The objective of this research was to examine the macroeconomics variable and global stock price index that influence LQ45 stock price. There were three fundamental macroeconomics variables in this study such as the Exchange rate of Rupiah, Interest Rate (SBI), and gold prices which were used with the global stock price index (Dow Jones Industrial Average) to examine their influence on LQ45 stock price. The sampling data used are 69 months from 2009 January until 2014 September. The selection of the sample used a non-probability sampling method, using the purposive sampling technique. The method used multiple regression analysis and Error Correction Model (ECM)using the software Eviews 6.0with a significance level of 5%. The result of the t-test shows that gold prices have not influenced LQ45 stock price. While the Exchange rate of the Rupiah, Interest Rate (SBI), and Dow Jones Industrial Average have influenced LQ45 stock price. The result of the F- test (jointly test) show that there are significant jointly between the Exchange rate of Rupiah, Interest Rate (SBI), gold price, and Dow Jones Industrial Average on LQ45 stock price. The result of ECM Models shows that between the Exchange rate of Rupiah, Interest Rate (SBI), gold price, and Dow Jones Industrial Average on LQ45 stock price, there was not able to achieve a balance in the long run.

The local government as a system, organizationally, has the public relations (PR) board which should ideally have a large capacity in supporting the management of policy development. This study is intended to describe the existence of PR to support the successful implementation of relocation policies of street vendors in Yogyakarta City. This research is qualitative research with the unit of analysis is the staff of PR and information from the government of Yogyakarta City. The problem to be questioned is to what extent the local government PR is performing the function and roles based on the main duties and functions which is set based on, theoretically, the essence of the ideality. The results showed that the success of the relocation of street vendors in Yogyakarta City performed collaboratively between PR and its stakeholders. Processes and mechanisms impasses through the stages of fact-finding, planning, and negotiation. PR is not involved directly in the process of communication and negotiation with street vendors, but it has become a bridge of information, mediator, and facilitator in the process of relocation. Media of communication which widely used are mass media and interpersonal media. Both kinds of media are used by the PR board and its stakeholders in creating the awareness of the street vendors to be relocated.

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and training on motivation and its implications on performance both partially and simultaneously. Data collected through survey method and instrument questioner analysis to be distributed to the units of Mercu Buana University academic staff of 126 educators. Research analysis method is descriptive method and quantitative verification tool path analysis (path analysis) was then forwarded to the analysis of determination (R2), partial hypothesis test (t-test) and test hypotheses simultaneously (F test). Prior to the analysis process has been tested instrument with validity and reliability. Results of this study were: 1) the transformational leadership style has no effect on the work motivation of educators in Mercu Buana University; 2) Training effect on the work motivation of educators in Mercu Buana University; 3) transformational leadership style and training of education personnel motivation to work directly and indirectly in Mercu Buana University; 4) transformational leadership style of the performance of educators at Mercu Buana University; 5) Training of educational personnel in the performance of Mercu Buana University; 6) transformational leadership style and training of education personnel performance both directly and indirectly in Mercu Buana University; 7) To analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of work at the University of Mercu Buana.

The increase in business during the global crisis to the challenge of funding and capital structure dynamic analysis approach is suitable for the observation of the capital structure. This study is intended to demonstrate the influence of profitability, firm size, cost of equity, debt cost, firm value volatility, leverage and speed adjustment and optimal capital structure. By using the auto company's financial statements and its components in a data 2008-2012 profitability, firm size, cost of equity, debt cost, and firm value volatility analyzed using multiple regression analysis to examine the effect on the capital structure and leverage optimal data and speed adjustment analyzed with method Generalized Moment Method (GMM) to examine the achievement of optimal capital structure and speed of achievement of optimal capital structure. The results found that the only significant profitability and firm size negatively affects the capital structure, the cost is being equity, debt cost, and firm value volatility not significantly affect their capital structure. The automotive industry and its components were successfully adjusted its capital structure to an optimal position, but the adjustment is slow. In a global crisis of capital structure adjustment to the optimal capital structure is progressing slowly in view of the difficulty of finding external funding sources.

This research was conducted to analyze the Competency and System Applied Quality Management ISO 9001: 2000 about Employee Satisfaction Work in Mercu Buana University at Jakarta. A survey method was used during this research in which questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. The hypothesis analysis used the technique of simple and multiple regression and was followed by the correlation. Using the Computer Program of SPSS (Statistical Product Service and Solution) with n = 103 (respondents) and t-table = 0.195, the result showed that there was less influence between Competency and System Applied Quality Management ISO 9001: 2000 to the Employee Satisfaction Work either Independent or concurrently. The Determinant Coefficients or Competency and System Applied Quality Management ISO 9001: 2000 about Employee Satisfaction Work were 0.250 and 0.348. This means the effects of Competency and System Applied Quality Management ISO 9001: 2000 about Employee Satisfaction Work were 25% and 34.8% and the largely influenced by the factors. The Determinant Coefficients of Competency and System Applied Quality Management ISO 9001: 2000 about Employee Satisfaction Work was 0.420. This means the effects of Competency and System Applied Quality Management ISO 9001: 2000 concurrently about Employee Satisfaction Work was 42% and the 58% Influenced  by other factors.

