Abstract

The coffee shop business category has a large market opportunity so that many competing companies enter and compete in this business competition so that the competition is getting tougher. The Harum Manis coffee shop, Karang Tengah, Tangerang City needs to have a marketing strategy that can be applied in marketing its products. This study aims to analyze the influence of the marketing mix simultaneously and partially on consumer satisfaction and identify the influence of the most dominant variables. Research The method used in this research is a survey method. The sampling technique is to obtain respondents as many as 100 people. Multiple linear regression data analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the independent variables studied are able to explain 32.9% of the consumer variables, the remaining 67.1% satisfaction is explained by other variables not examined in this research factor. The results of the partial test (t test) explain that the independent variables consisting of product, price and promotion individually or partially have a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction with coffee drinks and results. Simultaneous testing (Test F) explains that the independent variables consisting of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence variables together or simultaneously have a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable for coffee drinks. The most dominant variable is promotion (20.67%).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of market strategy and marketing mix strategy on marketing performance mediated by customer value. The study was conducted on smallholder rubber farmers in Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province with a total sample of 36 respondents selected by random sampling. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis tool used in this research is SmartPLS 3.0 Sobel test and VAF calculation. The results of this study indicate that market strategy and marketing mix strategy have a significant effect on customer value, market strategy and marketing mix strategy have no significant effect on marketing performance, customer value has a significant effect on marketing performance, and market strategy through customer value has no significant effect on marketing performance. Meanwhile, the marketing mix strategy through customer value has a significant effect on marketing performance where the role of the mediating effect on customer value is partial mediation of 0.540 or 54.0%.

Abstract

Consumption of corn, cassava, and sweet potato as local food needs to be increased continuously as one of the food strategies to support non-food self-sufficiency. The purpose of this research is to develop a strategy for empowering farmers to support the distribution of local food. Data collection was carried out for three months, from February to April 2021. This research was carried out in Pandeglang Regency, in three centers of sweet potato corn and cassava. The samples in this study were corn and cassava farmers. and sweet potato spread in three sub-districts. The number of samples is 90 farmers. Data analysis used descriptively. The results show that it is necessary to increase the empowerment of farmers by developing empowerment strategies to support local food in the form of short and long term.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to financially analyze coffee farming in West Lampung Regency. This research was conducted in Way Tenong District, from September to October 2020 using a survey method. The sample in this study was 77 respondents who were selected at simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis with financial feasibility analysis, namely five eligibility criteria, namely Gross B/C Ratio, Net B/C Ratio, NVP, IRR, and PP as well as sensitivity analysis. The results showed that financially coffee farming in West Lampung Regency. Sensitivity analysis with the assumption of an increase in production costs of 2.03 percent and a decrease in production of 4.00 percent resulted that the eligibility criteria for Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Gross B/C, and Net B/C is sensitive to changes.

Abstract

Research design is predictive and descriptive involving several concepts. Partial least squares, research and development tests are used in developing the application of smart farming technology. The results analysis prove the direct influence of variables X_1 (genetic factors) to Y_1 (farmer behavior in the application smart farming) of -0.269. It show does not have a positive impact on the contrary reducing the behavior of farmers in implementing smart farming. The relationship between X_2 (individual external factors) to Y_1 is 0.392 show that individual external factors give positive impact on increasing farmer behavior in the application of smart farming by 39.2%.

Abstract

The success of customer value can affect the marketing performance of rubber. The research was conducted in Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer value on emotional value, social value, quality value, and price value on smallholder rubber farmers. The population in this study were 205 farmers, the sample was taken 15% of the population of 31 farmers selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS application. The results of the study explain sig.t value for X1 is 0.003, sig.t value of X2 is 0.014, sig. t value of X3 is 0.021 which is smaller than the 0.05 level of significance. This means that X1, X2, and X3 partially have a significant effect marketing performance. While sig t value of X4 is 0.216 which is greater than the significant level, means price value partially has no significant effect marketing performance. f-test results sig.f value of 0.000 is smaller than the significant level of 0.05, meaning that the customer value seen from the emotional, social, quality, and price values simultaneously has a significant effect on increasing marketing performance.

