The Background of this researches are to know the development of working capital and operating profit in the automotive industry in 2010-2014 and to measure the impact of Net Working Capital to Operating Profit in the automotive industry the period 2010-2014. Net Working Capital is an analysis of the interrelations between the current assets by current liabilities. Working capital is also called short-term financial management. In a broad perspective, the short-term financial management is the company's efforts to make adjustments to changes in short-term finance; Companies must respond quickly and effectively, operating income is a measure of corporate profits derived from operating activities are still ongoing. The automotive industry is to design, develop, produce, market, and sell the world.In motor vehicles in 2007, more than 73 million motor vehicles, including cars and commercial vehicles manufactured worldwide, In the automotive industry, there are 18 companies consisting of: PT. The research using descriptive method and uses a simple linear analysis using SPSS 23.0. This research aims to do analysis organoleptik of fish sausage processed sea water and freshwater fish in order to diversify fisheries results processing. This experimentwas performed experimentally using a complete Randomized Design (RAL), with 5 (five) factors of the treatment are: S1 = sausage from fish catfish; S2 = sausage fromcatfish; S3 = sausage from the shrimp; S4 = sausage from tunaS5 = sausage from sardinesFrom the analysis results and test DNMRT exhibit organoleptik flavor, aroma, texture, color, and Favorites on fish sausage processed sea water and fresh water differ markedly from each other. The objective of this research is to obtain information on the effect of working environment, job Characteristic and job motivation to job satisfaction. The population of this research is the Lecture Jambi University. The total number of the research sample was 273 Official Member of Lecture Jambi University and they were taken randomly. Data analysis technique was used path analisys with SPSS and LISREL program.The formulation of this research are: 1) Is the work environment (X1) directly influence the work motivation (X3),2) Is the work environment (X1) directly influence job satisfaction (Y), 3) Is the Job Characteristics (X2) directly influence the work motivation (X3), 4) Is the Job Characteristics (X2) directly influence job satisfaction (Y), 5) Is the work motivation (X3) directly influence job satisfaction (Y) 6). Is the work environment (X1) indirect effect on job satisfaction (Y) but the first direct effect on work motivation (X3) 7). Is the Job Characteristics (X2) indirect effect on job satisfaction (Y) but the first direct effect on work motivation (X3).Based on the above formula, it can be presumed that that job satisfaction can be explained by the variable work motivation, job characteristics, and work environment.Keywords : working environment, job characteristic And job motivation to job satisfaction

In this study using survey method, survey method is a method of research that takes a sample from a population and a questionnaire as data collection tools and information that is relevant to the problem dieliti. The purpose of this study is as follows: To analyze the effect of brand image, product quality, and consumer decision to buy a Toyota Avanza at. Agung Automall Branch Jambi. To maganalisispengaruh brand image and product quality affect consumer decisions membelimobil Toyota Avanza at. Agung Automall Branch Jambi. In this study using survey method, survey method is a method of research that takes a sample from a population and a questionnaire as data collection tools and information that is relevant to the problem under study.Based on the results of multiple linear regression brand image (X1) of 0.047 states that each additional 1% of the value of X1 will increase consumer purchasing decisions (Y) of 04.7%. Based on the test results obtained partial degrees of freedom (df) = 97, α of 0.05 with the criterion for the consumer's decision to buy is: 0.680 t <t table 1.985, so the statement the second hypothesis H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means the partial image of the brand does not affect the consumer's decision to buy. Based on the analysis of determination obtained results koefisiendeterminasi R2 value (R Square) 0.69, in other words the image of the brand (X1) and product quality (X2) jointly influence the consumer's decision to buy (Y) is equal to 69.1%, while the remaining 30.9% were caused by other factors beyond the variables studied. And based upon a simultaneous test (F test) results obtained f values calculated 105.984 at the significance level of 5% (0.000 <0.05) was obtained 3.09 f table. Value of F 105.984> f table 3.09, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that it can be said that seluruhvariabel brand image and product quality jointly influence the consumer decision to buy the product at PT Toyota Avanza. Issues regarding trade secrets is very urgent in the field of smoothness and continuity of a business. Maintaining confidentiality of information must be done by the owner of confidential information by performing the steps appropriate and inappropriate. This means that all the steps that includes measures of fairness, decency, and propriety that must be done. Maintenance is usually confidential relations between workers and employers who are owners of trade secrets. In the work environment needs to be regulated company procedures that can