Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the feasibility of producing environmentally friendly briquettes using organic waste and coconut shells as the main ingredients. 3 (three) briquette compositions, including: (1) 25% organic waste, equivalent to 75% coconut shell; (2) 75% organic waste, 25 percent coconut shell; and (3) 50% organic waste, 50 percent coconut shells. The research method used to analyze the water content, ash content and heating value of briquettes is a quantitative research method. The results of this research show that organic waste and coconut shells can be converted into environmentally friendly briquettes. Briquettes with a mixture composition of 75%:25% have a reduced ash percentage. Meanwhile, mixed briquettes containing 25%:75% have a low water content, meaning more coconut shell, the lower the water content and the better the properties of the briquettes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of instagrammable, memorable tourist experience and destination image on revisit intention to Sayang Heulang Beach in Garut Regency. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data is taken through a questionnaire that has gone through rigorous testing to ensure its validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with SEM PLS 3.0. The research results show that there is a direct effect of the instagramable variables, memorable tourist experience and destination image on revisit intention. This means that interest in revisiting (revisit intention) can be built or influenced by instagrammable photo spots and facilities that support tourist activities so as to provide good memories and a unique destination image.

Abstract

The Panineungan Crispy Fried Beans brand is the flagship product of the Panineungan company, which is a Small, Micro and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in Sukaraja Regency. These fried peanuts have the advantage of being peanuts that have various additional flavors, but the product is not supported by a packaging design which is considered to lack identity product information, but is only packaged in transparent plastic with a printed sticker label, so it has no appeal to consumers. The aim of designing the packaging for the Panineungan Crispy Fried Beans product is an effort to provide product identity and be able to show the product's image compared to other competitors. The design is carried out by displaying product packaging designs with images for middle and upper middle levels. It is hoped that the production of Panineungan Crispy Fried Beans packaging will be able to strengthen the product's identity as a typical regional souvenir of Sukabumi Regency in order to achieve quality Small Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSME) products.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of student character in the form of intelligence level, creativity level, and achievement motivation on academic achievement. The research subjects were 32 Tadris IPS students, Tarbiyah Faculty, IAI Al-Fatimah Bojonegoro class of 2023. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The research results found that simultaneously and partially the variables of intelligence level, achievement motivation, and creativity level had a significant effect on academic achievement of Tadris IPS IAI AL-Fatimah Bojonegoro students

Abstract

Cooperatives and the acceleration of SMEs in Balikpapan City play a significant role in advancing the local economy. Through the cooperative model, SMEs gain access to business capital, training, joint marketing, and collective purchasing, enabling them to compete effectively in a competitive market. Collaboration among cooperatives is key to success, while the utilization of digital technology accelerates SME growth. Support from the local government and the private sector is crucial in stimulating growth and innovation in this sector. Despite facing various challenges, cooperatives and SMEs in Balikpapan have great potential to continue to grow and become drivers of an inclusive and sustainable economy at the local and regional levels

Abstract

This research aims to carry out a drought analysis of raw water needs in these settlements, as well as designing mitigation strategies to overcome this problem. The research method involves field surveys and drought index analysis using the Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) method. The results of analysis using the SPI-3 and SPI-12 methods show that in the last 20 years the nature of the drought index in the Antasari Permai Housing Complex has been dominated by "Normal" characteristics. The times that should receive more attention are June to November because in these months the drought shows the characteristics of "Extreme Dry" compared to other months. As a response, the proposed mitigation strategies can be implemented in the short term or long term. In the short term, mitigation is carried out by supplying clean water using water tankers, PDAM or by building rainwater reservoirs. Meanwhile, the long term is carried out in an integrated and sustainable manner by considering natural phenomena, weather anomalies, groundwater cycles. Maintaining the groundwater cycle by means of reforestation and groundwater conservation planning in the form of biopores or infiltration wells. Implementation of this strategy is expected to increase the resilience of settlements to drought and ensure the availability of adequate raw water for community needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between diet and the incidence of anemia in young women at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. This research uses the Observational Analytical method with a Cross-Sectional approach. The sample consisted of 9 classes selected using the Proportional Random Sampling technique with inclusion criteria, namely young women who were not menstruating and not on a diet, with a total of 60 respondents. Dietary pattern data was obtained through interviews using the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) form for the past month, then dietary patterns were determined based on food consumption scores. Hemoglobin (Hb) levels in adolescent girls were measured using the Cyanmethemoglobin method with the help of health workers. Data were analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and the relationship between variables was tested using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between diet and the incidence of anemia in young women at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. Apart from that, this research also found that teenage girls with poor diets had a 0.004 times greater chance of experiencing anemia compared to teenage girls who had good diets.

One way to conduct literature research is to collect references from several previous studies, which are then combined to produce findings. In modern practice, public relations cannot only be viewed as an institutional effort. It is everyone's responsibility to use public relations or public relations strategies to build effective interpersonal communication. different. This understanding of organizational management needs to be supported by advocacy for the establishment of a public relations division that can be relied on to manage organizational communication problems. Public relations plays an important role in an organization. The function of public relations is management in creating, maintaining and improving positive, harmonious and beneficial relationships between organizations and the general public. These relationships have the power to determine the success or failure of an organization. This is in line with the positive role played by public relations. Abstract

This quantitative research aims to determine the factors that influence audit delay, namely solvency and profitability in BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2019-2023 period with a population of 55 observations. Meanwhile, the sample that met the criteria was 24 observations. The data collection technique was carried out using secondary data from annual reports of state-owned companies during the observation period. The research instrument uses debt to asset ratio (DAR) as a proxy for solvency and return on assets (RoA) as a proxy for profitability, and audit delay data. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of this research reveal that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the solvency and profitability ratios on audit delay in state-owned companies in Indonesia during the 2019-2023 period. However, partially there is a significant treatment in the opposite direction of the two ratios; The solvency ratio has a negative effect, while the profitability ratio has a positive effect on audit delay.

Abstract

This study analyzes the modernization of TNI AL weaponry systems to support maritime defense tasks in Indonesian jurisdictional waters. Using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, the research identifies the challenges and obstacles faced, as well as determining modernization priorities. The ANP results show that modernizing the Indonesian Navy Warship (KRI) is the top priority, followed by the development of Fast Missile Boats (KCR), the modernization of the Maritime Air Defense System, and the procurement of new submarines. Additionally, the Indonesian Navy faces both conventional military threats, such as naval attacks from other countries, and asymmetric threats, including piracy and maritime terrorism. To address these threats, the Indonesian Navy needs to develop advanced technologies, including cyber security and monitoring technologies to prevent illegal activities at sea. The study also finds that modernization efforts face various obstacles, requiring the improvement of maintenance facilities and intensive training. The use of ANP and NVivo helps formulate an effective modernization strategy to enhance operational readiness and the maritime defense capabilities of the Indonesian Navy.
