Abstract

This study aims to determine how the characteristics of rubber farmers in Sei Jerat Sub-Village and analyze how the income of rubber farmers in Sei Jerat Sub-Village. The type of data collected is questionnaire data and direct interviews to the field. The population in this study was the community in Sei Jerat Hamlet with a total of 544 people. Determination of the sample is done using Random Sampling as many as 80 respondents who have a rubber plantation farming business. The results of the research from 80 people the number of respondents the average farm income per person is Rp 24,141,120 / year with total fixed and non-fixed costs of Rp 5,475,181 / person / year then the total income per person is Rp 18,683,939 / year and the average income per person is Rp 1,557,078 / month rubber farming income in the research location is lower than the minimum wage of Jambi Province.

Abstract

This research aims to answer how employee organizational communication at PT. Nusantara Network Proxy Batam Region. This research uses organizational communication theory and communication effectiveness theory. Then the research method used is descriptive qualitative with secondary data collection techniques supported by observation and interview techniques. The research results show that employee organizational communication at PT. The Nusantara Network Proxy for the Batam Region shows an egalitarian pattern. This is influenced by individual factors including region, educational background, culture and others, as well as external factors, namely work environment, friendship cycle, mastery of social media and others. This condition affects organizational communication structurally, either vertically, namely communication between strata/positions or horizontally, namely communication between employees in the same job position.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic brought multi-sector changes in Indonesia not only in the fields of education and the economy, but also affected the democratic system in Indonesia in the implementation of the simultaneous Pilkada which was planned to be held in September 2020 postponed for up to 3 months. By continuing to carry out the Pilkada it was proven that the organizer, namely the KPU, issued regulations regarding campaigns during the Covid-19 pandemic so as not to trigger new clusters, which in the end made the candidates, including Idris-Imam, consider his marketing strategy so that he could win the contest that took place in Depok City. The aim of this paper is to describe the marketing strategy for the 2020 Depok Mayor and Deputy Mayor elections, this is interesting to review because of its implementation in the Covid-19 era. This study used a qualitative method whose analysis used descriptive data whose data were obtained from informants from the Idris-Imam winning team, members of the social media division and members of the winning team, while also using a number of articles or documents related to this paper. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy used by Idris-Imam follows the marketing concept of Nursal (2004): 1) Push Marketing, in marketing Idris-Imam interacts directly with the public from door to door by applying applicable rules, 2) Pull Marketing, the covid-19 pandemic is not an obstacle for Idris-Imam optimizes many social media platforms to disseminate its activities to gain public attention, 3) Pass Marketing, in marketing cooperates with religious figures and influencers to gain support to strengthen Idris-Imam reputation in public.

Abstract

This interpersonal communication plays an important role in the daily interactions between nurses and their patients. The role of the nurse is very influential on the conditions of those with mental disabilities who are being rehabilitated. The most effective interpersonal communication used by nurses in approaching patients with mental disabilities at the Phala Martha Sukabumi Center. This research is to find out the nurse's interpersonal communication between patients with mental disabilities at the Phala Martha Sukabumi Center. This research found that at the stage of social penetration theory is an effective exchange of various information exchanges as well as in Social Penetration activities. This primary data was obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. This research method uses a qualitative research method that examines the condition of an object. The results showed that the Interpersonal Communication of Nurses in patients with Mental Disabilities at the Phala Martha Sukabumi Center established good communication relationships. Communication between nurses and patients with mental disabilities is an interpersonal approach. With this stage of the nurse's approach to building a relationship of mutual trust is one of opening patients to be open to nurses, and a supportive attitude by providing positive encouragement for patients who are relapsed during rehabilitation.

Abstract

General anesthesia is used to facilitate surgery by providing hypnotic effects, analgesic effects, and muscle relaxation effects. To provide an adequate hypnotic, analgesia and relaxation effect, an adequate dose is needed. The time to recover consciousness after anesthesia is determined by the volume of fluid in the body, drug metabolism, half-life of the drug, age, and pre-anesthesia status. Murottal Al-Qur'an is a non-pharmacological therapy that can reduce stress hormones, increase feelings of relaxation, divert feelings of fear, improve the body's chemical balance thereby reducing hemodynamics. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of murottal Al-Qur'an on the dose of general anesthesia and the time to recover consciously in surgical patients at Ibnu Sina Hospital, Makassar. The research method is cross sectional with a quantitative approach. Each group measured the level of sedation using a Ramsay score of 3 or 4, then calculated the time to recover consciousness. The control group was given 1 mg ± 2 mg midazolam until they reached a Ramsay score of 3 or 4, the treatment group was given Al-Qur'an murottal and 1 mg ± 2 mg midazolam until they reached a Ramsay score of 3 or 4. So the time to recover consciousness and the onset of sedation was fast. These results show the influence of murottal Al-Qur'an on the dose of general anesthesia and the time to recover consciousness in surgical patients at Ibnu Sina Hospital Makassar.

