Abstract

Leachate is water produced from the waste processing process at the final disposal site (TPA). Leachate contains various organic substances, so many local people use leachate as fertilizer. However, on the other hand, leachate contains heavy metals. As an effort to reduce the content of heavy metals such as Pb and Cu, biological remediation techniques are used by adding ecoenzymes. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of ecoenzymes on leachate at the Tlekung TPA, Batu City. Leachate at the inlet point of Tlekung Landfill, Batu City was taken as much as 20 liters and the volume of ecoenzyme was varied, namely P1 (leachate 1000 ml), P2 (leachate 1000 ml + 1 ml ecoenzyme), P3 (leachate 1000 ml + 5 ml ecoenzyme), P4 (leachate 1000 ml + 10 ml ecoenzyme), P5 (leachate 1000 ml + 15 ml ecoenzyme). The research stages were carried out by testing the pH using a pH meter, testing the number of colonies using the Total Plate Count (TPC) method, testing the levels of lead (Pb) and copper (Cu) using the AAS method. The results showed that the addition of ecoenzyme to leachate affected the pH value, increased the number of colonies and decreased the levels of Pb and Cu metals. The addition of 10 mL of ecoenzyme in 1000 ml of leachate in the P4 treatment could increase the number of colonies and reduce the levels of Pb and Cu.

Abstract

The tritium atom is an isotope of the hydrogen atom which only has one electron, so this research aims to determine the probability of finding a tritium atom electron ((_1^3)H) in momentum space with the principal quantum number n ≤ 3. This research is included in non-experimental research using literature study methods related to quantum mechanics. To determine the probability data for the electron momentum of the Tritium atom ((_1^3)H) numerical calculations were used using the Matlab R2021a program. The results obtained in this research are in the form of probability values for the electron momentum of the Tritium atom ((_1^3)H) which will provide an overview of the existence of electrons in the momentum space. Based on the research results, it can be shown that in momentum space, the probability of finding a Tritium atom electron increases as the principal quantum number (n) increases.

Abstract

Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) is a freshwater fish that has high economic value and potential to be cultivated. The problem that often arises in tilapia cultivation is the lack of optimal use of the feed given. The purpose of this research was to find out blood profile of tilapia during culture period. The method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments and every treatment with four replications. This study used 240 Tilapia with average weight of 15 g. The stocking density of the aquaria is 15 fish. Test feed in this study is the form of dry pellets consisting combination of GAA levels, protein content (25% dry matter bases), and source of protein (fish meal and non-fishmeal). During the cultured period of 70 days, fish fed by formula diet of 3% biomass per day. Sampling for blood profile tested of erythrocytes, leukocytes, and hematocrit is carried out after the research. The water quality of temperature, pH, and DO were daily monitoring. The combination treatment of guanidino acetic acid (GAA) levels with different protein sources (fishmeal and non-fishmeal) had a significant effect on total erythrocyte of tilapia, but did not have significant differences between treatments on total leukosyte and hematocrit. Treatment with 1.2 g/kg GAA, fish meal protein source was the best treatment in this research.