Abstract

The research entitled Feasibility Location and Financial of Development Small-Scale Rubber Processing Factory in Banyuasin III District, Banyuasin Regency, by Nasir and Ekanopi Aktiva. The research aims to: Analyzing the location and financial feasibility of constructing a small-scale rubber processing plant. This research was conducted in Langkan Village, Banyuasin III District, Banyuasin Regency. The research was carried out for 5 (five) months, starting from July to November 2021.  The research method used is a survey method in the rubber processing industry.  The population in this study is the owner of the rubber processing industry. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, that is, the entire population is used as a sample in this study.  Data collection was carried out through direct interview techniques using research instruments on business owners of the rubber processing industry. Location feasibility analysis has used qualitative methods (Rating Procedure) and financial feasibility has used NPV, IRR, B/C Ratio and Payback Period.  The results of the study concluded that the construction of a small-scale rubber processing plant in Langkan Village, Banyuasin III District, Banyuasin Regency met the requirements because it was supported by several factors, namely: sufficient raw materials are available, technology is available at low cost and easy to obtain, production capacity needs to be increased, factory location easily accessible, adequate infrastructure and available manpower. The analysis of the financial aspect concluded that the construction of a small-scale rubber processing plant was feasible, with an NPV value of Rp. 6,765,056,434.24, IRR = 152.55%, B/C ratio = 0.11 and payback period = 1.46 years (1 year, 5 months, 18 days.

Abstract

This research is purposed to know: (1) How much factor production between tabela plants system dan jarwo system is used for rice farming, (2) how much rice farming revenue between tabela plants system and with jarwo plants system, (3) know difference rice farming revenue between tabela plants system and with jarwo plants system. This research hypothesizes that the suspected rice farming revenue jarwo system is not the same as the tabela system. The sampling method in this research is used stratified random sampling, this method have take samples with observed strata or levels in the population, with the following criteria: (1) farmer who used tabela plants system in Karang Tirta village, District Lalan, Musi Banyu Asin Regency, from 664 farmers have taken 20 responded (2) farmers who used jarwo system in Karang Tirta village Laland District Musi Banyuasin Regency, from 172 farmers have taken 20 respondent. The data used is primer data dan secondary, using a list question structure (questioner). The data secondary is obtained from institutions' government, literature, and other sources which connect with this research. The result of this research is no difference significant in revenue between jarwo system and tabela system. Farmers who used tabela system have got revenue Rp. 14.417.994,-/Ha in one season, which is bigger between farmers who used jarwo system and have got average revenue RP. 13.489.051,-/Ha in one season.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is being felt in all sectors, including the agricultural sector and food UMKM. The agricultural sector is one of the priorities in dealing with the spread of Covid- 19 in Indonesia. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic that was felt the most by farmers was the price of agricultural products which experienced a drastic decline due to the declining purchasing power of the people. This is not comparable to the effort and operational costs incurred by farmers when cultivating (Azamfirei, 2020). This research was conducted at the Riyan Farm Garden in Cipocok Jaya District, Serang City. This study aims to analyze the income of the hydroponic lettuce commodity as well as develop e-commerce and conventional marketing strategies that are appropriate to be implemented. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Sampling was done by survey method, with 12 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire which is then analyzed using a SWOT analysis. The results of the calculation of the income analyst of hydroponic lettuce for the cost of production is Rp. 13,000/Kg. The profit obtained in terms of per kilogram on the sale of lettuce E-commerce is Rp. 7,000/Kg, while for conventional lettuce it is Rp. 2,603/Kg. The right strategy to be implemented based on the results of the SWOT analysis is to maintain existing potential markets and expand marketing reach. Optimizing cropping patterns according to SOPs to avoid production failures. Maintain product quality, manage product availability and increase product quantity. Innovate on products and add business partners to expand marketing.

Abstract

Farm Business Road (JUT) is a road that is usually known as an agricultural road, this road is one of the tools and types of infrastructure needed in the agricultural sector, especially in supporting agribusiness activities. The application of JUT is one of the strategies in developing agricultural areas, JUT can facilitate the distribution of agricultural products, especially in lowland rice commodities. JUT is a form of supporting adequate agricultural infrastructure in farming activities, such as road access for the transportation of agricultural products, this is very much needed to support effective and efficient agricultural development. The application of JUT to lowland rice farming in Wanasalam District can have a positive impact on farming including: 1) Reducing transportation costs/increasing farmers' profits. 2) Facilitate transportation during the rainy season where usually the grain is not transported because of the rainy season so the grain turns black and the grain grows into seeds. 3) With the JUT, quality, quantity and continuity can be achieved because the means of transportation are smooth. The application of JUT shows a difference in production efficiency because JUT is 14.3% more efficient than before the existence of JUT. The greater the efficiency ratio, the more efficient rice production in Wanasalam. Production is more efficient when production input has been minimized in the same amount of production