Abstract

The Indonesian Health Demographic Survey (SDKI 2017) stated that 80% of women and 84% of men claimed to have dated. Among women and men who had had premarital sexual intercourse 59% of women and 74% of men reported starting sexual intercourse for the first time at the age of 15-19 years. The highest percentage occurred at the age of 17 years as much as 19%. Among adolescents who have had sexual intercourse, 12% of women have experienced an unwanted pregnancy. Adolescence is a stage between childhood and adulthood. Premarital sex behavior in adolescents is any desire-driven adolescent behavior with both the opposite sex and the same sex that was carried out before the existence of an official relationship as a husband and wife. Some of the factors that influence sexual behavior in adolescents include developmental factors, external factors, societal factors and behavioral factors of adolescents themselves. This study uses an analytical descriptive research design with a cross section method. The sample in this study was 76 people taken with the total sampling technique. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Bustanul Ulum Tanjung Jabung Timur. The data will be analyzed univariately and bivariately using chi square statistical tests. The results of this study showed that most respondents had good knowledge, had a positive attitude, had a moderate parental role, had moderate peers and had non-risky premarital sexual behavior as many as 45 respondents (59.2%). There is no knowledge relationship with premarital sexual behavior with a value of p=0.799. There is an attitudinal relationship (p=0.046), parental role (p=0.002) and peers (p=0.000) with premarital sexual behavior. The results of this study show that the factors that influence adolescent premarital sexual behavior include attitudes, the role of parents and peers. While the factor that does not affect is knowledge.

Abstract

Improvement and public demand for effective, efficient and satisfying public services from government employees as public services are increasingly popular. This is related to the development of needs, desires and expectations of the community which continues to grow and is increasingly up-to-date. In Government Regulation No. 18 of 2018 concerning Sub-districts, the sub-district government is obliged to provide guidance to every member of the community in order to realize the tasks of regional autonomy as they should have been stipulated in the regulations and in implementing their duties and functions. Organizations really need public services in the fields of government, development, and society. This study aims to determine and analyze the quality of public services in the Pasirwangi district of Garut City. This study uses qualitative research methods in a way that describes synergistic problems when the research is carried out. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documents. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets, interview sheets, and structured documentation made by the researchers themselves. the level of timeliness and service strategy is quite good so that people are quite enthusiastic in using public services.

Abstract

The aim of study aimed to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and job stress on performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on Bank Jatim Pacitan branch employees. The method used in this study is quantitative, emphasizing its analysis of numerical data (numbers) processed by statistical methods. Data in the form of numbers in this study were obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires, namely surveys conducted by collecting information using questionnaires by distributing questionnaires, tests, structured interviews, and so on. Based on the processing of the variable test shows that job satisfaction has a positive effect on OCB and employee performance. Job stress variable hurts OCB and employee performance. And the OCB variable can mediate this research so that it produces significant results. This shows that the employees of the Pacitan Branch of Bank Jatim have good employee performance and a supportive environment. Thus, forming OCB. The attitude of mutual help among employees is very strong so that the target of the Pacitan Branch of the Bank Jatim company is achieved. Following the conditions in the field, the target of the Bank Jatim Pacitan Branch was achieved by more than 100%. This research contributes to improving the performance of company employees and offers solutions that can be used to increase employee productivity.

Abstract

Online-based transportation is rife amidst the condition of the public transportation system in urban areas and in the City of Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, which needs to be better organized. Offering high flexibility and accessibility, affordable costs, multilevel comfort, and even security guaranteed by the company, it is undeniable that people who need to make a switch move under the pretext of consumer freedom to choose better. Social jealousy cannot be contained, especially for conventional transportation (Angkot) already operating. Gradually the number of online-based transport fleets is increasing, and of course, it affects the income of Angkot drivers. Therefore, reviewing the performance from the passengers' perspective tries to see to what extent the Angkot can meet expectations. The analysis used the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). In addition, the statistic tests whether public transportation drivers have decreased income due to the increasing prevalence of online-based transportation. Respondents of public transportation passengers (users) were 400 people and 91 public transportation drivers. The results show that Online Transportation's presence hurts public transportation drivers' income levels. A decrease in the level of income of the drivers indicates this difference. The average daily income before online transportation was Rp. 151,000 - Rp. 200,000 and Rp. 51,000 - Rp. 100,000 after. On the other hand, for users, the results of the CSI analysis show that the Fare Variable is considered Satisfied for the user. At the same time, Safety, Comfort, Regularity, Smoothness, and Accuracy are rated Normal/Neutral. The Dissatisfied Variables are Safety and Pollution. In the IPA analysis, seven attributes are in Quadrant II, which means that users rate public transportation as 'Keep Up The Good Work', and six attributes are in Quadrant I, which means they need serious attention and 'improvement'. While the other 16 attributes are in quadrants III and IV, namely 'Low Priority' and 'Possible Overkill'.
