Abstract

This study aims to develop an E-Module for Entrepreneurship Career Guidance, based on local UMKMs, tailored for students at SMAN 6 Sidrap. Utilizing Rowntree's development model, the research integrates essential components from student needs analysis, collaboration with career counselors, and case studies of successful local entrepreneurs. The novel aspect of this E-Module lies in its focus on local UMKMs in Sidrap, providing students with relatable and inspiring examples of entrepreneurship. Findings indicate that the E-Module significantly enhances students' self-efficacy and interest in pursuing entrepreneurial careers. It also aligns with the Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT), supporting students in understanding entrepreneurial opportunities and fostering realistic career expectations. By including practical simulations and real-life success stories, the E-Module creates a dynamic and engaging learning environment, demonstrating its effectiveness as a career guidance tool.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of students’ self-confidence and to find out whether there was an effect of using the empty chair technique on increasing self-confidence in students of MAN 1 Ternate. This research used an experimental approach. The design used in this study was a simple experimental design (Posttest Only Control Group Design). The research subjects were 60 students of XI grade in MAN 1 Ternate. Collecting data used questionnaires and observations. Data analysis used descriptive and inferential analysis.The results showed that: (1) The level of self-confidence of students in the experimental group of class XI students of MAN 1 Ternate before being applied the empty chair technique was in the low category, after giving treatment, the level of student confidence increased, namely in the high category. Meanwhile, in the control group, the students' self-confidence at the pretest and posttest were in the low category. (2) There was an influence of students' self-confidence who were given the empty chair technique with students who were not given the empty chair technique. Key Word : Confidence, empty chair technique

Abstract

Purpose of the research is develop a product in the form of a model of Islamic group counseling with modeling techniques that can improve emotional intelligence of students. The development of a model of Islamic group counseling is carried out by providing assistance carried out by counselors to students through group situations which in practice are given an understanding of Islamic values in the Al-Qur'an and hadith. With this treatment, it is possible for each member of the group to show their active participation in order to support the mindset and experience of group members. The research design used in this study is a Quasi Experimental Design, and uses the Non Equivalent Control Group Design model. In conducting this research, 2 groups were used, namely the control group and the experimental group. The research results show that the implementation of Islamic Group Counseling using Modeling Techniques can significantly increase students' emotional intelligence. In the control group, an increase in emotional intelligence was obtained from students who were given treatment of 67.5%. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test, Pvalue  µ  (0.012 0.05).

Abstract

Visits of counseling services for Adi Husada Health Vocational High School students have decreased for 2 last years from 44 students in 2019/2020 to 17 students in 2020/2021. The one of interest internal factors of students that encourage to participate in counseling services which is self disclosure to students. The purpose of this research is to review the relationship between a self disclosure variables and interest of counseling services. The self disclosure instrument was structured according to DeVito’s theory (1986) and the interest of counseling services was based on interest theory by Winkel’s (2010). This research method use a quantitative correlation research with simple random sampling technique with sample are 125 students. Self disclosure results obtained as much as 68% in high category and 98% in very high category. There is no relationship between two variables with correlation number of 0,068. The conclusion is a high self disclosure doesn’t determine a high interest in counseling services and a low self disclosure doesn’t determine a low interest in counseling services. As suggestion, for further research are use  more variables that allow for relationship between self disclosure and interest in counseling services. And for counselors are be more active to offer the students about counseling services.

Abstract

Nilai cinta damai yang ditemukan dalam serat wulangreh bisa digunakan sebagai pembentukan karakter konseli untuk mencapai keharmonisan berbasis karya sastra Jawa yang terintergasi dalam layanan konseling Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) dan intervensi perlakuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitaif dengan teknik analisis konten. Sumber data berupa sumber pustaka. Pengambilan subjek menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dengan ahli budaya dan sumber pustaka berupa pembacaan, pencatatan serta seleksi data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis konten. Analisis konten ranah konseptual berupa pengembangan nilai cinta damai dalam serat wulangreh berupa nasihat yang secara eskplisit mengungkapkan tata cara pergaulan berupa teks tembang-tembang Jawa pada tahap konseling REBT. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa nilai cinta damai dalam serat wulangreh meliputi Tepo-sariro (Tenggang Rasa), Karyanira (Tanggung jawab), Asih (Saling Menghormati), Rereh (Pengendalian diri). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya layanan bidang pribadi sosial bimbingan dan konseling bermuatan budaya lokal untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif verbal siswa.

