Abstract

Karakter memiliki peranan penting dalam kepuasan hidup. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji penguataan karakter nahasiswa dengan menggunakan psikoedukasi berbasis resiliensi komunitas. Kuasi eksperimen digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Masing-masing 15 mahasiswa dipilih secara acak sebagai partisipan untuk kelompok kontrol dan ekperimen. Pengukuran karakter mahasiswa untuk pre-test maupun post-tes kedua kelompok menggunakan skala psikologis tentang karakter yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. BerdasarkaHasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa psikoedukasi berbasisi resiliensi komunitas mampu menguatkan karakter mahasiswa. Pembentukan karakter mahasiswa dapat dibangun dari pola-pola psikoedukasi berbasis resiliensi komunitas mereka tentang hal-hal yang menjadi potensi mereka, sumbangsih yang dapat mereka berikan, dan menyelami jati diri mereka.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify students' academic procrastination behavior. Academic procrastination behavior can produce negative impacts, usually assignments are only started at the last minute of the submission deadline so that the work creates pressure, fear, anxiety, and has an impact on learning outcomes. Quantitative research method with a sample of 731 Bengkulu City Private High School students. Data collected using a questionnaire analyzed percentages. The results of the research show that academic procrastination behavior is in the form of delaying time to start and do assignments and doing other activities that are more enjoyable. As a student, you must be able to divide your time productively between studying and doing other enjoyable activities.

Abstract

Collaboration, communication, and creativity are all work qualities that must be had by someone. These abilities, however, are still missing in students who will graduate and be ready to work. Students will work together in groups to complete tasks, becoming acclimated to working in teams, communicating in teams, and expanding their creativity in the process. The goal of this study is to use project assignments in the classroom to help students enhance their collaboration, communication, and creativity skills. The Nonequivalent Post Test Only Control Group Design is used in this type of study to create a quasi-experimental design. The experimental class and the control class were employed as research samples in this study. Students' collaboration, communication, and creativity skills in the experimental class were higher than in the control class, according to descriptive statistical analysis. Implementing tasks has an influence on developing students' communication abilities and creativity, according to inferential statistical research. In terms of collaboration skills, it appears that they have little bearing on the execution of project duties.

Abstract

This study discusses how the implementation of the teaching and learning process with the facilities provided in the immersion and regular classes, the quality of students in the regular and immersion classes, so as to have an influence on student motivation and achievement, as well as what efforts can be provided by guidance and counseling services. on the effect of learning motivation and achievement between immersion and regular class students at the junior high school level. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The research subjects in this study were students at  SMP Negeri 1 Rembang with a sample size of 20 students. From the results of the analysis obtained, it can be concluded that the difference between the immersion class and the regular class greatly affects the level of learning motivation and achievement in students, such as there is a higher increase in motivation and interest in learning in the immersion class compared to the regular class after the provision of learning guidance and counseling services. , most of the responses from immersion class students stated that learning guidance and counseling services were able to improve students' academic achievement than regular classes, and in terms of providing class facilities it was different. However, it is possible that the quality of the regular class is also better than the immersion class, so that the regular class students will also have learning motivation and achievements that are not far inferior to the immersion class.

Abstract

Every period in life has its difficulties, and adolescence is no different. Confusion in determining the future, for example. But not infrequently, some of them actually feel challenged and are looking forward to the moment at that time. Therefore, this study tries to find out the career self-efficacy that is useful in dealing with uncertainty in planning their careers. The subjects in this study were the administrators of the Forum Komunikasi Kota Bandung term of office as many as 75 respondents. This study uses a quantitative research design, namely a cross sectional survey design by collecting data from a sample at one point in time. Overall, the results of this study indicate that the Bandung City Student Communication Forum administrators are mostly in the moderate category for almost all aspects of career efficacy, both cognitive and affective.

