<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to: 1) To know the organizational culture at the Office of the head of the subdistrict Maro Sebo Ilir; 2) to work on the discipline Office Camat Kecamatan Maro Sebo ilir; 3) To know the influence of the culture of the Organization and discipline work against the performance of the employees of the Office of the head of the subdistrict Maro Sebo Ilir. Data collection methods used in this survey method is used to obtain information from respondents using interview techniques and disseminate a list of questions as well as using the likert scale measurements. Data analysis tools are used multiple regression is a method using computer assistance through the program SPSS 20.0 for windows. The results of the analysis showed. Variable Buduya Organization thitung ttabel 3,320 > value ttable 169726 means the organizational culture positive significant effect against the performance of civil servants in the Office of the head of the subdistrict Maro Sebo Ilir. Variable Working Discipline (X2) value thitung ttable 169726 > 3,108 Disciplined work means a positive significant effect against the performance of civil servants in the Office of the head of the subdistrict Maro Sebo Ilir. The F-test is used to determine whether the variable X1 (organizational culture) and X2 (the discipline of work) can affect the Y (Employee Performance) simultaneously (simultaneous). distribution of F in df = 33 of 3.28, this means that the value of Fhitung > value Ftable (39.901 > 3.28), and significant value 0.000 < 0.06 then follows the variable X1 (organizational culture) and X2 (the discipline of work) the simultaneous and significant effect against Y (Employee Performance) at the head of the subdistrict Office Maro Sebo Ilir. The coefficient of Determination is used to find the percentage of independent variable influences the dependent variables against. Adjusted R2 value of 0.709 in statistics show the value of influence in percentage or relative free variables used in this study i.e. organizational culture (X1) and discipline work (X2) against the variable performance employees (Y). the value of 0.709 means 70.9% employee performance (Y) at the Office of the head of the subdistrict Maro Sebo Ilir is influenced by organizational culture (X1) and discipline work (X2). The rest amounted to 29.1% is affected by factors or other variables that are not included in this researchKeywords: organizational culture, work discipline and performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to know the effectiveness of turmeric extract (c. domestical) as anti-bacterial tetas power against egg fish gourami (o. gouramy) maintained in controlled inside the Aquarium. This research was carried out in the installation of ornamental fish Orchid Garden, Jambi.Egg test used in this research is egg fish gourami (o. gouramy) obtained from BBAT Gelam River as much as 1200 eggs with dense stocking 100 rounds/container. The containers used in the immersion uses the jar with a volume of 1 liter of water for 20 minutes, then moved into an aquarium sized 50x40x40 cm as many as 12 fruit, filled water as much as 20 litres/containers and each equipped with aeration and water heater.The design used was Complete Random Design (RAL) with 4 treatment with turmeric extract is concentration of awarding 0 ml/l, 5 ml/l, 10 l, and ml/15 ml/l each with three times in Deuteronomy. The parameters observed were power tetas egg and Larval survival. The results were analyzed with the prints, then proceed with test Duncan (DNMRT) at the 5% level.From the results of the analysis of differences range shows that yout soaking with turmeric extract shows the influence of the very real power of success against tetas egg and Larval survival of fish gourami (o. gouramy). From the results of research conducted showed that treatment with 10 ml/l concentration gave results that are highly optimized for a successful power 75% of eggs tetas whereas larval survival of 75%.Keyword : test the effectiveness of turmeric extract, eggs, fish gourami]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menggunakkan modal auxiliaries . Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester tiga yang terdiri dari 30 orang mahasiswa. penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakkan pendekatan kuantitative, yang bertujuan untuk menguji kemampuan mahasiswa , dan data di ambil berdasarkan test yang diberikan. Hasil tes menunjukkan bahwa nilai tertinggi 90 dan nilai terendah 75, berada pada level excellent sebanyak tiga orang mahasiswa (10%), very good sebanyak 18 orang mahasiswa (60%), good sebanyak sembilan orang mahasiswa (40%). <![CDATA[This research was on the small and medium Industries in Province Jambi, Sumatera, which had an objective to test the ability of small and medium Industries to achieve the good performance in the influence of knowledge management and corporate culture . Types of metholodology used in this research were descriptive and verification. Techniques of data collection were the study of literature, observation, interview and questionary with the sample of 110 companies. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling and processed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to produce a causal relationship between the variables.The results of descriptive analysis indicated that knowledge management in the category of “ rather good”, “rather strong” category for corporate culture, and “ rather good” category for corporate performance. <![CDATA[The objective of this research is to give an alternative approach that can be used to account for murder crimes in accordance with the legal formal criminal code and material criminal code. This research was conducted in Batanghari Regency (Ture Village and Lubuk Ruso Village). This is a descriptive research that describes the rolr of adapt law in settling a murder case in relation with National Criminal code renewal.Police investigation must not be discontinued dispite that adapt law has settled the case. Chapter 102 article (1) of Act No.8 of 1981 says that an investigator who has knowledge, receive a report of a crime act must immediately conduct a necessary investigation. Further more, chapter 106 of the same act also says the same thing. In addition to this, chapter 14 article (1) letter g of act No.2 of 2002 on Police of The Republic of Indonesia Stipulates that the police of the Republic of Indonesia have the duty of conducting an investigation and research of any kinds of criminal code and other legislation. ]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara manajemen kelas dan peran guru terhadap prestasi bahasa Inggris siswa kelas 7 pada SMPN 9 Kota Jambi. Salah satu hal penting dalam proses belajar adalah bagaimana manajemen kelas dan peran guru itu dapat membuat siswa mudah dalam menerima proses belajar dan prestasi siswa dapat meningkat. Formulasi dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana korelasi antara manajemen kelas terhadap prestasi bahasa Inggris siswa dan bagaimana korelasi antara peran guru terhadap prestasi bahasa Inggris siswa. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dan tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara manajemen kelas terhadap prestasi bahasa Inggris siswa dan korelasi antara peran guru terhadap prestasi bahasa Inggris siswa, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 7C di SMPN 9 Kota Jambi, total sampel adalah 27 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari Chi-square tes statistik didapat nilai p 0,02 (p-value< 0,05), ini berarti bahwa ada korelasi yang signifikan antara manajemen kelas terhadap prestasi bahasa Inggris siswa dan nilai p 0,02 (p-value< 0,05) ini berarti bahwa ada korelasi yang signifikan antara peran guru terhadap prestasi bahasa Inggris siswa.Kata kunci: Korelasi, , manajemen kelas, peran guru, prestasi bahasa Inggris. ]]>

On the other hand sometimes citizens who have a very extensive land boundary lies the forgotten land and not care about it or do not manage the land in full. <![CDATA[Indonesia is one of the central of oranges in the world. In 2010 the government issued the reduction in import tariffs on oranges fruits in Indonesia. This reduction will affect the sales of the local oranges fruit Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that affect the import, productivity, consumtion, area and the price of orange in Indonesia, and to analyze the impact of ACFTA on oranges fruit sales in Indonesia. This study employs an econometric model consisting of 5 structural equations and 2 identity equations. This study uses secondary data is structured as time series data, starting 1986 until 2010. The result of this study shows the reduction of import tarrif will increase import oranges in Indonesia, and the consumption the local oranges will be decrease.Keywords: Econometric Model, Citrus, Indonesia]]>
