PT Mayora Indah Tbk consistently generated positive EVA values over the five-year period, indicating strong value creation. Moreover, the company's sustainability initiatives—such as emissions reduction and resource efficiency—support its long-term performance. These findings affirm the strategic alignment between financial management and sustainability practices.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the role of persuasive communication of live streamer TikTok account @avoskinbeauty in increasing Avoskin's direct selling. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study, involving in-depth interviews with live streamers and live streaming coordinator, as well as analysis on the content of the live streaming session. The AIDDA theory (Attention, Interest, Desire, Decision, Action) was applied as an analytical framework. The results showed that direct selling on the live streaming of the TikTok @avoskinbeauty account for the period February 15, 2025 - February 28, 2025 experienced significant fluctuations due to influence of several factors such as big campaigns, discount subsidies, flash sales, and persuasive communication skills of live streamers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mineralogical characteristics, texture, structure of sandstone, and examine the origin of the sediments that form the rocks. The methods used in this study include direct observation in the field to determine the characteristics of sandstone starting from color, grain size and texture. Then a microscopic analysis was carried out to identify constituent minerals such as quartz, feldspar and lithics which were then classified using the QFL (Quartz, Feldspar, Lithic fragments) diagram which was then used to determine the origin of the sedimentary material. The results of the provenance analysis show that the sandstone in the Gumai formation contains various mineral compositions. Based on the classification of the tectonic order of the original rocks, the sandstone of the Gumai formation comes from a magmatic arc and recycled orogen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of education, training, and compensation on the performance of State Civil Apparatus (CSA) with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with path analysis. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 76 respondents who are active SCA in the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The results show that education, training, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the motivation and performance of SCA at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. However, the motivation variable is unable to strengthen or weaken the influence of the education, training, and compensation variables on SCA performance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, West Tanjung Jabung Regency.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a crucial strategic approach for managing a company's interactions with customers to foster long-term loyalty. This study is a systematic literature review of recent studies from 2020 to 2024 that examine the relationship between CRM and customer loyalty. It maps the study's position within the existing literature. The results indicate that CRM contributes significantly to customer loyalty by increasing satisfaction and trust. However, there is variation in the influence of CRM components. The study also reveals that most studies focus more on the direct relationship between CRM and loyalty, exploring intervening factors and customer dynamics within the digital ecosystem.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of slow deep breathing therapy on the level of asthma control at Puskesmas 23 Ilir Palembang. The research method used was a quasi experiment, with a one group pre-test - post-test design on a sample of 30 respondents. The results of this study found that there was an effect on the level of asthma control before and after slow deep breathing therapy at Puskesmas 23 Ilir Palembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence medical waste management in the Inpatient Unit of the Colonel Abundjani Bangko Regional General Hospital (RSU) in 2024 with a sample of 62 officers selected using the proportional random sampling method. The research method used a cross-sectional research design and the research variables were knowledge, attitudes and availability of facilities. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and analysis used the chi-square statistical test. The results showed that statistically only the availability of facilities for officers was associated with medical waste management efforts. Meanwhile, the knowledge and attitude variables for officers were not associated with medical waste management efforts in the Inpatient Unit of the Colonel Abundjani Bangko Regional General Hospital in 2024.
