Abstract

Penduduk merupakan faktor dominan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan serta penduduk menjadi pelaksana tujuan pembangunan. Pemerintah perlu meramalkan jumlah penduduk untuk menentukan tujuan kebijakan ekonomi. Peramalan jumlah penduduk merupakan hal yang penting bagi pemerintah untuk menentukan arah kebijakan perekonomian bangsa. Data populasi yang pada dasarnya merupakan data deret waktu dapat dianalisis dengan metode rata-rata bergerak, metode pemulusan eksponensial, dan metode ARIMA. Metode pemulusan eksponensial yang digunakan adalah pemulusan eksponensial ganda Holt karena data jumlah penduduk berpola trend linier. Penelitian difokuskan pada peramalan populasi dengan menggunakan pemulusan eksponensial ganda Holt dan ARIMA. Pemulusan eksponensial ganda Holt menggunakan nilai parameter 0,3 dan 0,99. Nilai parameter yang digunakan adalah 0,05 dan 0,9. Pemulusan eksponensial ganda Holt, diperoleh nilai jumlah penduduk untuk tahun 2020 sebesar 1.614.339 jiwa , tahun 2021 sebesar 1.626.379 jiwa, tahun 2022 sebesar 1.641.519 jiwa. ARIMA hasil nilai ramalan jumlah penduduk tahun 2020 sebanyak 1.618.258 jiwa, tahun 2021 sebanyak 1.628.259 jiwa, tahun 2022 sebanyak 1.643.417 jiwa. Nilai a=0,99 dan g=0,05 memberikan MSE terkecil pada nilai 15175922,58. Model ARIMA (1, 1, 1) nilai MSE terkecil 17373940. Setelah dibandingkan, metode Holt pemulusan eksponensial ganda sama efektifnya dengan metode ARIMA untuk meramalkan jumlah penduduk di Kabupaten Banyumas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to build a Sensor Multi-Modal (SMM) can be used for home security system using Raspberry Pi hardware and Robot Operating System (ROS) software. SMM is the combination of several types of sensors into one unit to becomes a new module sensor. Sensors used in this study are PIR sensor, PING sensor, DHT11 sensor, IR sensor, fire sensor, and camera. The method used to connect the sensors are based on the communication of ROS nodes that processes using Arduino Uno and Raspberry Pi. ROS is a robot control software can be used to control the hardware and devices for embedded system. The Arduino Uno function in this study is low-level hardware used to read the sensors data, then sent the data to the Raspberry Pi to process the sensor data using ROS software. This study result is the implementation of SMM for home security system where this device can give a warning in the form of a buzzer when this SMM detect the object motion and fire.

Abstract

The importance of understanding the Covid-19 disease in early childhood has become an important concern by the government and the Indonesian people. The purpose of this study is to build an Android-based educational information system for the prevention of Covid-19 disease in early childhood. The problem faced by the community is that it is difficult to provide understanding to children to comply with health protocols from the government. The method used to build an educational information system application uses the multimedia development life cycle (MDLC) method. The MDLC method consists of 6 stages used in this study, namely concept, design, material collection, manufacture, testing and distribution. The result of this research is to build a covid-19 prevention education information system, where this application provides understanding to early childhood and provides information to children in the form of applications in the form of multimedia that can be accessed via Android-based smartphones.

Abstract

High energy demand requires government office management to be efficient in its use. The Sorong Regency government office has several separate buildings. The main sources of electricity consumption come from PLN and the Power Diesel Engine Generator (DEG). With the condition of the building that is more than 10 years old, it is suspected that there will be a decrease in the efficiency of electrical equipment, an increase in energy consumption. If left unchecked, it will affect the safety and comfort of the building, energy efficiency, productivity, and performance of the employees who work, as well as the people who come to the building. This study aims to analyze the intensity of energy consumption (IKE) in the Sorong Regent's office building in order to get a value according to the standards that have been set. By analyzing the lighting load, and cooling load. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis of the calculation of energy consumption intensity (IKE), lighting load and AC usage load. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the energy consumption index (IKE) in May was 8.1 so that it was included in the efficient category, then in June of 7.0 it was in the very efficient category, then in July it was in the very efficient category of 6.6, in August there was an increase of 9.1 so that it was included in the efficient category, in September it was 6.1 with very efficient criteria and in October it was in the efficient category which was about 8.4. Based on the average IKE of the Sorong Regency Regent's Office, it is in the range of 4-7 so that the Sorong Regency Regent's office building is included in the very efficient IKE category.

Abstract

The Indonesian state is very aware of the importance of education and supports every citizen to achieve a proper education. This is written in the 1945 Constitution article 31 paragraph 1. Indonesia through the government has shown its support through various programs provided to ensure that every citizen from all walks of life can access education. One of the government programs that is very useful is the UKT scholarship. UKT can be used by all universities in Indonesia, one of which is Victory Sorong University which is one of the private universities in West Papua Province. In conducting the selection of the scholarship, the university, in this case the University of Victory Sorong, has been computerized but is still experiencing difficulties due to the large number of prospective scholarship recipients. The Student Affairs Bureau as the data manager for prospective UKT student recipients still uses the system manually from the past until now using Microsoft Excel and has experienced problems other than because of the large number of prospective students who register for the selection of scholarship recipients also because the selection process takes quite a lot of time. So it is necessary to implement a Decision Support System for receiving single tuition scholarships at Victory Sorong University using the Weighted Product Method so that the SPK System is designed to be able to help speed up and facilitate the granting of scholarships in making accurate decisions for students who are eligible to receive scholarships or not.

