Abstract: This study aims to produce a valid product in the form of learning media of a microscope digital portable auto design, using the Dick and Carey development model. Media portable digital microscope learning auto design was developed to enhance the scientific creativity and problem-solving abilities of students in light material and optical devices. However, at this writing focused on the process of validation testing through validation tests on the development of learning media. The final result of this research is to produce a learning media development product in the form of a valid portable digital design microscope. Based on the results of the validation test by 3 material experts and the validity media, the media were at an average of 97.78% with very good criteria. Abstract: This study aims to produce learning media in high school grade XII science quantum phenomenon material. This research is development research that uses the research and development model of Borg and Gall with ten stages, but in this study only followed until the fifth step. Data from development research results in the form of a percentage of the validity of learning media from the validation sheet in the form of responses and suggestions obtained from the test results by material experts and media experts. This learning media is supported by a syllabus, learning implementation plans, and student worksheets as well as instruments for understanding students' concepts and critical thinking skills. The focus of this research is the validity test by material experts, media experts on the media developed. The results of the learning media validation from the test subjects were declared appropriate for use. Keywords: Learning Media; Quantum Phenomenon; Validation

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the effect of the isolation method of the yield of α-mangostin resulting from mangosteen rind. Mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana L.) is the source of xanthone secondary metabolites. Derivatives xanthone which is the main bioactive compound and becomes a major compound in the mangosteen plant, namely α-mangostin. This main compound has been isolated from ethanol extract on mangosteen rind using different extraction methods namely maceration and soxhletation. Purification was done by the recrystallization method with solvent ethanol: aquades (1:1). The Maceration extraction method produce the yields of extract and the yields of pure compounds (α-mangostin) is higher than that of soxhletation. The Maceration extraction method produces yields of extract 30,12% and yields of α-mangostin 4,27% while the soxhletation extraction method produce the yields of extract 26,34% and the yields of α-mangostin 2,13%. This yellow powder isolate has a melting point of 179,7 ºC. Purification is monitored by thin layer chromatography (TLC) and structural elucidation is carried out using FT-IR spectroscopy data. Key Words: Isolation, α-mangostin, Garcinia mangostana

Abstract. The Government of the Republic of Indonesia establishes the competence of college graduates to master the science field and being able to apply it in daily life, one of them is to connect the learning materials with the environment and cultural surroundings through Ethnoecology. The disclosure of ideas by local communities through ethnoecological learning can strengthen the nature of meaningful learning and encourage the students' positive attitude to solve the problems wisdom. The Ethnoecology form of the Sasak Tribe in Mount Rinjani National Park Area is integrated into learning in the form of local knowledge, local intelligence, and local policies. The Ethnoecology Learning development method consisting of RPS, SAP, MFIS, and assessment instruments refer to the ADDIE development model. The Ethnoecology learning developed in this study needs to be validated by practitioners and experts. Based on the feasibility validation result of the ethnoecology learning tool belongs to the category of logical and religious validity, so that it can be used as a support in the implementation of ethnoecology learning. A good learning tool will create a quality learning process. Keywords: Validity; Learning tools; Ethnoecology

Abstract: The science teaching materials needed today are teaching materials that can make students literate in science. One way is to develop teaching materials based on scientific literacy. To produce good teaching materials, certain designs are needed to achieve learning goals and can improve students' scientific literacy. Students who have studied chemistry should be able to analyze natural phenomena in scientific chemistry, one of which is marine pollution. This research was conducted to design high school chemistry teaching materials in connecting the context of sea pollution with chemical solution material. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative which refers to the Model of Educational Reconstruction (MER). The instruments used were standard competencevalidation sheets, text analysis sheets, and teaching material validation sheets. The results showed: a) The results of the indicator standard competencevalidation and learning objectives cognitive and attitude aspects, the results of text analysis and the results of the validation of teaching materials, all obtained valid categories, with the average value of each CVI was 0.91; 0.93; 0.94; and 0.95, b) The design of teaching materials include the contact stage, the curriculum stage, the elaboration stage, the decision-making stage, and the Nexus stage. Keywords:Design of teaching materials; scientific literacy; sea pollution; chemical solution

Abstract:This research is an experimental study that aims to support the temperature and variation of doping in making thin films. The temperature variations at room temperature annealing, 50, 100, 150, and 200oC, and doping variations of 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25%. The method used in this study is sol-gel spin coating. The results showed that thin films at low temperatures were more transparent than higher temperatures and the increase percentage doping causing thin films to be more transparent. Keywords:Thin Films; SnO2; Indium, Sol-gel, Spin Coating.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the critical thinking skills of junior high school students in Newtons Law material. This research is included in descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 28 students III A SMP Negeri 4 Belik. Data instruments were written tests of 10 multiple choice questions to measure students' critical thinking skills. The results showed that the student test results were 14.29% (very low category), 57.14% (low category), 10.70% (medium category), 14.30% high category) and 3.57% (medium category). ) very high). While achieving indicators of critical thinking skills for indicators: providing basic explanations (62.50%), building abilities (55.40%), concluding (25.00%), making further explanations (35.70% ), strategy and tactics (67.90%). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the critical thinking skills of class VIII A at SMP Negeri 4 Belik in Newtons law material are still low with an average score of 49.29.Key Words: Critical thinking ability; Newtons law

Abstract: The Scented volatile compound has a huge market as its wide applications in daily life. The extraction of this compound from natural resources produces a very low rendement. Microbes synthesize secondary metabolit might resemble of their host have been explored from scented natural resources (flowers: Damask rose, Jasminum sambac and Plumeria acutifolia); cymbopogon, muntinga calabura L and leave of Panadus amaryllis). It was found 12 bacterial and 14 fungal scented isolates that were various in terms of scent types and intensities. They were bread starters like the smell, alcohol like the smell, sweet sugar like the smell, salaka like the smell and fresh sugarcane juice like smell. Several isolates emit original host like the smell in very low intensities. Persistency scent test showed that the scents were persistently emitted when cultured on PDA medium. Abstract: This study was aimed to analyze the performance of certified science teachers at SMP Negeri in Kabupaten Aceh Besar. The research consists of two stages, namely the stage of development of performance evaluation instruments and research phase of professional science teachers. The sample in this research is IPA teacher who served on 6 SMP in Kabupaten Aceh Besar. The performance evaluation instruments is developed through the FGD stage and refers to the assessment instrument used by the previous researcher. Data was collected by survey techniques. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive technique. The analysis results show that the performance of professional science teachers with high criteria of 40% and medium criteria of 60%. Implementation of learning done is good enough and has the maximum in preparing the lesson plans, create modules and learning media. The activeness of teachers in professional organizations in the field of education and social and academic achievement is still low. Not maximal efforts made in the development of his profession through the works produced, and also still less active in educational and training activities.Key Words: Evaluation; Science Teacher Performance; Certification