This case study was conducted to see the implementation of tax planning for Income Tax Article 21 using 4 (four) alternatives. Based on the analysis, implementation of the gross-up method will provide greater tax savings compared with other alternatives. Calculation of Income Tax Article 21 using gross-up method can result in increasing employees' gross salary, and also will affect the corporate profit decrease because the expense that can be deducted in the fiscal will be increase, so that the corporate income tax borne by the corporate is going down. On the other hand, the gross-up method is advantageous because the employee will receive larger take-home pay.

This study aims to examine the influence of various factors that affect the performance and efficiency of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR). The analysis of this study is focused on the Bank Perkreditan Rakyat in Jakarta. The sample size was 72 firms-years during 2010-2012. The findings of this study show the influence of market forces, the intensity of bank loans, bank size, risk, quality of management and shareholder value simultaneously to the performance of BPR as follows for ROA was 67.51%, ROE of 64.96%, NII / TA amounted to 71.27%. Based on the results of the regression to examine the effect of market forces, the intensity of bank loans, bank size, risk, quality of management and shareholder value simultaneously to the efficiency of the bank amounted to 82.75% of BPR. Partially LNDEPO, LOANS_TA, NIE_TA negative and significant effect, and to influence LNTA positive and significant effect on efficiency, while for variable LLP_TL and EQUITY_TA not significant.

This study aims to prove the hypothesis that there is an influence between brand orientation, trust in buying online, online buying experience in the past of the online purchase intention. The sample of this study was the students of the Faculty of Economics, University Department of Management and Accounting Tarumanagara. The analysis used multiple regression equations using the method of convenient sample selection and non-probability sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that brand orientation, trust in buying online, and online buying experience in the past has a positive influence on online purchase intention either partially or simultaneously

The purpose of this study is to analyze, test and determine: 1)The correlation between transformational leadership style with the Performance of SESPIMMA POLRI's Personnel in Jakarta. 2) The correlation between the organizational culture with the Performance of SESPIMMA POLRI's Personnel in Jakarta. 3) Relationship between both Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Culture with the Performance of SESPIMMA POLRI's Personnel in Jakarta. This research was conducted in the South Jakarta area SESPIMMA Police Agency with the address of Jalan Ciputat Raya No. 40 Kebayoran Lama. The samples were gathered using the Slovin formula, then out of a total population of 131 people obtained a sample of 99 people. Data analysis was performed with SPSS versi17.0. Results of analysis can be concluded as follows: 1) There is a positive correlation between transformational leadership style with the Performance of SESPIMMA POLRI's Personnel in Jakarta, it can be determined by the calculation of the t-test where th> tt. Based on the calculation of the product-moment formula which, rh> rt. This means that the variations performed by SESPIMMA POLRI's Personnel (Variable Y) are determined by transformational leadership (X1 variable). 2) There is a positive relationship between the organizational culture and the performance of SESPIMMA Police personnel, it can be determined by the calculation of the t-test where th> tt. And based on the calculation of product-moment formula which, rh> rt. This means that the variations performed by SESPIMMA POLRI's Personnel (Variable Y) are determined by the Cultural Organization (Variable X2). 3) There is a positive relationship between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture with the performance of SESPIMMA POLRI's personnel, it can be determined by the calculation of the F test where Fh> Ft. And based on the calculation of product-moment it is known that rh>rt. This means that 48.9% of the variation Variable Y (Performance of SESPIMMA's Police Personnel) is determined by the Transformational Leadership (Variable X1) and Cultural Organization (Variable X2).

The aim of this research is to test the impact risk and trust variable toward behaviour with an attitude of android mobile application users as mediating variable. The total sample that was used in this research was 100 respondents. Based on the test, the instruments that used in this research are valid and reliable. This research used Component-Based SEM (Partial Least Square) as method analysis. The output from this research is: (1) Trust and attitude are mediating variables in relations between risk toward attitude and behaviour; (2) Risk as attitude form factor and people attitude to use android mobile applications; (3) Risk had negative relations with trust and attitude, as high risk perceived will reduce trust toward applications and attitude; (4) Trust had positive relations toward attitude and attitude had positive relations toward a behaviour is used android mobile applications.
