Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Services and Hajj Manasik Training Against the Performance of Jogjakarta City Ministry of Religion Employees Through the Satisfaction of Hajj Pilgrims. The research subjects were pilgrims, a sample of 100, sampling techniques with purposive sampling. The technique of collecting data in the form of primary data through questionnaires, data analysis techniques with SmartPLS. The results of the study: (1) the service variable has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, the parameter coefficient value is 0.996 with P-Value 0.003. (2) Hajj Manasik Training Variables have a positive and significant effect on Satisfaction with a Coefficient of 0.112 with P-Value 0.008. (3) Service variables do not have a positive effect on employee performance. Parameter coefficient values ​​are 0.644 with P-Value 0.345. (4) The Hajj Manasik Training variable does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the parameter coefficient value is 0.715 with P-Value 0.297 (5) Service and Pelatiahan Hajj variable variables have a positive and significant effect, the parameter coefficient value is 0.269 with P-Value 0.001. Abstract

Improving the quality of hospitals is a vision that must be fulfilled to meet the health needs of the general public. The quality of the hospital will be fulfilled with good quality and available human resources and supporting facilities, a phenomenon which is inevitably the responsibility of many parties, both the government, the health department and also mainly hospital staff, who have the responsibility answers that have a direct impact on the quality of hospital services, current conditions have not shown maximum expectation so that appropriate efforts and strategies are still needed to improve the performance of medical staff in the hope that it will have an impact on improving hospital quality, organizational culture, discipline, motivation. factors that can influence the performance of employees of the ara rara meha waingapu hospital, east sumba, NTT. To study it, this research was carried out by formulating the following problems: (1) whether organizational culture influences the motivation of medical staff (2) whether the discipline influences the motivation of medical staff (3) whether the organizational culture influences the performance of medical staff (4) whether the discipline influences medical staff performance (5) whether the influence of motivation on the performance of medical staff. Abstract

This study aims to examine whether product quality and business location have an effect on consumer loyalty by intervening consumer satisfaction. The analysis uses independent variables of product quality and business location with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis in this research uses descriptive analysis method and inferential analysis method using Patial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, while the location aspect has a positive effect on consumer loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial effect of transformational leadership style on innovative behavior, transactional leadership style on innovative behavior, the influence of organizational culture on innovative behavior and simultaneously the influence of transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style and organizational culture on innovative behavior. This study used a census sample with 43 respondents and the data collection technique was a questionnaire. This study used data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination. The results showed that the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. The transactional leadership style has a positive and insignificant effect on innovative behavior. The organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. Simultaneously transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on innovative behavior. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work discipline and work experience on employee performance on disaster management staff in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study uses a saturated sample with a population of 43 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire with a census. The data analysis method used the classical assumption test, multiple linear test and the coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work experience variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, simultaneously the variables competence, work discipline and work experience have a positive effect. and significant to employee performance. urgent. significant to employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of democratic leadership style, work motivation on intervening job satisfaction performance. The sample of this study was the managers of 13 tourist villages in Turi District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The total sample of 72 respondents was obtained using the slavin method, while the sampling technique was by using a stratified sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The analysis in this research uses descriptive analysis method and inferential analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that the democratic leadership style, and work motivation significantly positively influence job satisfaction. Leadership style and work motivation significantly positively influence performance. While job satisfaction has a positive effect on the performance of the tourism village managers in Turi District. Abstract

This study aimed to show the variables that influenced employees’ performance directly through motivation as an intervening variable at Puskesmas with Plenary accreditation at Sleman Regency. This study used primary data obtained from the results of a questionnaire at Puskesmas with Plenary accreditation (Puskesmas Mlati 2). The sample of this study used census method. The type of this research was a quantitative research. The test results showed that physical work environment variables did not affect directly towards the employees’ performance. Meanwhile, compensation had a direct effect on employees’ performance. The variable physical work environment and Compensation no effect employee performance through motivation. Abstract

This study conducted to examine individual characteristics variables, workload, stress conflict in improving the performance of health workers and non-health workers PUKSESMAS Depok II, Sleman, D.I. Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used a census. The sample is health workers and non-health workers. The analysis technique used path analysis with the SPSS 18.0 and SmartPLS 3.2.8. Based on the results of data analysis and the hypothesis testing are concluded that the individual characteristic variables have a positive and insignificant effect on stress variables and have a significant positive effect on performance variables. Workload variables have a positive and insignificant effect on stress variables and have a positive but not significant effect on performance variables. Conflict variables have a significant positive effect on performance variables and have a significant negative effect on performance. Abstract

Setiap Muslim memiliki tugas untuk mengemban amanah Allah swt., yaitu sebagai pemakmur bumi. Dengan kasih sayang-Nya, Allah swt. telah mengutus Muhammad saw. untuk membawa agama Islam sebagai petunjuk dan pedoman hidup bagi umat manusia. Rasulullah saw. Sendiri sebagai pembawa risalah merupakan rahmat bagi segenap alam Hal ini diwujudkan dengan cara mendorong terwujudnya kesejahteraan bagi seluruh makhluk yang hidup di muka bumi, tanpa membedakan suku, ras, dan agama. Selain berupa wahyu dan contoh kehidupan Rasulullah SAW., Allah SWT. melengkapi petunjuk-Nya dengan memperjalankan umat manusia ke berbagai bangsa dan negara dalam pembangunan perekonomian bangsa. Perjalanan ini menghasilkan berbagai teori dan pendekatan dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Perpaduan antara petunjuk wahyu dengan petunjuk empiris ini sejatinya menjadi acuan dasar untuk membangun manusia dengan segala dimensinya. Ruh Islam sebagai sumber tata aturan yang diterapkan dalam menjalankan roda perekonomian menjadi spirit tersendiri sebagai bentuk nilai ibadah yag tidak bisa terpisahkan. Dengan kata lain sistem perekonomian Islam merupakan sistem perekonomian yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai dan prinsip-prinsip syariah yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an dan Al-sunnah.
