Abstract

Cerebrovascular Accidents (stroke) are a disease that threatens and causes death and disability and disability in the world, in Indonesia the number of people affected by stroke is increasing every year. Stroke can be prevented by adopting a healthy lifestyle, eating nutritious food, and doing physical activity. The purpose of this study is to create an effective stroke prediction model, the system uses parameters from lifestyle factors, controllable factors such as medical risk factors, and uncontrollable factors. Four classification algorithms are proposed, namely multi-layer perceptron, KNN, Decision Tree, and Random Forest. The results show that the classification algorithm can work effectively by producing a perfect score of 99.99% accuracy at the 10K-Fold Validation level of validation.

Abstract

Social media changes our entire lives, from the mindset, behavior, and way of communicating, these changes sometimes generate friction that produces positive or negative effects, depending on how we say and respond. Leadership begins with how to communicate with others, but the most important thing to know are the types of leadership that are the foundation in building effective and efficient communication. In social media, leaders and communication are among the most important factors that solutions must be solved, problems such as: communication tends to be ineffective and effective because it only focuses on the person's personality and does not focus on the positive things he or she has done; how the solution is given, we almost never find it, that there is and even too many sentences that corner others, dislikes and negative comments that have absolutely no quality to be able to contribute positively to the community and many hoaxes are brought up many of the leadership processes become disrupted. From this problem, we create a leadership intelligence (LI) framework, which is one solution to overcome leadership and communication problems. Implementation of LI is a challenge in our culture, because our culture will affect the quality of communication, and communication is influenced by attitudes, and attitudes influenced by education in the family.

Abstract

One of the requirements of globalization in the business world is to integrate restaurant management with information systems and computerized technology. Therefore, the web is a medium and publication that can be easily searched anytime and anywhere through the internet without being limited by geographical areas that can be used for food vendors. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based advertising media system. The research flow is through collecting data through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies. by applying the User Centered Design process to the system using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Apply the PHP programming language, create a front-end design using the Bootstrap framework, and a MySQL database to create a web. As part of this research, developed a web-based advertising medium for the Ketupat Sayur Uni Epi.

Abstract

Health facilities are places used to provide health services to the community. Types of public health facilities include hospitals, health centers, clinics, doctor's practices and pharmacies. Knowing the location of the nearest health facility is important in an emergency situation. One way to access health facility information quickly and easily is by using an application on a smartphone. This study builds a mobile application to locate the nearest health facility using the haversine formula. The use of the haversine formula allows users to search for the nearest health facility based on the user's current location. The application that was built can also display information in the form of a sequence of the nearest health facilities based on location data and the type of health facility selected. Testing on the functionality of the application interface was carried out using the black box method, and the test results were obtained based on user ratings of 82.38%, which means that the application built is in the very good category in terms of application interface functionality.

Abstract

Investing in stocks is a popular type of investment today. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, the shares of companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector are becoming more attractive. Stock price movements determine whether investors will increase their investment in a company or withdraw their money. To minimize the risk of investor loss, forecasting is carried out on the daily closing of stock prices. Forecasting is the best method to predict future stock prices Geometric Brownian motion is a method used to predict time series data, where random variables follow Brownian motion. In this study, simulation and analysis of stock returns and fluctuations (volatility) of 5 companies from the basic industry and chemical sector (Basic Industry & Chemicals), pharmaceutical sub-sector on the IDX will be carried out. The five companies are PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk (DVLA), PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk (INAF), PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk (KAEF), PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF), and PT Industri Jamu and Pharmaceutical Sido. Muncul Tbk (SIDO). After the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normalization test, the stocks that meet the normal distribution are KLBF and SIDO. Then the predicted MAPE value of the two stocks is calculated. The MAPE values for KLBF at 100 iterations, 1000 iterations and 10000 iterations were 2.1073%, 1.4382% and 1.2847%.. MAPE values for SIDO at 100 iterations, 1000 iterations and 10000 iterations are 2.0136%, 2.2568%, and 2.0677%.

