Abstract

Choosing the most suitable day-old chick (DOC) broiler chicken supplier is currently one of the most important issues that must be addressed. This is because selecting the most suitable supplier can reduce the amount spent on purchases and the risk of sick chickens being delivered by the supplier. Another problem related to supplier selection that has been happening so far is the quality of products that are not following company standards or rejected products. The number of products provided does not match what was ordered by the company. The decision support system (DSS) can evaluate and select suppliers using multi-criteria characteristics related to the solutions offered based on parameters quality, price, delivery, supplier certificates, and death claims after the chickens have been delivered. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods are used in this study as a comparison to produce the best-recommended accuracy value to get the best decision results based on ranking. The test results state that the AHP and SAW methods go well. The test was carried out using a dataset of the last ten months of history of purchasing docs broiler chicken from suppliers. The comparison of the results of the F1-score value between the AHP and SAW methods is 94% and 87%, respectively. The results state that the AHP method is superior as a system recommendation that can produce the best alternative supplier.

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has changed human life. One of the impacted sectors is education. Ministry of Education urges students to implement distance learning. No exception with early childhood education or Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Although distance learning has been widely implemented, PAUD sector has the lowest online learning implementation in Indonesia with 13.2% of total 98.4% of PAUD students implementing distance learning, whereas early age is considered capable of gaining an understanding of digital technology and equipment. One possible step in conducting digital learning in PAUD is through a digital educational game, because game is an important element in PAUD. In this study, a digital educational game was developed for TK-A level students using Scratch 3 with multimedia development life cycle method. After development, the game goes through two stages of testing. Alpha testing in the form of black box testing, and beta testing in the form of usability testing with 94,39% result, confidence testing with 97,8% result, and summative evaluation with 90% result on TK-A students, as well as interviews with PAUD teachers. The test results indicate that the game has been successfully developed and is feasible to be played by TK-A students.

Abstract

The Personal Identification Number or KTP is prone to be stolen and used by unwanted parties, this is also a possibility for the Simpel Desa, a village administration application that also contain and use the Personal Identification Number. This study aims to detect information security vulnerabilities. This study aims to analyze security vulnerabilities in applications using MobSF and ISO 27002:2013. MobSF is used for penetration testing for malware in applications. In MobSF the Simpel Desa application is analyzed in two ways, namely static and dynamic. ISO 27002:2013 is used to map the findings of vulnerabilities and potential misuse of information so that they get accurate analysis results. The control used is domain 9 (access control) and 10 (cryptography). The results obtained in the static analysis found the existence of vulnerabilities in aspects of cryptography and permission access. The dynamic analysis found that Root Detection and Debugger Check Bypass had not been implemented. Overall, based on ISO 27002:2013 information security has not been maximally implemented. The recommendations given focus on the aspects of application permissions and access rights, user authentication, and the implementation of information security.

Abstract

BukuWarung has been known as a MSME’s bookkeeping application in Indonesia. As the features developed, there were disappointed responses from Playstore reviews, social media, and research interviews who complained about the usability aspect of this application, thus triggering the desire for users to stop using the application. This condition motivates the author to assess the impact level of usability in aspects of Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Satisfaction on user retention. This study used a partial least square–structural equation model method. The total of 248 user samples was obtained using simple random sampling and voluntary response techniques. The research uses CSUQ, as well as questions for user retention. For data testing used Ms. Excel and SmartPLS version 3.3.3. According to the measurement model, 7 of 22 all variables were deleted. This study proves that Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect of up to 74.8% on user retention. However, the size of influence and relative influence is weak on user retention. User retention indicators affected by usability are increasing purchases as tenure grows, customer referrals, and premium prices. The implication for BukuWarung is to conduct usability testing on each feature.

Abstract

The idea of "smart villages" doesn't mean that all villages have the same solution. The goal of this study has two-step plan for a "smart village". First is making a model of a smart village based on a review of the literature. Second, verification of the proposed model by interviewing the respondent. In accordance with the proposed model, exploration is conducted at the stage of verification using open-ended questions. As a result of verification, each indicator receives an additional form of explanatory indicators that are matched to the case study's conditions. This is qualitative research with multiple units of analysis based on a single case study. The case study is Banyuwangi Regency. The units of analysis are Kampung Anyar Village, Kaligondo Village, Wringinrejo Village, Tambong Village, and the Department of Community and Village Empowerment. This villages that have won the smart village competition from 2016 to 2019 in Banyuwangi. The result model consists of 6 domains, 17 aspects, and 55 indicators. The domain is governance, basic village services, village resources, the economy, infrastrucutre, and tourism. All domains, aspects, and indicators can be implemented in smart village development by making technology an enabler, and there are sustainable elements.

Abstract

SNA (Social Network Analysis) is a modeling method for users which is symbolized by points (nodes) and interactions between users are represented by lines (edges). This method is needed to see patterns of social interaction in the network starting with finding out who the key actors are. The novelty of this study lies in the expansion of the analysis of other suspects, not only key actors identified during this time. This method performs a narrowed network mapping by examining only nodes connected to key actors. Secondary key actors no longer use centrality but use weight indicators at the edges. A case study using the hashtag "Manchester United" on the social media platform Twitter was conducted in the study. The results of the Social Network Analysis (SNA) revealed that @david_ornstein accounts are key actors with centrality of 2298 degrees. Another approach found @hadrien_grenier, @footballforall, @theutdjournal accounts had a particularly high intensity of interaction with key actors. The intensity of communication between secondary actors and key actors is close to or above the weighted value of 50. The results of this analysis can be used to suspect other potential suspects who have strong ties to key actors by looking.

Abstract

Many information technology services firms now offer services and consider software availability to be a critical component of achieving excellence and competing in the industry. The most crucial factor for customers is the quality of service, consumer needs, the state of the organization/company, and the present market should all be considered when improving their service. In this study, an ITSM analysis will be carried out at an oil palm plantation company based in West Kalimantan Province using ITIL framework V3 by focusing on continual service improvement, which largely relies on service measurement because a process must be measurable to be regulated and improved. To achieve continuous service improvement (CSI) throughout the service life cycle, we use the 7-step process to improve is used to establish and take care of the stages involved in identifying, defining, collecting, processing, analyzing, presenting, and implementing changes. The result of this analysis is CSF and KPI analysis that produce metrics, such as the average resolution time, the percentage of events allocated more than once, and the initial response time, then create a measurement system that is in accordance with the needs and can be used as a reference for the company's system assessment.
