Abstract

The purpose of this reseach to determine the level of confidence of victims of bullying and the effectiveness of group counseling services with assertive training techniques. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, where students were victims of bullying. The method to data collection in this research was through a questionnaire of self-confidence of victims of bullying in SMP Negeri 8 Madiun. This research uses a quantitative approach, precisely research experiments. Data analysis techniques used t-test to determine the differences before being treated with peer counseling and after being treated with group counseling with assertive training techniques. The results showed a difference in scores between before and after treatment was given. SPSS test results using t test showed a sign value of 0.00 the conclusion of this study is group counseling services with effective asertive training techniques to increase the confidence of bullying victims.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) tingkat Konsep Diri Akademik mahasiswa yang sedang menyelesaikan skripsi; (2) tingkat self-efficacy mahasiswa yang sedang menyelesaikan skripsi; (3) mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri akademik dengan self-efficacy dalam menyelesaikan skripsi .Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel dengan tekhnik purposive sample. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 50 persen dari populasi, sebanyak 46 mahasiswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala konsep diri akademik sebanyak 38 item  dan skala self efficacy 36 item. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  mahasiswa memiliki konsep diri akademik dan self efficacy dalam menyelesaikan skripsi yang tergolong tinggi yaitu 95,5 %. Artinya, semakin tinggi konsep diri akademik  yang dimiliki mahasiswa maka akan semakin tinggi juga self efficacy dalam menyelesaikan skripsi pada mahasiswa.

Abstract

Sikap toleransi merupakan sikap yang diperlukan dalam kehidupan bermasayarakat, terlebih di Indonesia yang merupakan negara yang plural dan multicultural. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh sikap toleransi terhadap perilaku agresif siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kota Surabaya. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif, dan desain korelasional. Analsis data menggunakan Pearson Correlation menunjukkan adanya hubungan negative antara kedua variabel (-0,016). Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan asesmen sebelum melakukan layanan bimbingan dan konseling pada siswa di Sekolah Dasar. Rekomendasi bagi peneliti selanjutnya adalah penting untuk merumuskan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di SD untuk meningkatkan sikap toleransi dan mereduksi perilaku agresif. Terlebih mengingat Indonesia merupakan negara multicultural dan multiagama yang membutuhkan masyarakat yang toleran demi mewujudkan masyarakat yang damai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the task of a counselor in helping clients optimize their abilities or potential for reason. The development of human potential to be productive and useful will be achieved if it continues to be sharpened according to ability and directed to positive and beneficial things. Potential possessed by humans if not used properly, will cause problems in humans themselves. The method in this research is library research method. The results obtained from research data sources are about the role of counselors in helping clients that is directing the potential of the client in order to support its development, in line with the purpose of counseling that is to establish the client in accordance with its potential.

Abstract

Studi bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan status identitas vokasional mahasiswa. Studi menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Studi dilaksanakan pada 90 mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Ahmad Dahlan yang ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling. Instumen yang digunakan adalah skala identitas vokasional yang kemudian akan dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa prodi BK FKIP UAD semester 2  memiliki status identitas vokasional achievement sebanyak 27%, moratorium 19%, foreclosure 3%, dan 51% mahasiswa berada pada status diffusion. Hasil studi dapat dijadikan studi pendahuluan dalam mengembangkan identitas vokasional mahasiswa melalui model bimbingan dan konseling karir yang khusus dalam mengembangkan identitas vokasional mahasiswa