Abstract

Abstrak Pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi saat ini menyebabkan banyak perubahan yang terjadi pada pola hidup manusia dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan. Salah satunya dalam sektor pendidikan. Diberlakukannya sistem pendidikan jarak jauh menimbukan banyak permasalahan yang masih belum ditemukan solusinya, seperti kurang memahani materi dikarenakan kurang komunikasi antara mahasiswa dengan dosen, jaringan yang buruk, mudah marah, perasaan jenuh dan kesepian karena pengulangan aktifitas, tugas yang melebihi beban SKS, dan jika mahasiswa memiliki orang tua yang tidak mehamami kesulitan pembelajaran jarak jauh akan menyebabkan mahasiswa depresi, dan lain sebagainya. Maka dari itu, penanganan perlu untuk segera dilakukan untuk menangani emosi-emosi negatif tersebut. Regulasi emosi lebih berfokus pada bagaimana emosi itu diatur, bukan bagaimana emosi mengatur hal lain. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimental, yaitu penelitian dimana variabel bebas tidak dimanipulasi oleh peneliti. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dari 163 mahasiswa, 45 orang diantaranya memiliki tingkat regulasi emosi yang tinggi, 98 orang memiliki tingkat regulasi emosi sedang, dan 20 orang memiliki tingkat regulasi emosi yang rendah. Kata Kunci: regulasi emosi, pembelajaran jarak jauh, tinjauan gender.

Abstract

Students have potentials that can be developed and material, spiritual needs that must be met. Guidance and Counseling in schools is a form of educational activity to achieve educational goals. This study uses the method of literature review or literature study. This technique is used with the aim of uncovering various theories related to the problem under study as reference material for discussing research results. In this study it was found that the direction of Guidance and Counseling services is to develop the potential of students according to the stages and tasks of their development. Educational efforts in general constitute the implementation of development services for students. In educational units, educators and educational staff have a dominant role in implementing the development of students. Guidance and counseling functions as a service provider to students so that each student can develop optimally so that they become whole and independent individuals.

Abstract

Siswa juga harus diberikan bimbingan pelayanan yang dibutuhkan agar mereka semua mampu mengembangkan ketajaman sikapnya. yang menjadi peranan atau role bagi seorang guru Bimbingan Konseling. Dalam proses pembelajaran Jika Guru BK belum mampu untuk mencapai apa yang telah diharapkan, maka pengajar harus berusaha keras untuk membantu Siswa  agar apa yang diharapkan berhasil dan mampu menyelesaikan masalah yang dimiliki Peserta Didik.. Rumusan masalah penelitian inia adalah “Apakah Peran Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling sudah mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMP N 1 Karanggede ?”. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah yang telah dipaparkan sebelumnya maka tujuan peneliti adalah mengidentifikasi Peran Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) dalam meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Peserta didik di SMP N 1 Karanggede. Hasil ini menjelaskan bahwa masih kurangnya motivasi belajar yang dirasakan dan peran Guru BK yang ada masih belum membantu siswa untuk menimbulkan motivasi belajarnya.

Abstract

Career maturity is the direction of development and career expectations desired by students. This survey research aims to determine the level of career maturity of class XII students in career decisions. This research was conducted on 279 class XII students in Ngabang sub-district. The instrument in this study used a CDSE-SF questionnaire (Betz Karen, 2012). This questionnaire consists of five indicators and each indicator has 5 statement items. The results showed that the indicators for self-assessment were moderate, indicators for job information were high, indicators for selecting goals were moderate, indicators for planning were low, indicators for problem solving were moderate and in general, the maturity level of career decisions for grade XII students was at a moderate level 57%. Thus the results of this study will provide meaningful results and can be used as a reference for BK teachers and stakeholders to prepare for better career maturity. Suggestions for further research are very important for all XII graders with a larger sample size, so that the results will be more comprehensive.

Abstract

Bullying is an emotional problem caused by an imbalance of power between the bully and the victim, where the perpetrator continuously humiliates the victim. The purpose of this study was to find out the role of the counseling teacher in overcoming bullying at SMPN 1 Singojuruh, to find out what factors influence the occurrence of bullying at SMPN 1 Singojuruh and to find out the steps taken by the counseling teacher to deal with bullying at SMPN 1 Singojurih. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study with the subject of research counseling teachers and principals of SMPN 1 Singojuruh. The results of the study show that counseling teachers have a very important role in overcoming bullying in schools by implementing appropriate counseling strategies.
