Abstract

In the current Covid-19 pandemic, there is a process of major changes the result of social distancing policies for all people so that they must be able to adapt. Students must also adapt to changes in learning methods and have high morale so that they can continue to follow learning well. So students are required to have soft skills regarding the use of online learning model applications, preparing quotas, and being in an area that is sufficiently accessible to the internet network so that later there will be no obstacles when attending online lectures. Students must also adapt and have a fighting spirit to stay enthusiastic about learning. This research is a type of quantitative research, cross-sectional design with a descriptive-analytic approach. The sample was taken by random sampling technique of 200 respondents. as many as 175 people (88%). Talented respondents in the arts were 90 respondents (45%), sports were 70 respondents 35%), and other fields were 40 respondents (20%). The results of univariate analysis describe respondents with adversity quotient in the category climbers as many as 33 respondents (16.5%), the category campers obtained 163 respondents (81.5%) and the category quitters obtained 4 respondents (2%). Meanwhile, the frequency of self-adaptation ability was 193 respondents (96.5%) with the adaptive category and as many as 7 respondents (3.5%) in the maladaptive category. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the Pv value was 0.001 less than the alpha value = 0.05, which indicated that there was a significant relationship between adversity quotient and the self-adaptation ability of students during the Covid-19 pandemic with a positive relationship with sufficient strength. Further researchers are expected to research to discuss the factors and characteristics of self-adaptation that are dominant to adapt to a new environment. Abstract

Financial Education is an essential life skill and is a specialization module in adult education and training. Within the financial education domain, a sub-module would be on financial instruments, such as Mutual Funds. Mutual Funds are small retail investor-friendly investment tools. They are increasingly getting investor interest worldwide because they can provide potential solutions for short- and long-term investing. However, like any other financial/investing topic, teaching mutual fund concepts is challenging because of its unique vocabulary, jargon, and investment processes. The paper highlights broad modules that can be part of a typical mutual fund curriculum. Pedagogical Action Research is used to build the teaching modules focusing on narrativity, pupil's agency, curriculum development, practical theories, and ethics. Findings from this work can help teachers and trainers in the financial domain, mutual fund distributors, asset management companies, and the capital market regulators in building financial products that are easier to understand and invest in by small retail investors.