Abstract

Facing changes in technology and Merdeka Belajar curriculum policies, counselors need to be innovative in counseling services. The challenges of the guidance and counseling profession in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 require adaptation and innovation. This research uses qualitative methods with literature studies, utilizing various sources such as books, journals and institutional reports. The role of guidance and counseling teachers is important to align learning with the Merdeka Belajar program, encouraging the development of High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The implementation of the Guidance and Counseling service policy in the Minimum Competency Assessment allows for a holistic assessment and develops programs and provides appropriate intervention services. The main goal of Guidance and Counseling teachers is to help students recognize themselves, function as service providers so that each individual can develop optimally, achieve personal needs, and become a complete and independent individual. Menghadapi perubahan teknologi dan kebijakan kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, konselor perlu inovatif dalam layanan konseling. Tantangan profesi bimbingan dan konseling pada era revolusi industri 4.0 membutuhkan adaptasi dan inovasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi pustaka, memanfaatkan berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, dan laporan lembaga. Peran guru bimbingan dan konseling penting untuk menyelaraskan pembelajaran dengan program Merdeka Belajar, mendorong pengembangan High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Penerapan kebijakan layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum memungkinkan penilaian holistik dan menyusun program serta memberikan layanan intervensi yang sesuai. Tujuan utama guru Bimbingan dan Konseling adalah membantu peserta didik mengenali diri mereka, berfungsi sebagai penyedia layanan agar setiap individu dapat berkembang optimal, mencapai kebutuhan pribadi, dan menjadi individu utuh serta mandiri.

Abstract

Preparing for a future career is an important task for adolescents. Technological changes and the pandemic have made many adolescents experience career indecision. Career planning based on local wisdom values is intended to assist adolescents in making appropriate career decisions. This research uses the narrative review method by searching literature from 2014 to 2022 from sources ScienceDirect, SagePub, and Google Scholar. The results of the analysis show that there are local wisdom values that can be integrated into adolescent career planning such as religious, responsibility, hard work/ tenacity, and self-understanding.

Abstract

Memberi bantuan atau meringankan beban orang lain terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, misalnya membantu teman saat tertimpa bencana, berbagi makanan dengan teman, membantu pekerjaan saat teman kesulitan mengerjakan tugas. Perilaku menolong ini harus muncul dalam masyarakat. Sebagai bagian dari masyarakat, remaja dituntut untuk mampu menunjukkan peran dan tanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan sosialnya. (Walgito, 2003). Jika dilihat dari budaya Hindu di Bali, perilaku tolong menolong merupakan bagian dari tri hita karana. Artikel ini dibuat untuk mengetahui bentuk pertolongan yang akan diberikan kepada orang lain dengan mengacu pada konsep Tri Hita Karana di Bali. Pada hakikatnya Tri Hita Karana mengandung makna tiga penyebab kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan yang bersumber dari hubungan yang harmonis antara:1. Pharayangan manusia dengan Tuhannya, 2. Pawongan manusia dengan sesama manusia, 3. Kelemahan manusia dengan alam dan lingkungan sekitarnya. (Denpasar et al., 2011)Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut akan disimpulkan sehingga nantinya bentuk bantuan apa saja yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai yang dikatakan bermanfaat bagi orang lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode literature review. Melihat pentingnya peran konsep Tri Hita Karana dalam kehidupan manusia di Bali, tentunya hal ini dapat dijadikan pedoman dalam menjalankan kehidupan sehari-hari menuju keharmonisan hidup.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of emotional regulation of broken home students in elementary school, emotional regulation factors and the occurrence of broken home, the impact of emotional regulation, the need for guidance and counseling in elementary schools. The research conducted is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects in this study were two students aged 8 and 10 years who were broken home students with characteristics of low emotional regulation at SDN Pradah Kalikendal 3 Surabaya. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study concluded that elementary school students are still not able to control their emotional regulation due to broken home due to age factors where the use of some coping by venting negative behavior. Researchers conducted interviews first with all homeroom teachers in grades 1-6 before observing and interviewing students who experienced broken homes with lack of emotional regulation control at SDN Pradah Kalikendal 3 Surabaya.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the form of the ego failure to actualize superego in people that experienced quarter-life crisis.  No researcher has yet tried to reveal the cause of the emergence of quarter-life crisis reactions judging by the failure of individuals to fulfil the superego's drive for early adult tasks. The results showed that from 27 previous research results concluded that quarter-life crisis arises because the ego in early adulthood fails to fulfil the superego of tasks in early adulthood, which if successfully fulfilled does not give rise to quarter-life crisis reactions as bad feelings or conditions. To avoid unpleasant feelings, people have to push the id as Freud explained and try to realize the superego based on logical dan realistic considerations from the ego.
