Abstract

The use of stoves that are not ergonomic becomes an obstacles for food seller because it can interfere with physical comfort while working due to inflexsible stove conditions for use. Therefore, this research will identify the data nedeed, provide suggestions for an ergonomic stove design in form of 3 dimensions and be directly applied in tangible form using the value engineering method. The stages used are information stage, creaativity stage, analysis stage (creative analysis, raw material costs, anthropometry, and raw material analysis). Anthropometry data was obtained from 135 of pecel lele seller in Pekanbaru in form of dimensions of elbow span in standing position (D33), upper arm length dimensions in sitting position (D23), and height dimensions of vertebrae in standing position (D6). The next stage is development and reccomendations stages.and the last stage is analysis stage ofrom result of design. The result obtained that the elbow in the standing position (2x D33) = 2x 66.6 cm = 133.2cm, the length of the upper arm in the sitting position (D23) = 40.0 cm, and the height of the vertebrae in the standing position (D6) = 75.2cm

Abstract

Production results that are handled manually are lifting the burden of jerry cans weighing 24 kg from the conveyor to the pallet. This removal process is risky for musculoceletal and can cause lower back pain. The appointment process takes place in the packing line section D. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of risk, find out the form of conveyor in accordance with working conditions and provide recommendations for corrective actions to be taken when the operator's work attitude has the risk of injury. The assessment of work posture is based on the assessment of RULA for each part (upper arm, forearm, wrist, wrist rotation, back, neck, and leg position) which are then categorized based on the results of the grand score on the action level indicating that the posture is required repair or not. The results of this study found that 3 workers for the grand score of work posture an average of 7 which indicates the need for action now. This is influenced by heavy loads with manual lifting.

Abstract

PT. Wonorejo Makmur Abadi memiliki 5 stasiun kerja, dimana kebisingan yang paling tinggi terdapat pada stasiun kerja weaving. Pada stasiun kerja weaving menggunakan 96 mesin yang beroperasi selama 24 jam dan menghasilkan tingkat kebisingan yang melebihi NAB sebesar 96,5 dB. Intesitas kebisingan yang melebihi NAB adalah salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan pada pekerja. Dampak dari kebisingan pada pekerjaan adalah kelelahan dan menambah beban kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebisingan terhadap beban kerja dan kelelahan kerja pada tenaga kerja bagian weaving di PT. Wonorejo Makmur Abadi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 42 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan pengukuran langsung intensitas kebisingan di tempat kerja, pengukuran beban kerja dengan metode CVL, dan pengukuran kelelahan kerja dangan kuesioner IFRC. Hasil dari perhitungan beban kerja adalah 2 pekerja tidak mengalami kelelahan karena memiliki nilai CVL < 30% dan 40 pekerja mendapatkan klasifikasi perlu dilakukan perbaikan karena memiliki nilai CVL antara 30% - 60%, dan hasil dari pengukuran kelelahan kerja adalah 15 orang pekerja dengan klasifikasi kelelahan tinggi, 22 orang pekerja dengan klasifikasi kelelahan sedang dan 5 orang pekerja dengan klasifikasi kelelahan rendah. Usulan pengendalian kebisingan dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Noise Hierarchy Controls. Pendekatan dilakukan dengan analisis eliminasi, substitusi, engineering controls, administrative controls dan penyediaan alat pelindung telinga, usulan untuk beban kerja adalah penyediaan kursi ergonomis untuk istirahat sisipan pekerja stasiun weaving, dan usulan untuk kelelahan kerja adalah menjadwalkan waktu istirahat sisipan untuk tenaga kerja dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman bagi tenaga kerja.

Abstract

Peramalan data penjualan berperan penting dalam optimisasi persediaan produk pada bisnis retail. Apotek adalah satu bentuk bisnis retail yang menjual sediaan farmasi (obat, bahan obat, obat tradisional dan kosmetika), alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai. Apotek Suganda yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Sragen, melakukan penentuan rencana pengisian kembali (pembelian) sediaan farmasi dengan manual berbasis kebiasaan semata. Mekanisme tersebut terkadang menyebabkan terjadinya kekurangan persediaan obat. Oleh karena itu, untuk memperbaiki perencanaan pembelian, perlu dilakukan peramalan permintaan sediaan farmasi. Beberapa metode dujikan untuk melakukan peramalan permintaan, salah satunya menggunakan metode Long Short-term Memory (LSTM), yakni suatu metode berbasis machine learning. Bersama dengan métode-metode lainya yakni Least Square, Single exponential Smoothing, Double exponential Smoothing, Triple Exponential Smoothing, Winter Exponential Smoothing, Weight Moving Average, dan ARIMA, peramalan penjualan sediaan farmasi dilakukan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa peramalan penjualan sediaan farmasi secara mingguan yang menggunakan LSTM memiliki Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) yang paling rendah dibanding metode lainnya. Dengan demikian, implementasi peramalan penjualan berbasis machine learning perlu dimanfaatkan, salah satunya dengan membuat modul peramalan untuk diintegrasikan dengan aplikasi penjualan yang dimiliki oleh apotek tersebut.

