Abstract

To prevent nutritional problems is balanced nutrition education, which consists of the four principles of a varied diet, a clean lifestyle, physical activity and regular weight monitoring. The diversity of food at each meal is visualized as the contents of my plate which consists of one third of staple foods, one third of side dishes, and one third of vegetables and fruit. In determining balanced nutrition, the principle of Fill My Plate is used, which consists of staple foods, side dishes, vegetables and fruit. This study aims to group or cluster the Indonesian Food Ingredients Table in 2017 using the k-means and k-medoids algorithms. Data from food types that have been summarized at TKPI in 2017 are divided into 4 appropriate categories, namely fruit food clustering (Klanpenres_0), staple food clustering (Klanpenres_1), side dishes clustering (Klanpenres_2), vegetable clustering (Klanpenres_3). In the results of this study the results of clustering using the k-means algorithm that there are 109 for (Klanpenres_0), 323 for (Klanpenres_1), 166 for (Klanpenres_2), 105 for (Klanpenres_3). While the results of clustering using the k-medoids algorithm are 107 for (Klanpenres_0), 325 for (Klanpenres_1), 166  for (Klanpenres_2), 107 for (Klanpenres_3). Meanwhile, for the standard deviation results from clustering using the k-means algorithm, there are 3 categories that exceed the recommended standard for the 40 percent Nutritional Adequacy Ratio, and 1 category that is less than the standard. And the results of the standard deviation of clustering using the k-medoids algorithm, there are 4 categories that are superior to the recommended standard for the Nutrition Adequacy Rate.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country based on the village. The number of villages in Indonesia increases every year due to regional expansion in several regions. The division serves to reduce disadvantaged areas. Development management is needed to reduce underdeveloped areas. One of them is village development activities that must be able to give birth to creative and innovative habits. The Village Innovation Knowledge Management System is a medium to initiate the transformation of knowledge and practice between villages. The system needs to be assessed and evaluate its performance to see how far the level of success is on the user side. Based on these problems, it is necessary to develop the User Experience Lifecycle (UXL) method. UXL has four stages, namely analysis, design, prototype, and evaluation. Interviews were conducted with 7 participants to find the main problems. The problems obtained are then analyzed and converted into a system that can be used by users. The system that has been created is then started with the use of testing using think-aloud and System Usability Scale. The results of think-aloud show a positive impression of the participants. While the System Usability Scale gets a score of 74.5 which is categorized as good (B).

Abstract

Obesity is a disease that is caused by the condition of a person's body that has a lot of fat in his body and is overweight or very fat. This condition is usually caused by the intake of calories into the human body that exceeds the capacity required by the body, where this condition causes a buildup of calories that turn into saturated fat. These conditions cause various chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and coronary heart disease. Therefore, in order to avoid disease conditions caused by obesity, treatment and knowledge are needed so that it is not too late to take action so that the disease does not become severe. One of them uses an expert system, so that people can check for diseases without having to see a doctor. The method used Hybrid Case Base is used to make the best decision from a number of symptoms or alternatives from the diagnosed disease. The aim is to make it easier for the public to find out the diseases they suffer from obesity and be able to check them early. Where this expert system applies the Hybrid Case Base method which has the final result of this research producing an accurate diagnosis with a sample of symptom data used and getting a similarity measurement percentage of 77% with a diagnosis of the possibility of having Type 2 Diabetes.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is divided into several levels, from elementary education to university education. At the university education level, lecturers are asked to not only teach material but also emphasize to students that students have an important role for the future.  Due the students are considered as adults to make the decisions and take a responsibility for those decisions. During a pandemic, teaching activities are carried out online, in order the teaching activities run well, the evaluation from students is needed. Considering that students are one of the important elements in university education. In this study, sentiment analysis was carried out on the evaluation of teaching by students. The data used in this study amounted to 2280 data with the number of words in the evaluation text ranging from 3 to 50 words. The LSTM method is the method used in this study, and the results of the accuracy of using the LSTM method are 91.08%. With the analysis carried out, lecturers can improve their teaching methods based on the results of the evaluation analysis.

Abstract

Website based of technology information system widely using by organizations and companies. One of it’s application are inventory on Apotek rakyat anda. Apotek rakyat anda are pharmacy shop who sells medicines. Following the technology growth on the use of database electronic system digital based knowing as application or information system. This system has been made for the user based on user interface and user experience. The used of user interface for fulfing user needs and user experience for success parameter on the system that has been build. Methods for designing are Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach, for knowing system utility are System Usability Scale (SUS) method. Hoping this designing information system will help on inventory on Apotek Rakyat Anda.