Abstract

CFC (Computer Fans Club) merupakan salah satu organisasi kemahasiswaan yang berada pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Victory Sorong. Dalam pengelolaan informasi, pengurus CFC memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram yang belum terekap secara menyeluruh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang website bagi CFC. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi liteatur, observasi dan interview. Ketiga metode ini digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi secara lebih akurat dan detail. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode prototype dikarenakan waktu yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini tergolong cukup cepat dan singkat. Metode ini juga memungkinkan penulis sebagai pembangun sistem untuk memastikan website yang dibangun sesuai dengan harapan dari Computer Fans Club. Pengujian website menggunakan black box testing. Perancangan menggunakan metode Unified Modelling Language (UML), MySQL sebagai database, XAMPP sebagai local server dan menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman. Penelitian ini menghasilkan website Computer Fans Club yang dinamis sesuai dengan metode yang dikembangkan. Website ini mampu menampilkan informasi mengenai profil organisasi, pengurus organisasi, agenda kegiatan.dan berita kegiatan yang telah dilakukan oleh Computer Fans Club.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah Al Amin Sorong Junior High School is one of the private junior high schools located in Sorong City, West Papua. As a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, learning systems began to be done online from home. As a result, many complaints from teachers and students, especially new school year students in class VII about learning that is less understandable due to using software that has not been well socialized. Based on the background of the problem, the author researched and designed a web-based academic information system specialized in the collection of assignments and materials and assessment of grade VII students at Muhammadiyah Junior High School. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based academic information system for Muhammadiyah Al Amin Sorong Junior High School. The method of data collection carried out in this study is by interview method, observation and literature study, system development methods used, namely by prototype and website testing methods using blackbox testing, MySQL as a database, XAMPP as a local server and PHP as a programming language. The results of this study are web-based academic information systems for Muhammadiyah Al Amin Kota Sorong Junior High School which is dynamic in accordance with the system development methods used.

Abstract

MSMEs in the supply of goods often experience problems in predicting the number of products that must be available for the following month. If the product is purchased in large quantities, it is feared that the product will not sell well. If the product is purchased in less quantity, the buyer may not get the item he needs. Based on the MSME problem situation, the researchers used the Weighted Moving Average or moving average method as a method to help forecast inventory for the next period, by looking for the smallest gala value to increase accuracy in forecasting the inventory of goods in the kiosk. The data used for this research is sales data for one year from 2020 to 2021. The Moving Average method is a method that gives different weights for each historical. This method produces inventory forecasts for the next period. Judging from the results obtained, namely the forecasting of the following period is 489 bottles. This forecasting result is very accurate because it is supported by the calculation result of the obtained MAPE value of 6.847%. Where, when the MAPE value is getting smaller, the more significant the forecasting accuracy is. With the analysis of inventory forecasting can help simplify the process of service owners in providing goods for the future

Abstract

In inventory, TOP SMILE employees must carry out inventory checks by checking items one by one and then recording. The problem that arises is that the employee on duty has difficulty estimating the number of needs that must be ordered from each type of item. One of the goods with the most market demand is glass. In the supply of glassware, sometimes employees have difficulty in estimating how much is needed. This will have an unfavorable impact, when the goods requested do not match the needs or are excessive. Based on the existing problems, the author wrote a study with the title Moving Average as a Glass Glass Inventory Forecasting Analysis Method at TOP SMILE. The results of the inventory forecasting calculation for May 2021 using the Moving Average method are 6 for glass goods. Then after the results of the inventory forecasting calculations are obtained, it is continued with the calculation of the MAPE value as a test of the accuracy of the previously obtained forecasting value. In the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the MAPE value of 47.095% indicates that the forecasting results obtained are quite accurate. With the inventory forecasting analysis carried out in this study, it can help facilitate the owner's service process in providing goods for the future.

Abstract

Anbiya Jastip is an individual business engaged in the service sector. This service provides storage and delivery of packages between islands using ships. The delivery process at Anbiya's custody service, where the customer sends the package directly or through the market place to the storage address in Surabaya, Jakarta or Makassar then all packages will be sent to Sorong City via ship expedition. In one delivery, Anbiya Jastip can get hundreds of packages. This ship storage service business is in great demand by customers because the shipping costs can be cheaper and there is no minimum weight of goods applied. Such a great opportunity to continue to develop in Anbiya Jastip is not supported by the system because the recording and tracking of goods is still done manually where some are handwritten and some are recorded using Microsoft Word. The system to find out shipping costs is also ineffective because customers have to download several images to find the name and service fees that must be paid. The emergence of new care services is also a challenge for Anbiya Jastip to continue to innovate. These problems encourage researchers to design and establish information systems as a medium for recording, tracking and calculating every transaction made as well as a media for promotion. The system will be made website-based with the Bootstrap framework so that it is dynamic when accessed via a desktop or smartphone. The prototype will be designed using the Rapid Applications Development (RAD) method and testing will be carried out using BlackBox Testing.