Abstract

Stocks are one of the many investments that are favored by all groups because they promise high returns. But in addition to promising high returns, stocks can also provide a high risk of loss, which makes ordinary people afraid to start investing in the stock market. To prevent losses in buying stocks is to choose stocks with good fundamentals. To support this, we need an analysis that can help make decisions in choosing the best stocks in the technology sector. The saw method analysis will be used in this study, where the saw method is able to select alternatives based on predetermined categories. This study will rank the best stocks based on company fundamentals, namely EPS, PER, PBV, ROE, DER and Dividend Yield. The results of this study are EDGE stocks as the best stocks in the technology sector with the highest value of 0.88. The purpose of this research is to help investors choose stocks before investing in technology companies.

Abstract

OTA shoe store is a shoe shop that sells local Indonesian shoes. But this shoe shop still carries out a sales system that is still very simple and inefficient, including transaction processing, recording shoe stock, and in making sales reports. This is the author's reference in designing a sales information system at the OTA Shoe Store. This system is designed using Sublime Text software with HTML, CSS, and PHP as the programming language, while for the database it uses MySQL. The design of this system is assisted by the Waterfall design method. The purpose or intent of this research is to design a cashier information system that can assist cashiers in processing transactions and can provide information to cashiers about the stock of shoes available in the warehouse. This information system can also help cashiers as admins in recording stock of goods based on the perpetual method of recording goods and can also make sales reports to be given to shop owners.

Abstract

The migration of a person to another country without following the law is illegal immigration. Many problems are caused by this activity, ranging from population problems to increased crime. Predicting the emergence of ships carrying illegal immigrants can assist border patrols in planning patrols to planning defense equipment. Time series forecasting to predict the latitude and longitude of boats carrying illegal immigrants is the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model. The case studies for this research are the Straits of Malacca and the Riau Islands. The prediction range is from one to four weeks to find the model with the smallest error. The ARIMA model for one-week prediction distance succeeded in obtaining the smallest RMSE. However, the smallest RMSE result (0.28730) was obtained for a four-week prediction distance with ARIMA model parameters (4,0,2) for longitude prediction. Meanwhile, the prediction of latitude. The best model is ARIMA (4,0,1), with an RMSE of 0.11457. For latitude and longitude predictions in the Riau Islands, the best models are ARIMA (3,0,0) with RMSE of 0.009074 and ARIMA (2,0,0) with RMSE 0.045815. Based on this study, the ARIMA model is suitable for predicting latitude and longitude data with a short prediction distance (one week)

Abstract

Software testing is one of the important phases in determining software quality. In the software development cycle, the testing phase takes more than 50% of the development time. The process of creating test cases in software testing is the most difficult process and determines the success of the testing phase. Test cases for software testing can be created based on the existing analytical modeling in the software specifications. This kind of testing technique is known as model-based testing, which is one of the black box testing approaches. In this study, the analytical model used is the UML Activity diagram. The reason for choosing UML Activity diagrams is because this diagram can model activities in software based on behaviors and conditions that are by the sequence. The output of this research is a prototype of a test case generator using an activity diagram. The analysis of the suitability of the test cases generated for the Digi-OTA application using the equivalence partitioning method is 100% when tested with valid data test specifications, while when tested with invalid test data specifications it produces 100% for approving actors, 95.98% for employee actors and 95.45% for detail officer actor.

Abstract

In this study, the authors conducted research on the topic of decision support systems in determining the best teacher. The case study used is at SMK Negeri 1 Lima Puluh Batubara Regency, North Sumatra Province. In practice, the selection of the best teachers and achievers in these schools has not been carried out objectively or in other words, the selection of the best teachers is still carried out in a subjective way where the validation in its determination is not known for certain openness. So to overcome this problem, the authors propose to apply the calculation of the Decision Support System (DSS) in solving these problems. The method used in this study is the MOORA method and uses the criteria weighting method with Rank Order Centroid. The criteria used are five criteria consisting of Teaching Method (K1), Motivation and Innovation (K2), Responsibility (K3), Problem Solving (K4), and Insight and Creativity (K5). Then the alternative data samples used were as many as ten data from SMK Negeri 1 Lima Puluh. The test results obtained were Iswanto (A3) obtained the highest final preference value of 0.4182 and could be declared the best teacher with the first rank. Then it can be seen that the MOORA and Rank Order Centroid methods are able to provide recommendations for the best teacher decisions at SMK Negeri 1 Lima Puluh using objective calculations.
