This research analyzed the influence of the dimensions of leadership practices on employee job satisfaction. Object of this study is the University of Batanghari Jambi. Research problem refers to the phenomenon of data at the University of Batanghari Jambi, which is indicated by the number of employees in and out within the last 3 years, as well as some of the complaints are often perceived by employees. The problem that arises is: whether the dimensions of leadership practices have an influence on employee job satisfaction.The study used 80 respondents and all respondents were employee University of Batanghari Jambi. Multiple Regression Analysis.The results of this study indicate that such practices are leadership dimensions and dimension empower others encourage both partial and simultaneous positive effect on employee job satisfaction University of Batanghari.Keywords: Leadership Practices and Job Satisfaction

Patterns of livestock business partnership among farmers / ranchers are often known as "rowdy". This livestock rowdy system is also used by the government in efforts to develop livestock in the community and increase the welfare of farmers / ranchers. The farmer group who are members of Sido Mulyo Cooperative in Dusun Mudo Village Muara Kapalik Sub-district of Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency is one of the farmer groups that get cattle donation from the government with the rowdy system tied up with the Letter of Agreement. An agreement with the pattern of partnership should apply the principle of proportionality in order to balance the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with their respective capabilities.Keywords : Partnership Patterns, Rowdy, The Principle Of Proportionality.

PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR MENULIS LAPORAN OBSERVASI PADA MAHASISWA PRODI PENDIDIKAN BAHASA DAN SASTRA INDONESIA FKIP UNIVERSITAS JAMBI Andiopenta Purba

This study aimed to describe; (1) The product feasibility report writing instructional materials observation, (2) the quality of the layout and appearance of the observation report writing teaching materials, and (3) the effectiveness of teaching material written observation report. Model applied research and development is a model of the Borg and Gall. To test the model used efektivis Before-After Experiments design and experiment design Posttest-Only Control, as well as using different test techniques statistical t-test. The results of the study include; Feasibility of this model, content, presentation, and the accuracy of the use of language is very good category. Limited scale testing showed the use of the product in terms of learning motivation of students increased 25%, creativity 23%, and 22% of learning outcomes. On a limited scale testing by t-test, for motivation learn t-count of 7135, and the t-table with a significance level of 2.306 to 0:05 (7135> 2306). Likewise, the creativity of students (7126> 2306) and learning outcomes (9.368> 2.306. From the test results on a limited scale seen that the effect of the use of the product in terms of learning motivation of students increased 12:31, creativity 0.69, and learning outcomes 19:30. Eefektivitas products on a large-scale testing wide through t-test, for motivation learn t-test of 52.43, and a t-table with a level of significance of 0.05 for 2021 so that (52.43> 2,021). Similarly, the creativity of the students (89 998> 2,021) and learning outcomes (79 974> 2021 ), so the hypothesis is accepted. the conclusion is: (1) Model teaching material to write a report on the observation produced in research and development is feasible to use in the course of writing, so it can be used in order to improve learning outcomes in the course of writing, especially on topic to write a report on the observation (2) Model teaching materials written report on the results of interesting observations in terms of the layout and appearance of, so that students are motivated to use them and to increase their creativity in writing skills. (3) Model these materials effectively used preformance faculty and students take courses in writing skills, in this case on the topic of writing a report on the observation.Keywords: development, instructional materials, writing, report observations

Corruption at this time has caused damage in various aspects of community life, the nation and the state that the prevention and eradication of corruption needs to be done continuously and sustainably. This experiment in doing to analyze the influence of selection and training to work performance on pt .Indonesian welfare nutricia the branch of jambiType of reserach is quantitive survey research properties for descriptive purposes and explanatory. This study using the population with the employees as many as 30 people . data analysis technique used is multiple regressing analysys with path analysis by using SPSS.The influence of selection on work performance on pt .Indonesia nutricia prosperous the branch of jambi in partial influential positive and significance , namely the influence of directly to 7.07 % , while indirect effect is of 18.78 % and the influence of direct and indirect leadership is on the performance of 25.85 % 3 .The influence of training on work performance on pt .Indonesia nutricia prosperous the branch of jambi partial influential positive and significant , which is directly to 61.46 % , while indirect effect is of 18.78 % and the influence of total direct and indirect leadership is on the performance of 80.24 % 4 .The result of testing simultaneously influence the selection of ( x1 and x2 pelatihankerja ( ) on work performance y in together is of 106,09 %Keyword :Selection, training and work performance

This experiment aims to study the response of carp (Ospronemus gouramy Lac.) Mean ± 13 grams of cassava leaves early against granting soaked (B), boiled (C), fermented (D), and natural cassava leaves (as a control) were be rearing in semi indorHaving analyzed with ANOVA and LSD (Least Significant Difference) results showed that the highest growth resulting from the treatment of fermented (D) is equal to 30.73 grams and growth absolut 20.67 grams for 40 days were significantly different (P <0, 5). While the survival of the fish ranged 80.00% -93.33% and the best level in feed fermented cassava leaves 93.33%.Kata kunci: Daun singkong, Fermentasi dan ikan Gurami

The purpose of this research is to know the influence from the level of education , health , and income to poverty at 2000-2014 period in Jambi province. Method and a tool used in this research is the double regression with SPSS 20 program . From the calculation known that the variable levels of education ( X1 ) and income ( X3 ) have negative impact to poverty ( Y ) , in other words if the level of education and income increased, poverty will decline in Jambi province .The size of the influence of each variable levels of education ( X1 ) and income (X3) is 0,578 and 1,773 .While , variable health (X2) have a positive impact to poverty in Jambi province with coefficient is 1,315. Also known that from the calculations stimultaneously a variable degree in education , health , and income have significant on poverty in Jambi province , but only degree in education have significant in partially.Keywords : Poverty, level educational, income, health
