Abstract

With the increasing number of internet service users, more and more information can be obtained from the internet. Information itself is important in this digital era for organizations, businesses and individuals. More and more individuals provide information about them on the internet, making their privacy less and more recently, many individuals are starting to become aware of how the information they provide is used and more and more organizations are starting to pay attention to information security risks that can have a negative impact and material loss on the process. business, image of the organization, customer trust and affect relationships with customers or their business partners. In an effort to maintain data and information security, there is a method called penetration testing. Penetration testing is a series of methods used to test the security of a system. The penetration testing process involves an analysis of a system to look for potential security vulnerabilities such as system configuration errors, defects in software and hardware development and weaknesses in the logic of a process.

Abstract

In public facilities with open or outdoor types that are often visited, it is very difficult to find charging places such as cellphones, tablets, powerbanks and so on. The purpose of this final project is to produce a device that can charge mobile phone batteries to be used in public facilities that are outdoor with a source of electricity used from solar power. In a design and manufacture of charge phones using solar cells for use in outdoor public facilities, it is expected to be able to charge cellphone batteries in a short time and without problems. This solar cell phone charging device is designed for needs in public facilities such as bus stops, parks, beaches, football fields or in public facilities that are not accessible by PLN. Where users can directly charge the cellphone battery. Lack of resources in the Sun, so if the weather is cloudy then charging the storage battery is less than optimal. In accordance with the above problems that storage batteries are not able to last long with the capacity that is only used at this time. So there needs to be a maintenance step, which is to always control the battery water to keep it durable because storage batteries cannot last long.

Abstract

One of the public services in the health sector is the puskesmas. Puskesmas is a public service that is very easily accessible to the general public. However, with the number of puskesmas service centers spread across various districts or cities, it becomes a benchmark in knowing the performance of each employee under the auspices of the agency. The level of community satisfaction in responding to services provided at this time at the Tinggede Health Center by using a box that reads satisfied and dissatisfied. The shortfall in the assessment of public services is because there is no basis for the assessment. The solution in overcoming this problem, the researchers built a web-based information system that can be used at the puskesmas in evaluating satisfaction with the service provided to the community with a satisfaction index based on the MenPan-RB decision number 14 of 2017. The level of success in measuring the information system built with using black box testing and Likert scale. The number of responses in this study were 28 people with the results of the black box testing reaching 100% and the Likert scale reaching a value of 79.5%.

Abstract

Wijaya Karunia Megah Inc., Ltd. is a manufacturing company that provides fabrication services & building material applicators. Wijaya Karunia Megah Inc., Ltd. has not fully utilized information technology in its production process cannot check the availability of raw materials quickly, and takes a long time to generate product inventory reports. The purpose of this study is to develop an information system for managing raw material data at Wijaya Karunia Megah Inc., Ltd. to improve the efficiency of preparing product inventory reports. This research refers to the prototype development method, the programming language PHP framework Codeigniter, and MYSQL as the database. The results of this study are a material management information system website that can provide effective product inventory reports. The raw material processing system at Wijaya Karunia Megah Inc., Ltd. has gone through a systematic testing and evaluation process using paired sample t-test, black box testing, white box testing, and standard benefit testing of 25010. Testing using ISO 25010 gets an average result of functional suitability 94 .15%, performance efficiency 76.2%, usability 97.33%, reliability 92.2%, and maintainability 87.95%. We can conclude that the raw material processing information system helps PT Karunia Megah manage raw materials and provide product inventory reports effectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem pemantau jumlah pengunjung pada ruang publik berbasis citra dengan menggunakan metode Binary Image Comparison (BIC). Teknik pemantauan jumlah pengunjung dilakukan dengan cara menghitung jumlah pengunjung yang masuk dan keluar dari ruang publik berdasarkan citra thresholding warna hijau jalur masuk dan keluar yang tertutup oleh langkah pengunjung. Fungsi dari metode BIC adalah untuk membandingkan nilai biner citra master dengan nilai biner citra hijau pada jalur masuk dan keluar dari ruang publik. Pada saat warna hijau jalur masuk tertutup oleh pengunjung, maka sistem menghitung terdapat pengunjung yang masuk ke dalam ruangan. Selanjutnya, jika kamera mendeteksi terdapat manusia yang melewati jalur warna hijau keluar, maka sistem mendeteksi terdapat manusia yang keluar dari ruangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa metode BIC dapat digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah pengunjung pada ruang publik dengan keakuratan hingga 80%. Selain itu, sistem yang dibangun dapat memberi peringatan berupa bunyi buzzer pada saat jumlah pengunjung melebihi dari kapasitas maksimum dari ruang publik