ensure the confidentiality of information. It should be clearly and firmly regulated also in the company regulations regarding the party responsible for the information confidential. The research was conducted inthepineapple agro-based Tangkit Baru, JambiCity could”CV. Tuli Mario”. It was held to analyze the impact of industry package onthe selling product of this agroindustry.The Chi-Square Testwas applyied as an instrument in this research.The result of the researchshowedthatthere was significantly distinguish of the numbers of the selling product on this pineapple agro-based Industry despite of the packaging become different. The average number of selling product was indicated decrease from 1.003 units go down by 731 units. It was likely caused by the preferencychanging of the costumers. Everyone might agree with the statement ‘learning is an activity that starts at birth and can be expected to continue for a lifetime’. In learning, children are not a miniature of adult, they have their own world, means that they do not learn things exactly the same way adults do. More specifically, children have their own culture and learning preferences. That is, children learn by way of physical activities (i.e., hands on experiences) in the context of doing things embedded in their daily lives, both individually and socially. Total Physical Response-Storytelling (TPR-S) provides other benefits over traditional approaches to foreign language teaching. Through consistent and comprehensible exposure to grammatically-correct language, students develop an "ear" for language. By allowing students to proceed with natural language acquisition, fluency is promoted. This article describes some theories of how children learn foreign language and how TPR-S can be used as one of effective technique in teaching foreign language to children. Motorcycle taxi is one of the areas of employment in the informal sector paratransit mode operating in Indonesia. Paratransit term applies to a small passenger vehicle that operates by pulling unofficial costs, and serve a number of places as an alternative to regular bus transportation service. Paratransit operates in the environment variable - fixed space (Jitney), or space-time variables fixed or variable - time range (taxi rides - including a motorcycle taxi call therein). Motorcycles motorcycle to be one type of transportation service is effective because it can be used any time, the service is quite extensive and relatively low cost. Motorcycle taxi is also a major transport for those living in the suburbs or in rural areas therefore transportation paratransit taxi.In this study, the income of a motorcycle in the district of the city of Jambi east jambi influenced by two variables, number of passengers and number of hours of work. Motorcycles motorcycle to be one type of transportation service is effective because it can be used any time, the service is quite extensive and relatively low cost. Motorcycle taxi is also a major transport for those living in the suburbs or in rural areas therefore transportation paratransit taxi.This study uses primary data analyzed by the method of observation to have data on the influence of the number of passengers and hours worked on a motorcycle revenue, In this study the entire study population is a motorcycle that is in the Eastern District Jambi city of Jambi , that as many as 743 people.The conclusion from this study showed variable X1 (number of passengers) and X2 (hours worked) can explain the changes in a motorcycle revenue by 54% and the number of passengers (X1) and hours worked (X2) is very significant effect on earnings handyman motorcycles with the F value is calculated 57 291 is greater than F-table value of 19.2. If the number of passengers increases a person then the income of Rp taxi ride. 7202.185, and if the hours worked increased 1 hour then a motorcycle revenue will increase by Rp. 2535, 868. Thus, to encourage increased motorcycle taxi driver in District of income East Jambi Jambi City should encourage an increase in the number of passengers with a better service strategy and condition of the vehicle a more vibrant.Keyword : Passengers, Hours of Work, Income

The need to develop models of learning dance at school Teacher Education students (PGSD) due to the learning model used has not been optimally achieve the expected learning. The results of discussions with the students explained that the measures were implemented learning model can not push the imagination to express motions creatively, students tend to imitate because there is no practical guidelines that help in creative expression. Based on this, is necessary to develop a creative dance learning model to address learning problems PGSD dance students. Referring to the theories put forward, component design study model for PGSD dance which will be developed using: 1) a creative approach, 2) exploratory methods, and 3) the assignment technique, improvisation, and teamwork. This design is called "design of this model dance creative to PGSD" with the stage (syntax) models: a) Prapembelajaran, b) Phase 1: Observation of the stimulus, c) Phase 2: Exploration of motion, d) Phase 3: Improvisation motion in group , e) Phase 4: Preparation of dance movement, f) Phase 5: Presentation of the group, g) Post-learning. The development of creative dance learning model will be able to encourage the creativity of expression and processing of student imagination in producing forms or creations dance and skilled in expressing it.Keywords: learning model, dance practice, ability
