Abstract

This study intends to define customer satisfaction, elucidate product and service quality, and assess the impact of e-service and product quality on customer satisfaction with Nappa Milano. In order to collect data for this study, 100 respondents were given questionnaires, which were then analyzed using IBM SPSS version 23 and Excel. Quantitative descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination were the analysis techniques employed. These findings demonstrate the strong impact that the factors of Product Quality and E-Service Quality have on customer satisfaction at Nappa Milano.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yakni mengenai kualitas arsiparis dan pengelola kearsipan di lingkungan fakultas Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dalam segi kompetensi teknis, manajerial, dan sosial kultural. Masalah ini penting untuk dikaji agar dapat mendukung pengelolaan kearsipan dilaksanakan dengan optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan data yang diperolah melalui penyebaran angket kepada 62 responden yatitu arsiparis/pengelola kearsipan di lingkungan fakultas UPI. Dengan analisis data secara deskriptif dan analisis inferensial mengunakan Uji One-Way Anova. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kompetensi kearsipan pada arsiparis dan pengelola kearsipsn di lingkungan fakultas di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia pada kategori cukup kompeten, dan diketahui terdapat perbedaan tingkat pemenuhan kompetensi kompetensi teknis, manajerial, dan sosial kultural pada arsiparis dan pengelola kearsipsn di lingkungan fakultas UPI.

Abstract

Various impacts of current globalization require organizations to continue to develop in accordance with predetermined goals and policies. Problems that still often arise in an agency are the  inadequate employee performance, the inadequate use of technology, and the low quality of human resources. In its development, the agency has improved employee performance through several strategies and programs that support the implementation of work. This analysis aims to determine employee views on the SRIKANDI application, the influence of human resource quality and employee performance level assessments at ANRI. This study uses a quantitative method by collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 93 ANRI employees and the data is analyzed using descriptive and inferential data. Based on the results of this study, the SRIKANDI Application is in the fairly effective category, the quality of human resources and employee performance are in the moderate category. The results of hypothesis testing indicate the influence of the SRKANDI Application and the quality of human resources on employee performance. And when viewed from the value of the influence of the SRIKANDI Application and the quality of human resources, it has a fairly strong influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Implementasi ISO 31000 dalam manajemen risiko di industri furnitur memberikan solusi sistematis untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan memitigasi berbagai risiko operasional dan strategis, seperti gangguan rantai pasok, kenaikan harga bahan baku, dan masalah pengiriman. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus, analisis menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi operasional, pengurangan kerugian, dan penguatan ketahanan bisnis setelah penerapan ISO 31000. Manfaat lain termasuk proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dan pengelolaan risiko yang lebih terukur. Rekomendasi utama adalah memperluas penggunaan ISO 31000 ke seluruh aspek operasi, termasuk rantai pasok dan manajemen keuangan, untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan risiko. Meskipun demikian, terdapat keterbatasan dalam jumlah perusahaan yang dianalisis serta ruang lingkup data yang digunakan. Penelitian lanjutan dapat difokuskan pada integrasi ISO 31000 dengan teknologi untuk lebih mengoptimalkan pengelolaan risiko di industri furnitur.

Abstract

Information technology and digitalization are crucial in the logistics sector today, offering various advantages. However, significant challenges and limitations remain in the process of digitalization. This study aims to clarify the role of digitalization in enhancing logistics performance and the opportunities and challenges faced by logistics companies in this digital era. Employing a qualitative method with a literature review approach, this research relies on secondary data. The findings indicate that digitalization is vital for inventory management, planning, implementation, and controlling the flow of goods and services. It serves as an effective tool for monitoring logistics status and improving performance in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and differentiation. Nevertheless, challenges such as cyberattacks, issues with goods not reaching their destinations, scalability of organizational structures, and the reliability of information must be addressed to fully leverage the benefits of digitalization in logistics.

Abstract

The development of information technology today brings the impact of changes that require organizations to continue to develop in accordance with the goals and policies that have been determined. The problem that often occurs in organizations is the use of technology that is not optimal, so that it can affect the level of employee productivity in the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Performance Information System and Remuneration (SIJAWARA) on employee work productivity. This study uses quantitative methods, with data collection through distributing questionnaires to 48 employees of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Fisheries Service in West Java. The results of the descriptive analysis indicate that the SIJAWARA variable is in the moderately effective category, and the employee work productivity variable is in the low category. The results of the inferential analysis show that there is an influence between the SIJAWARA variable on the employee work productivity variable, but with a relatively low relationship category.
