<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and test the empirical data on the relationship of academic culture and organizational culture with teacher performance separately or simultaneously. In this study, the authors used survey method with the correlational approach regresional the quantitative data obtained from the object of research is school teachers Islam Al-Azhar BSD. Samples were as many as 93 respondents Islamic School teacher population of Al-Azhar BSD in the academic year 2016-2017. The data collection was done by using a questionnaire/questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Type of analysis is correlation and regression analysis were described descriptively. The results of this study are: First, There is a positive and significant academic culture on teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,804 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 64,6%. Secondly, There is a positive and significant relationship of organizational culture on teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,736 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 53,7%. Thirdly, there is a positive and significant academic culture and organizational culture simultaneously on teacher performance. The correlation coefficient of 0.813 while the coefficient of determination of 66,1%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe how education management in the Indonesian language structure STAIN Curup. This type of research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, the subjects of this study are the department heads, lecturers, study program staff and students. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data manipulation and techniques.The results of this study indicate that: 1) leadership in the management of education in the Indonesian STAIN Curup tadris has been well implemented, 2) efforts to improve the management aspects of education in the Indonesian language system at STAIN Curup have been implemented is the autonomy of study programs in improving education quality. as an effort to seek input and increase enthusiasm to make a positive contribution to the study program. Transparency of one of the principles of good governance or good governance of the organization is needed to build a successful organization. Teamwork collaboration is needed because cooperation will provide better work results, but cooperation is still low. Management of education in the Indonesian language class has had a positive impact on study programs.]]>

<![CDATA[Madrasa is an Islamic educational institutions that play a role in realizing national education goals. But in its history, the existence of madrassas has experienced complex dynamics and tides. This study was intended to analyze the dynamics and the development of the implementation of the madrasa curriculum, especially those based on Islamic boarding schools in the 20th century. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using the documentation method. The results showed that the curriculum dynamics of pesantren-based madrasas in their history experienced various dynamics that could be classified into three groups, namely periods of growth, periods of development, periods of strengthening of existence. The growth period starts from the birth of madrassas from the pesantren's womb and curricula that are dominated by religious knowledge and tend not to be neatly structured. The development periods are characterized by many of fluctuations and tugging on the implementation of the madrasah curriculum mainly because it is related to recognition and existence. The period of strengthening existence began when the existence of madrassas was legally recognized, especially after the issuance of three Ministerial Decrees which emphasized improving the quality of madrasah education.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper examines the strategic role of religious education in the national education system. In accordance with the mandate of UU Sisdiknas no 20/2003 that religious education is part of national education. Moreover, the issue of character education is getting stronger, increasingly placing religious education, in this case Islamic Education (IE) as the spearhead in guarding the implementation of character education. By using literature study, the results of this study were obtained, that the implementation of IE needs to be improved in order to produce students with character. Some obstacles in the implementation of Islamic religious education, making the PAI has not been able to produce students of character as much as expected by all parties. There are two dominant causes in the implementation of IE that are less than the maximum. First, IE puts more emphasis on the mastery of texts contained in textbooks and outer cognitive only (cognitive domain), whereas the substance of the cultivation of religious values just disappears as the cognitive knowledge accumulates. Second, the doctrinal learning process must be accepted, without growing the students' critical reason.]]>

<![CDATA[Principals in Nur Iman Kindergarten are required to have a concern for the problems faced by students. The head of the foundation has functions as supervisors, leaders, teaching staff, and school administration. The purpose of this research is to find out the leadership style of the foundation head in improving teacher performance and education processing in Nur Iman Kindergarten, to find out the foundation head's achievements in improving teacher performance and educational processing in Nur Iman Kindergarten, and to find out the supporting factors and obstacles to the foundation head's leadership style in improving teacher performance and education processing in Nur Iman Kindergarten. The research method is field study research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using miles and huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions. The results showed that the head of the foundation had maximized the performance of teachers in Nur Iman Kindergarten.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explain how to develop curriculum in inclusive schools, the paradigm used in this research is the paradigm of management functions of curriculum development. Then the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process. This study uses a qualitative method using a curriculum development management approach. The data in this study were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Testing the authenticity of the data through continuous observation and triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis uses an interactive way, including; data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: first: the treatment given by the inclusive schools in Madrasah Aliyah Baitul Makmur towards children with different special needs is adjusted to their respective levels. For example services with regular classes with pull outs and for Madrasah Aliyah Baitul Makmur use a regular class placement / service system. Second; the development carried out at schools in Madrasah Aliyah Baitul Makmur curriculum development tailored to the characteristics / psychology of their students. The inhibiting factors are the lack of facilities and infrastructure and the absence of special teachers for children with special needs.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed at investigating the implementation of academic supervision by principals, from the planning, implementation, and follow-up. Academic supervision gave impact on teachers? performance. Teachers? evaluations will be seen from the lesson plan, the implementation of instruction, assessment of learners and the follow-up. To achieve these objectives, we used quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires using Likert scale. The analysis used was simple regression analysis. The results showed there was significant correlation between the academic supervision by principals towards the teachers? performance. If the academic supervision increases, the teachers? performance will also increase.]]>

<![CDATA[Pesantren as Islamic education institution have two main focuses in organizing their activities programs; first is the aspect of learning, and second is the aspect of Education. In the Learning aspect, the Santri gained cognitive knowledge from Kitab Kuning book, whereas the Santri obtained the affective and psychomotor aspects through the boarding education system. Where the Santri lives with his friends, teachers, and Kyai together in the scope of Pondok or dormitory. The purpose of writing this paper is to describe dormitory management with a managerial perspective. The conclusion is that the dormitory management concept, which includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, has been carried out by boarding schools. Optimizing the management functions of the management of the dormitory will assist the board in achieving the main objectives of boarding school.]]>