Abstract

This study aims to develop a valid and reliable instrument to measure the potential cognitive abilities of students to predict academic success in Counseling Guidance Study Program students. The research was carried out using test development methods starting from the conceptualization of tests, writing, and reviewing test items, field trials, and analysis of test results. The trial was carried out on 83 students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program. The data were analyzed classically to determine the level of difficulty, discriminating power, and distractors of questions, item validity, and test reliability. Fifty-five items that were reassembled consisted of aspects of verbal analogy with 10 items, numerical 7 items, verbal logic with 11 items, analytical thinking 7 items, problem-solving skills 10 items and spatial abilities 10 items. Assembled questions consist of 37 items that have a validity of more than equal to 0.3 and 18 items that have a validity coefficient of 0.24 to 0.29. The consideration was that because the 37 items did not meet the target, 18 items were added which were revised based on the results of the analysis of the level of difficulty, differentiating power and distractors. From these 55 items, a reliability coefficient of 0.884 was obtained which was classified as high.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to develop a familiarization to the variety of professions that can be familiarized by classifying professions based on applied science clusters in Indonesia in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education in article 10 section 2 which reads: "... (a) religion knowledge; (b) humanities; (c) social science clusters; (d) natural sciences; (e) formal science clusters; and (f) applied science, with android applications. Variety of professions is an activity carried out by someone to support themselves and their families where the profession is governed by professional ethics where the ethics of the profession applies only to those professions. Besides the familiarization of various professions since elementary school age is a strategic choice in preparing future generations, the variety of professions is needed by students from the age of elementary school, as a reference for their ideals. Following the times, the familiarization of various professions can be applied in technology. The method used is research and development, which develops Android applications, based on the applied science clusters. It is expected that students can get to know and choose a picture related to their future career.Keywords: Professional Variety, Android Applications, Elementary School Students Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan pengenalan ragam profesi yang dapat dikenalkan dengan mengelompokkan profesi berdasarkan rumpun ilmu terapan yang ada di Indonesia sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pendidikan Tinggi Pasal 10 ayat (2) yang berbunyi: “....(a) rumpun ilmu agama; (b) rumpun ilmu humaniora; (c) rumpun ilmu sosial; (d) rumpun ilmu alam; (e) rumpun ilmu formal; dan (f) rumpun ilmu terapan, dengan aplikasi android. Ragam profesi adalah suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan seseorang untuk menafkahi diri dan keluargannya dimana profesi tersebut diatur oleh etika profesi dimana etika profesi tersebut hanya berlaku sesama profesi tersebut. Selain itu pengenalan ragam profesi sejak usia sekolah dasar merupakan pilihan strategis dalam mempersiapkan generasi masa depan, ragam profesi sangat dibutuhkan oleh siswa sejak usia sekolah dasar, sebagai referensi cita-cita. Mengikuti perkembangan zaman, pengenalan ragam profesi dapat diterapkan dalam teknologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan, yang mengembangkan aplikasi Android berdasarkan rumpun ilmu terapan.  Diharapkan agar siswa dapat mengenal dan memilih gambaran terkait kehidupan yang akan datang.Kata kunci: Ragam Profesi, Aplikasi Android, Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Konsep diri akademik menjadi salah satu pemeran penting dalam pembentukan identitas diri siswa untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam bidang akademik. Beberapa kasus siswa membolos hingga berhenti sekolah dengan alasan tidak menyukai mata pelajaran tertentu ditengarai akibat kurangnya pemahaman para siswa mengenai konsep diri akademik mereka sendiri, sehingga hal ini dapat menimbulkan menurunnya hasil belajar hingga kegagalan pada siswa. Bimbingan dan konseling sebagai komponen pendidikan disekolah sesungguhnya dapat mengambil peranan dalam membantu siswa meningkatkan konsep diri akademik. Salah satu kegiatan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dapat dilaksanakan adalah kegiatan konseling individu. Tentu untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal dibutuhkan teknik atau pendekatan khusus. Adapun pendekatan yang dapat digunakan adalah pendekatan Solution-Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC), melalui  pendekatan ini siswa akan berkolaborasi dengan konselor untuk berfokus menemukan solusi sehingga bisa melakukan perubahan pada diri menjadi individu yang memiliki konsep diri positif. Pendekatan berfokus pada pembangunan solusi sehingga dengan solusi yang ditemukan, siswa bisa secara singkat untuk membantu penyelesaian tugas perkembangannya.Kata kunci : konsep diri akademik,  pendekatan Solution-Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC)

Abstract

Career maturity begins with good planning and self-understanding of career decision making variables. The survey shows the high rate of individual unpreparedness in terms of planning and related self-understanding. The availability of media and instrumentation developed from the results of research that able to accommodate the identification of career types and recommendations is still limited. This becomes the basis for researchers to develop and produce information innovation products and career assessments based on John Holland's theory in the form of a website. The research was conducted using the RnD method involving 2 media experts and 3 material experts. The results showed that the products developed were in the Appropriate and Very Appropriate categories for use. Furthermore, a survey of respondents regarding the appropriateness of the assessment results with individual conditions shows the appropriate and very suitable categories. It can be concluded that the innovation product developed is suitable for use as a media and career type assessment instrumentation.

Abstract

This article aims to describe morality, dynamics and human freedom according to the Qur'anic perspective of Islamic counseling.Humans are social creatures, who need help from others in their lives.In order to establish good relationships with people who are around him, these people must pay attention and consider many things, including moral attitude or morality, dynamics and freedom.The novelty of the article is to examine morality, dynamics and human freedom according to the Qur'an.The results of this study are in the perspective of Islamic counseling, the role of the counselor is needed in maintaining and enhancing these three things in his client, so that clients get happiness in his life both in the world and the hereafter.The final conclusion of the study results is that everything that is done by humans in this world will be accounted for by humans themselves both in the world and in the future.
