Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit Umum Latifa Melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Queen Latifa. Metode Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan instrument penelitian. Sampel sebanyak 100 karyawan, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Analsisis jalur menggunakan SPSS 18.0 dan SmartPLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian: variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan, Variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja variabel Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Variabel Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Abstract

Object: The objective of this study is to knows how can good managing Public Sector Bussines with understand the influence of marketing mix ( Product, price, place and promotion) on Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. This research was conducted in April 2016 with the object of research Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Method: Data were analysis using the software program 15.00 to test the validity and reliability, the classic assumption deviation, dual of regression, as well as the Determination Coefficient (R2). Predictor variables consist of product, price, place, and promotion. Dependent variable is only one, that is, Passenger’s Satisfaction. Result: This research is a analysis quantitative study with a random sampling method. Data were collected by means of questionnaires with cluster method. The subject of this study are Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Conclusion: Based on the research, it can be concluded that marketing mix partially influences customer’s satisfaction with equation Y = 4,554-0,116X1+ 0,069X2 + 0,137X3 + 0,132X4 but simultaneous marketing mix does not influence Passenger’s satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Persepsi Pelanggan Dalam Peningkatan Kepuasan Wisata Pada Museum Kars Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini populasi adalah semua wisatawan yang berkunjung di Kawasan Museum Kars Indonesia. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Kuesioner dengan pertanyaan terstruktur dan skala likert dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat analisis Patial Least Square (PLS). berdasarkan analisis jalur dapat disimpulkan pengaruh langsung atraksi wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dipersepsikan paling baik dengan efek total sebesar 0.425, pemandu wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dipersepsikan rendah dengan efek total sebesar 0.324 sehingga perlu ditingkatkan, sedangkan Muatan Edukasi terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dipersepsikan paling rendah dengan efek total sebesar 0.291 sehingga perlu pembenahan dan peningkatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel muatan edukasi, atraksi wisata dan pemandu wisata berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi pengunjung, Variabel muatan edukasi, atraksi wisata dan pemandu wisata yang ada di Museum Kars Indonesia secara simultan berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap persepsi pengunjung dengan koefisien sebesar 0.641. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Perception, Motivation, Satisfaction, and Loyalty of Members in Following the Arisan of the Motorbike Auction of Family Education in Yogyakarta (Arlemot PKPY). The method of this study uses the Ex Post Facto approach. The method uses Inferential Analysis with SmatPLS and SPSS as an analysis tool. The subjects and research objects used are the Arlemot PKPY Members. The results of the study revealed that the test results: The hypothesis shows that motivation has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, Perception has a negative effect and is not significant towards Loyalty, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, motivation (M) has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty. The benefits of this research can be used as information in an effort to improve Arlemot PKPY members through optimal socialization. Abstract

Competition of hospitality companies in Yogyakarta is very fierce. To maintain challenges is not only determined by employees who work in accordance with their job descriptions. Considering these issues, this research was conducted to analyze the effect of Emotional intelligence, and Work Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Pesonna Hotel Malioboro to develop human resource behavior and increasing company competitiveness. The study sample was 62 employees of Pesonna Hotel Malioboro. Using inferential analysis with SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. The results with a P-Value of 5% or 0.05 showed that emotional intelligence haven effect on job satisfaction (0.000<0.05), Work Engagement haven effect on Job Satisfaction (0.001 <0.05). Emotional Intelligence did not have directly influence OCB (0.232> 0.05). Work Engagement did not have directly affect OCB. While job satisfaction can explain the effect of emotional intelligence on OCB (0.000 <0.05), and same with the effect of work Engagement on OCB (0.001 <0.05). Abstract

This research aims to determne the effect of Work Ethic and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of the Tanimbar Islands Regency with Motivation as an Intervening Variable. Participans from this research were taken from employees of BAPPEDA Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar. The method of data collection in this research was conducted by using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The technique of data analysis applied in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. The results in this research are Work Ethics that have a significant effect on motivation but have no significant effect on employee performance, Work Environment has a significant effect on motivation but not significantly on employee performance, motivation does not have a significant effect on performance, Worck Ethic does not significantly influence performance through motivation. Abstract

This research aims to find a capability of Small Medium Enterprise in Yogyakarta regency for surviving. The variables use peson organization fit, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and competitive advantage with 80 respondents. The research use a combination purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The result shows that Person-Organization Fit effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (H1), Job Satisfaction doesn’t effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (H2), Organizational Citizenship Behavior effect on Competitive Advantage (H3), Person-Organization Fit doesn’t effect on Competitive Advantage (H4), and Job Satisfaction effect on Competitive Advantage (H5). This research also shows Person-Organization Fit and Job Satisfaction will increase of Competitive Advantage when are mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior Keywords: Person-Organization Fit, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Competitive Advantage

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the study of Complications, Motivations and External Factors on the Performance of Officers with the Effectiveness of PBB Collection in Sragen Regency. The population in this study was the UN collector official Sragen Regency collected 400 officers. Researchers took a sample of 10%, namely 400x10% = 40. Samples in this study were 40 UN polling officers. With random sampling technique, which is a random sampling technique, so that the opportunity for participation to be sampled is equal, so the number of samples in this study increased by 40 respondents. Compensation Hypothesis Test Results a significant effect on the effectiveness of tax collection. The motivation is of significant importance to the effectiveness of tax collection. External factors do not significantly influence the effectiveness of tax collection. Significant compensation on the performance of Officers. Motivation of significant importance to the performance of the UN Polling Officer. External factors do not significantly influence the performance of officers. The effectiveness of tax collection has a significant effect on the performance of Officers. Experimental results can be carried out together with the variables of compensation, motivation, external factors and the effectiveness of tax collection affecting performance. This total R2 value of 0.974 means that the performance of PBB Collection Officers in Sragen Regency is assessed by the variables of Compensation, Motivation, External Factors and the effectiveness of tax collection of 97.4%. The results of the path analysis show the comparison and motivation through the direct path, while external factors are not effective for the direct or indirect pathway Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, External Factors, Effectiveness, Performance

Abstract

The Effect of Training and Career Development on the Performance of Employees of the DIY Transportation Department with Motivation as Intervening Variables. The aim of this research is to find out any effect of each variable. This research use a quantitative approach with 61 sample of Dinas Perhubungan DIY employees. The results of the research are: 1). Abstract

This research intends to know the influence of commitment and management performance to this satisfaction of cooperative’s members with the service quality as intervening variable. The subject of this research is KSP Kopdit Marsudi Mulyo with 73 respondence selected by census techniq to collect the data use the questioner. Data analisysis technique use PLS. The result of this research show that : (1) There is positive and significan influence between commitment and servis quality; (2) There is positive and significan influence between management performance and servis quality; (3) There is positive and significan influence between commitment and members satisfaction; (4) There is positive and signifian influence between management performance and members satisfaction;and (5) There is positive and significan between commitment and management performance with members satisfaction.