Abstract

The many problems of education in Indonesia, need fast and right efforts from the government, especially policyholders in the education sector. The dynamic world of education requires the presence of effective and efficient education policies. One of the problems of education in Indonesia is the implementation of education in “ 3 T “ Areas (Frontier, Remote, And Underdeveloped ), where there is a shortage of teachers. To solve that problem, the ministry of education and culture create “ Maju Bersama Mencerdaskan Indonesia Program “ (MBMI) where one of the program contents is empowerment the bachelor’s degree to teach in 3 T areas. Certainly, this is a short-term solution, because they become teachers only one year in that area. Not only that, but the government also empowers the army as the teacher in 3 T areas. Empowerment of the army as the teacher leaves a problem about the function of the army in army and police laws. Furthermore, the professionalism of the army as the teacher is doubtful. How much effectiveness and efficiency this policy will try to analyze with SWOT analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Describe the role of parents in helping children's online learning at home, (2) Determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for online learning during the COVID 19 period. The study was conducted at SDN 014 Samarinda Ulu for two months. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Mile and Huberman model. The results showed that: (1) The role of parents in helping children learn at home online during covid-19 is quite good. Of the subjects studied (parents): (a) There are those who act as parents and as teachers at home in helping children learn online; (b) There are those who advise children to be more active in studying; (c) Some are less involved because they do not understand online learning. (2) Supporting factors for online learning are: (a) Participation from parents who act as teachers at home; (b) Supervision from parents to children in learning; (c) The giving of gifts or punishment from parents to their children. Inhibiting factors are: (a) Inadequate facilities; (b) Parents are busy working, so they do not interact with their children; (c) lack of understanding of parents in online learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan keterampilan mengukur pada keterampilan proses sains dalam pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan keterampilan proses sains pada materi suhu dan kalor melalui aspek keterampilan mengukur dalam pembelajaran daring oleh siswa di SDN 015 Samarinda Ulu. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, subjek penelitian ini adalah guru wali kelas V di SDN 015 SamarindaUlusebagaiguruyangmelaksanakanpembelajaranmengenaiketerampilanmengukur,siswa kelas V yang mengikuti pembelajaran daring mengenai keterampilan mengukur, serta orang tua siswa kelas V yang mendampingi siswa di rumah selama melaksanakan pembelajaran daring. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan teknik pegumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penerikan kesimpulan. Jenis triangulasi yang digunakan adalah triangulasisumber. Hasil penelitian mengenai analisis keterampilan mengukur dalam pembelajaran daring siswa kelas V di SDN 015 Samarinda Ulu tahun pembelajaran 2020/2021 dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan keterampilan mengukur yang dilaksanakan oleh guru wali kelas yakni dengan cara memberikan materi pembelajaran melalui aplikasi WhatApp dengan menyebarkan link video pembelajaran. Guru dan orang tua juga memiliki upaya yang dilakukan agar siswa selalu mengerjakan tugasmengenaipengukuranantaralaindenganselalumengingatkankepadasiswamengenaitugasyang telah diberikan guru, serta orang tua akan membantu anak mereka apabila mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukantugasdanmemberikansemangatkepadasiswadalammelakukantugasataupunmengerjakan tugas.Adapuntahap-tahappelaksanaanpembelajaranmengenaipengukuranyaituguruwalikelasakan memberikan penjelasan singkat mengenai proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran tentang pengukuran dan media praktikum yang akan digunakan sehingga siswa dapat langsung melakukan praktikum di rumah dengan dampingan orang tua, dan untuk melihat hasil praktikum siswa guru memberikan tugas kepada siswa berkaitan dengan hasil praktikum. Guru akan memberikan waktu tiga hari atau paling lambat setidaknya satu minggu bagi siswa untuk menyelesaikan tugas praktikum yang telah diberikan, kemudian untuk pengumpulan tugas setelah melakukan praktikum, siswa dapat mengumpulkannya melelui aplikasi whatsapp berupa foto praktikum serta tugas pengukuranwaktu.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah research and development yaitu penelitian untuk mengembangkan produk bahan ajar di bidang pembelajaran. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di SDN 003 Sungai Pinang. Penelitian ini didasarkan dari kurangnya keterampilan guru untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar sehingga pembelajaran terkesan sangat membosankan dan tidak menarik. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana peningkatan siswa dalam menyerap materi dan membuat sesuatu yang dapat dipraktekkan kedalam kehidupan bermasayarakat.Bahan ajar brosur ini dibuat melalui beberapa tahapan antara lain:Studi Pendahuluan,Perencanaan,Desain Produk, Validasi Produk, Uji coba Produk, Produk akhir. Kemudian produk di uji untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan bahan ajar dan di validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media serta oleh guru kelas. Dan data disajikan kedalam kelompok data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil validasi ahli materi mendapatkan rata – rata skor 80. Validasi ahli media dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali dan mendapatkan skor 85 Dan validasi oleh guru kelas memperoleh85.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah untuk optimalisasi potensi dalam lingkungan sekolah di Taman penitipan Anak Islam Salsabilla agar dapat membangun karakter peserta didik yang berkualitas melalui strategi PELANGI (Pengulangan, pembiasaan dan inovasi). Taman Penitipan Anak merupakan salah satu pendidikan non formal dimana keberadaannya sangat dibutuhkan oleh orangtua khususnya yang bekerja. Namun bagaimana lembaga Taman Penitipan Anak (TPA) tersebut dapat membantu anak tumbuh dan berkembang dengan optimal serta dapat membangun karekter sejak usia dini, maka diperlukan penelitian untuk memperoleh strategi yang tepat dalam hal pendidikan dan kepengasuhan anak.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Taman Penitipan Anak Islam Salsabilla dengan cara melakukan observasi, pengambilan data terhadap 6 peserta didk mulai tanggal 01 sampai dengan 29 maret 2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi PELANGI yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan kualitas mutu lembaga pendidikan dan meningkatkan karakteristik pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to find out the effect of principal academic supervision on the quality of education of Vocational High School at Kutai Kartanegara Regency, (2) to find out the effect of principal policies on the quality of education of Vocational High School at Kutai Kartanegara Regency, (3) to find out the effect of academic supervision and policy, the principal simultaneously on the quality of Vocational High School at Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This research was conducted in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The method used in the research was correlational method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that had been tested for its' validity and reliability. Total population of 113 people with a sample of 88 people who were taken by disproportionate stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) Academic supervision has an effect on the quality of education. This means that the higher academic supervision is, it will result in an increasing quality of education, (2) Principal's policy affects the quality of education. This means that the higher the principal's policy is, will result in an increase in the quality of education, (3) Academic supervision and the principal's policy simultaneously affect the quality of education. will result in an increasing quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy on student learning outcomes at SD Inpres Bangkala III Makassar City. This research is classified into the type of Ex Post Facto research using a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at SD Inpres Bangkala III Makassar City. The sample of this study were all students of class VA SD Inpres Bangkala III Makassar City. Which consisted of 30 students. The total number of samples used is 30 students, using non-random sampling technique. The results of this study using descriptive analysis, the average value of digital literacy is 70.10 which is in the good category and the value of learning outcomes is 82.63 which is in the good category. Inferential analysis, the results of the digital literacy normality test are 0.327 and the learning outcomes are 0.248 > 0.05 (normality distributed), the homogenity test results are 0.114 > 0.05 (homogenity), the linearity test results are 0.080 > 0.05 based on the data results, there is a relationship which is linear digital literacy on learning outcomes. The results of the hypothesis test showed a sig value of 0.003, with the criteria of sig (0.003) < α (0.05). The conclusion in this study is that there is an influence of digital literacy on student learning outcomes of SD Inpres Bangkala III Makassar City.

Abstract

Irmayanti, 2021.The Effect of Learning Methods towards Student’ Achievement in Online and Offline Learning at SD NegeriKassi Makassar.Supervised by Perawati Bte Abustang and Eka Fitriana HS. This study aims to determine the effect of learning methods on student’ achievementin Online and Offline Learning at SD NegeriKassi Makassar. This research used Ex Post Facto research with a quantitative approach. The research took place at SD NegeriKassi Makassar. The sample in this study was all students of class IV/A and IV/B consisting of 20 students in class IV/A and 20 students in class IV/B, total the total sampel is 40 students, while the technique of sample is simple random sampling. Data collection is a questionnaire, with data analysis using spss 21.0. The results of the descriptive shows that the analysis of the student learning method was very good category (65%), and student’ achievement was good category (60%). Inferential analysis results show that there is a positive influence on the way of learning on student achievement is online and offline learning at SD NegeriKassi Makassar with a sig value of 0.000<0,05. So, theoretically and empirically the findings of this study states that the learning methodshaveaffectsof student achievement in online and offline learning at SD NegeriKassi Makassar.