Abstract

Social media is growing very rapidly in the current era of globalization. This development requires a guide to be able to manage the flow of communication well on social media. In this study, the method used is honeycomb, what is social media listening? and Daniel Goleman, these three concepts will be able to produce a netizen empathy framework on social media. Furthermore, this research is also a development of previous research: Designing the Concept of Leaderships Intelligence (CI2.1) Version 2.0 inside social media Using Ken Watanabe Problem Solving 101 Methods. If the previous research discussed the categories of leadership in social media in detail, then in this follow-up study, how do we apply the concept of empathy in communication so that it can produce netizens who can provide solutions to the community. Problems such as: understanding each other in communication is still something that must be discussed and given a solution, listening and providing solutions are also important things that must be discussed and giving an opinion and proper assessment of a comment or criticism is also a problem that must be addressed immediately. The results of this study are a framework and guide so that netizens can improve the quality of empathy in communication, provide solutions and other things that can be used positively in order to form a positive environment on social media and produce creative solutions.

Abstract

Information modeling a very important role in the development of information systems today. Information modeling is an activity to create a conceptual model that includes all significant information in business processes. Using information modeling, a machine is needed for implementation, and redundancy and anomaly problems are also common in databases. This problem arises when the database is not normalized. To solve the problem, this research will analyze the SME information system using the Fully Communication Oriented Information Modeling  (FCO-IM) method and compare it with the method without FCO-IM made by 12 designers. The results of the analysis, information modeling using FCO-IM method can produce a relational data schema that already meets 3NF normalization and is suitable for implementation in SME information system development so that it can be used as an option in data modeling and can avoid data redundancy problems.

Abstract

The human face is an example of the unique biometric data that each person has. The human face contains a lot of information, including face shape, skin color, eye shape, nose shape, mouth shape, and some additional attributes such as beard, mustache, hair, and eyebrows. This biometric information can be used to obtain further information regarding the human identity itself. In this study, sample data of human faces aged 20 to 30 years were used. The purpose of this study is to classify gender in human facial images using masks, while the algorithm used uses supervised learning. The research process carried out was collecting human face sample data, conducting training stages which included face resizing, storing data in arrays, feature extraction using faceNet, training data and gender models. Perform testing stages which include video data acquisition, video extraction into frames, video frames, face detection, facial image resixing, storing data in arrays, feature extraction using faceNet and prediction of gender determination. The benefits of this research can provide information in determining the gender of human faces with masks, apply the application of supervised learning algorithms to processing human face images and can be applied to face detection on highways, public areas and shopping centers. Based on testing using the K-NN method, the train accuracy value is above 87% and the test accuracy is above 96%. Testing using the SVM method obtained train accuracy above 99% and test accuracy above 98%. Tests using the random forest method obtained 100% train accuracy and test accuracy above 88%.

Abstract

In pandemic conditions such as COVID-19, the measurement of vital signs such as body temperature and heart rate becomes the basis for conducting health screenings. To reduce physical contact and potential hazards, this measurement process can be carried out non-contact. The non-contact measurements carried out in this study used a thermal imaging approach. To reduce the potential danger of transmission, this non-contact measurement device is applied to a security robot. The non-contact measurement method using thermal imaging is done by processing a thermal image on the forehead area. Changes in temperature in the forehead area are then entered into a bandpass filter with a frequency of 0.75 Hz to 3 Hz, which is the frequency range of the human heartbeat under normal circumstances. Calculating heart rate is carried out with two approaches, namely peak to peak interval and fast Fourier transform. Based on the peak-to-peak interval approach, the accuracy is 89.24%, with a standard deviation of 5.6. Meanwhile, with the dominant frequency detection approach using the fast Fourier transform, the accuracy value is slightly better, at 91.84%, with a standard deviation of 4.81.

Abstract

Gathering geospatial information in an organization is one of the most critical processes to support decision-making and business sustainability. However, many obstacles can hinder this process, like uncertain natural conditions and a large geographical area. This problem causes the organization only to obtain a few sample points of observation, resulting in incomplete information. The data incompleteness problem can be solved by applying spatial interpolation to estimate or determine the value of unavailable data. Spatial interpolation generally uses geostatistical methods. These geostatistical methods require a variogram as a model built based on the knowledge and input of geostatistic experts. The existence of this variogram becomes a necessity to implement these methods. However, it becomes less suitable to be applied to organizations that do not have geostatistics experts. This research will develop a Fast IGMN model in solving spatial interpolation. In this study, results of the modified Fast IGMN model in spatial interpolation increase the interpolation accuracy. Fast IGMN without modification produces MSE = 1.234429691, while using Modified Fast IGMN produces MSE = 0.687391. The MSE value of the Fast IGMN-Modification model is smaller, which means that the smaller the MSE value, the higher the accuracy of the interpolation results. This modified Fast IGMN model can solve problems in gathering information for an organization that does not have geostatistics experts in the spatial data modeling process. However, it needs to be developed again with more varied input data.