Abstract

Perawatan berkala adalah suatu kegiatan service yang dilakukan secara berkala dan sudah ter-jadwal-kan dalam suatu kurun waktu yang relatif cukup lama atau setelah melewati beberapa kali melakukan service rutin. Hasil dari Perawatan berkala ini digunakan untuk meningkatkan performa kerja dari suatu unit mesin produksi untuk memudahkan pemakaian, menunjang keamanan dan kenyamanan dari suatu pekerjaan. PT Lawang Sampar Dodo merupakan spesialisasi dalam penyediaan, manajemen dan pengembangan tenaga kerja untuk sektor pertambangan, manufaktur, teknik, konstruksi dan infrastruktur. Kegiatan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui preventive maintenance pada unit Haul truck tipe CAT 777E sekaligus menganalisa permasalahan preventive maintenance pada unit Haul truck tipe CAT 777E. Analisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan siklus Plan, Do, Check, action (PDCA). Hasil dan kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah unit hull truck tipe CAT 777E adalah salah satu jenis haul truck yang rutin dilakukan preventive maintenance dan permasalahan pada preventive maintenance haull truck tipe CAT 777E salah satunya terjadi karena operator kurang mendapatkan training dari departemen OTD yang mengakibatkan operator jarang melakukan Pelaksanaan Perawatan Harian (P2H).

Abstract

Halal Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) give quite a substantial contribution to the country's economic growth. Halal certification is given to guarantee the halalness of the product and it’s expected to increase the profit of SMEs. However, in reality, there is no significant difference between the profits of SMEs with halal-certified and without one. This study aims to formulate how to optimize halal certification in order to increase the profits of halal SMEs by analyzing halal supply chain management. The qualitative method by literature reviews is used in this research. This research result is a formulation to optimize the SMEs halal certification, which consists of top management commitment in implementing halal policies, continuity of raw material fulfillment, building network with raw material suppliers, training for employees, procurement of SOPs and clear financial records, also building a good network structure for the parties involved.

Abstract

Human resources is one of the important elements in the implementation of a project because of its considerable influence on costs and time. The workload borne by the workforce is closely related to the efficiency and effectiveness of a project. There are many ways that can be done in the efficiency of human resources, among others, by optimizing the number of workers. PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia, as one of the companies engaged in the contractor of Mechanics, Electrical, Electronics and Information Technology. also can not be separated from the problem of this workload, work that doubles with other jobs is one of the causes. By using the Workload Analysis (WLA) method to determine workload. From the results of the WLA analysis, it was found that the Quality control Tower 1 workload was 119%, Supervisor Tower 2 was 135% and Supervisor Tower 3 was 124% besides that, after calculation the optimal number of employees was obtained by adding 1 labor in Tower 1, Tower 2 and Tower 3.

Abstract

Playground equipment in kindergarten is one of the facilities and facilities that need attention. Given the large function and benefits of these tools in children's learning or playing activities. This study aims to redesign the layout of several playing tools, including: slide, globe climbing, and ergonomic ring bridges according to anthropometric data of R.A Nurul Iman Kindergarten students. This data is used as a parameter in making the latest ergonomically proposed design. The research steps carried out in designing a play tool use an ergonomic design thinking method. The research results were obtained from the redesign of the playing tool. Redesign of the game slide, globe climbing, and ring bridge accompanied by sizes that match the anthropometric data of the students obtained. There are 9 dimensions of the body that are taken in this study with the applied method, divided into 3 stages: inspiration, ideanation and implementation.

Abstract

Salah satu aspek penting dalam menjalankan aktifitas dan memengaruhi keberhasilan sistem perindustrian adalah model transportasi dan distribusi yang diterapkan oleh industri tersebut. Didukung dengan meluasnya permintaan konsumen atas produk yang dihasilkan ke berbagai pelosok daerah, menjadikan masalah transportasi dan distribusi menjadi poin utama dalam pengembangan perusahaan. Untuk mengetahui penerapan model transportasi distribusi yang dapat diusulkan terhadap rute transportasi distribusi Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) pada PT. Javarko yang berdiri di kota Sumbawa Besar, maka dapat diusulkan dengan menggunkan model Clustered Generalized Vehicle Routing Problem (CGVRP) dan algoritma Dijkstra. Dimana pada model CGVRP toko-toko (vertek) tujuan dikelompokan berdasarkan kelurahan dan kapasitas armada kendaraan. Sehingga  diperoleh total jarak untuk kendaraan pertama adalah sebesar 14.410 km dengan rute distribusi gudang (0)→ UD. Fatimah (10) → Primart (5) → UD. Dua Putra (6) → UD.Hana (2) → UD. Bayu Rejeki (9) →  UD.Irma (1) → UD. Mandiri (7). Sedangkan jarak yang diperoleh untuk kendaraan kedua adalah sebesar 11.120 k m dengan rute pendistribusian . gudang (0) → UD. Dua satu (13) → UD. → Berlian Indah (12) → UD. Citra (11) → UD. Gonofit (3) → UD. Adiit Daputra (15) → UD. Yeyen Lengas (14) → gudang (0).

Abstract

Companies engaged in the production of vehicle tires. In the production process, an assessment of the effectiveness of the machine is carried out, especially on the Steel VMI machine, which is carried out by the Industrial Engineering Department. The purpose of this research is to identify the cause of the problem with the low overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value on the Steel VMI machine. In measuring the OEE value on the Steel VMI machine, suggestions are made to increase the low OEE value. Research methods for solving problems by calculating and analyzing the value of availability, value of performance and quality value and determination of six big losses. The results show that the availability value is 84%, the performance value is 71%, the quality value is 100%. Then, the cause of the low OEE value is the Human Error variable. Thus, the results of the measurement of the low OEE value are influenced by the performance value of 71%, while the largest six big loss value in the Equipment Failure losses variable is 1.88%, then the Chokotei / Idling Minor Stoppage variable is 9.1%
