Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of compensation, competence and organizationalculture with work motivation as intervening variable towards work performance of theemployees at Magelang Public Health Center. The conclusions in this research are: 1)Compensation has positive yet insignificant effect towards work motivation; 2) Competence haspositive and significant result towards Work Motivation; 3) Organizational culture has positiveand significant result towards Work Motivation; 4) Compensation, Competence andOrganizational culture as together bring positive and significant result towards WorkMotivation; 5) Compensation has negative and insignificant effect on Performance; 6)Competence has positive yet insignificant effect on Performance; 7) Organizational Culturehas negative and insignificant effect on Performance; 8) Employee Motivation has positive yetinsignificant effect on Performance; 9) Compensation on Competence, Organizational Cultureand Work Motivation affected each other, but insignificant towards work performance.Keywords: Compensation, Competence, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation,Performance

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To determine the effect of quality, product and product design on customersatisfaction; (2) To know affect the quality of service, product, and product design to customer loyalty;and (3) To know the influence of consumer to customer loyalty. Population in this research is allconsumer of Modena area of Yogyakarta branch with sample 100 people. The technique uses data usingquestionnaires. The analysis is a multiple regression analysis and path analysis. Based on the researchresult, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a significant positive effect of service quality, productquality, and product design on satisfaction of Modena product in Yogyakarta branch area (2) there issignificant positive influence of service quality, product quality, product design and satisfactioncustomer to customer loyalty on Modena product in branch area of Yogyakarta. (3) There is a significantpositive effect to consumers on customer loyalty of Modena product in Yogyakarta branch area.Keywords: service quality, product quality, product design, loyalty customers, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research study to see whether there is a significant relationship between Flight Arrival with Hotel occupancy rate in the province of Bangka Belitung islands. The methods used through the Quantitative Approach. Data analysis used consist of statistical data of Analytical and Analytical Statistics which sourced from Central Bureau of Statistics of Province of Bangka Belitung Islands in 2012 -2016. The results of the study show that the Flight Arrival shows a strong relationship and in line with the hotel occupancy rate in the province of bangka belitung island with the coefficient value of 0.56.   Keyword. Abstract

The research was conducted to test leadership variable influence, organization culture, and compensation of the performance of them through loyality to PT. Synergy first Logistics yogyakarta. Sampling technique used simple random sampling. The sample Is employee of Synergy combat yogyakarta which consisted of 41 peoples. The collection of data using koesioner. The analysis used is technique analysis spss 16.0 path by the tools. And smartpls 3.0. Based on analysis of the data and the results of the testing of hypotheses to research can be concluded that leadership have a negative influence on loyalty employees. Culture organization have had a positive impact of loyalty employees. Compensation have had a positive impact of loyalty employees. Leadership have had a positive impact on the performance of employees. Culture organization have a negative influence on of employee performance. Compensation have a negative influence on loyalty employees. Loyalty have had a positive impact on the performance of an employee. Simultaneously variable leadership, organization culture , and compensation had a positive impact on loyalty. Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the effect of discipline, communication, leadership and motivation in good work by partial and simultan for the Civil Government at the centre of development and efficiency the educator and staff of education (PPPPTK) Mathematic Yogyakarta. The population is all the staff in the centre of development and efficiency the educator and staff education (PPPPTK) Mathematic Yogyakarta has 172 staffs. By using technique of random sampling was got 114 sample of the staffs. The technique to take the data of this research by using questioner. The analysis used regression double linier. The result of the research can show that discipline in work, communication, leadership, motivation can give positive effect and significant to the commitment. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the Style of Leadership, Motivation and Discipline Work on the Performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable BMT Niten Case Study In Bantul. Research conducted in the Credit Unions and Islamic Financing (KSPPS) Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Niten of Bantul. Respondents who used as many as 35 employees working in the Office of BMT. Data were processed using analysis Partial Least Squares (PLS), the SEM-based variance, with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed leadership style had no significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction. While the Style of Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant influence on job satisfaction.   Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, Discipline Work, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance.

Abstract

To determine the effect of service quality and location of the image of the hotel, guest satisfaction and loyalty at Inna Garuda Yogyakarta. The data collection method used was survey method using a questionnaire. In this study, researchers took samples of the guests staying at the Hotel Ina Garuda Yogyakarta amounted to 75 guests, using random sampling techniques. The result show that 1) The quality of service does not affect the companys image, 2) Quality of service has no effect on customer satisfaction, 3) Location affects the image of the company, 4) The location has no effect on customer satisfaction, 5) Corporate Image effect on customer satisfaction, 6) Satisfaction effect on customer loyalty, 7) Image Company effect on customer loyalty, 8) Quality of service impact on customer loyalty, and 9) The location has no effect on customer loyalty.   Keywords: Quality of Service, Location, Citra Hotel, Satisfaction And Loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of work stress, compensation, organizational climate on job satisfaction; (2) To determine the effect of job satisfaction, work stress, compensation, and organizational climate on turnover intention. The population in this study are employees of the Cooperative KOKAPURA AVIA totaling 180 people, while employees who have worked more than three years as many as 128 people. Samples were taken 97 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis and path analysis using PLS 3.0 Smart program. Based on the results of the study concluded that: (1) Work stress, compensation incentive, organizational climate  significantly influence towards employee job satisfaction; (2) Job satisfaction, work stress, compensation, and organizational climate significantly influence toward employee turnover intention Keywords: work stress, incentive compensation, organizational climate, job satisfaction, turnover intention

Abstract

Subyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan politeknik API Yogyakarta yang ditetapkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan motivasi kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan dengan mediasi kepuasan kerja. Sampel penelitian ini berupa saturasi atau sensus sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan SPSS windows 17.0 dan analisis inferesnsial menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu: 1) lingkungan kerja dan motivasi berdampak positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 2) kompensasi berdampak negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 3) lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi berdampak positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. 4) kepuasan karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi dengan klasifikasi model struktural moderat. 5) kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja dengan model struktural klasifikasi moderat.   Kata kunci: lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh variabel pendidikan, keterampilan, dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kinerja. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 139 pengrajin perak yang ada dalam wilayah sentra industri perak di Kotagede Yogyakarta yang diambil sebagai sampel sebanyak 39 pengrajin.Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan adala accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  pendidikan (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, keterampilan (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, kedisiplinan kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, variabel pendidikan (X1), keterampilan (X2), dan kedisiplinan kerja (X3) berpengaruh secara simultan dan positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. Variabel yang paling dominan adalah kedisiplinan kerja dengan koefisien sebesar 0,711. Kata kunci : pendidikan, keterampilan, kedisiplinan kerja, kinerja.   ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of work discipline variables on performance (4) the effect of variables of education, skills, and work discipline on. The population is 139 artisans of silver industry in Kotagede Yogyakarta, taken as a sample as much 39 artisans. Data collection using a questionnaire, while data analysis techiques using multiple regression analysis. The results showed  Education (X1) has a significant positive effect on performance, skills (X2) has a significant positive effect on performance, and work discipline (X3) has a significant positive effect on performance, educational variables (X1), skills (X2), and work discipline (X3) simultaneously and positively significant on performance and the most dominant variable is work discipline with a coefficient of 0.711.