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan robot arm berbasis vision yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan peringatan berupa suara pada saat mendeteksi manusia tidak menerapkan pola jaga jarak di ruang publik. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi jarak antara objek manusia adalah berdasarkan titik warna hijau yang tertutup oleh tubuh manusia pada saat berada di ruang publik, dimana jarak antara satu titik warna dengan titik warna lainnya adalah 50 cm. Setiap titik warna yang dideteksi oleh kamera robot vision akan diproses pada sebuah node Robot Operating System 2 (ROS 2) menggunakan metode Binary Image Comparison (BIC), kemudian hasil dari proses node-node tersebut akan dibandingkan pada sebuah node untuk menentukan jarak objek antar manusia. Jika dua buah titik warna secara berdekatan tertutup oleh tubuh manusia, maka robot mendeteksi terdapat objek manusia yang tidak menerapkan pola jaga jarak. Selanjutnya, robot akan memberikan peringatan berupa suara untuk menerapkan pola jaga jarak ketika berada di ruang publik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah robot arm yang dibangun dapat memberikan peringatan berupa suara pada saat mendeteksi terdapat objek manusia yang tidak menerapkan pola jaga jarak kurang dari 1 meter pada saat berada di dalam ruang publik.

Abstract

The seriousness of the Central Java Provincial Government in controlling gratification began with the issuance of Gubernatorial Regulation No. Gratification must be reported to the Gratification Control Unit (UPG) if it is directly related to the position and contrary to the task. The existing control system can be said to be not optimal, the report data is still not stored and integrated in the same storage media. Gratification reports are collected via email or fill out a form in person at the Inspectorate building. Public complaints are collected through the Inspectorate's website. This causes the report recapitulation process to be less efficient and effective. For this reason, it is necessary to have an e-government system for integrated web-based gratification control. The system is built using the Bootstrap framework and is supported by PHP functions with MySQL-based storage. As a result, data on gratification reports and public complaints related to gratification cases within the Central Java Provincial Government can be recapitulated by the Central Java UPG more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Hotel City View Sorong is one of the hotels located in the City of Sorong area, In the service that has been running so far, Hotel City View Sorong opens services every day at a specified time, while the process of collecting data for goods is done manually, hotel employees must collect data on goods do the ledger. Based on the condition of the manual, the identification of the problem obtained is fully carried out still using human resources which allows for errors in the process of entering goods. In this study, the data collection method used observation, interviews and using the prototype method to develop the system. The website is prepared with a development stage procedure that includes an analysis of user needs, then implementation using PHP as the PHP programming language and MySql as the database. System testing by doing Black Box testing. From the research conducted, a warehouse inventory system software is produced with the ability to find out the amount of stock items and store data on incoming and outgoing goods and control warehouse inventory.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan e-learning pada pembelajaran instalasi listrik komersial yang akan digunakan untuk mengetahui efektivitas e-learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa D4 Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri atas lima tahap, yaitu: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan eveluasi. Uji kelayakan produk dilakukan oleh dua ahli materi, dua ahli media, 9 orang responden/pengguna. Subjek uji coba penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester IV sebanyak 32 orang. Data diperoleh dari angket materi, angket media, angket respon pengguna, dan tes. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa e-learning pada pembelajaran instalasi listrik komersial yang diimplementasikan kepada mahasiswa D4 Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta sangat efektif.

Abstract

The development and use of information technology today is very important. Almost all office administration work always uses information technology. Information technology is growing, causing all aspects of human work to always be connected with the development of these technologies. One of the important information technology is a mail administration information system. The purpose of making a mail management information system is to be able to manage mail data so that it is organized and can assist officers in making reports more effective. Currently, there are still some obstacles in archiving letters, such as the recording of letters is still done manually and not all letters are archived properly. For that, we need a system that is able to handle filing letters in storage and searching for a document that is needed in a fast and precise time. This system is built with Bootstrap framework, MySQL database server, PHP 7, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The web is a system that can load various media including images or text documents in which it uses the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP). This system was built to be able to manage mail so that letters can be archived properly and the web can be accessed at any time to manage letters as long as they are connected to an internet connection.
