Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penguatan good zakat governance melalui implementasi Zakat Core Principles (ZCP) pada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) sebagai lembaga pengelola zakat resmi di Indonesia. Objek penelitian meliputi kebijakan, praktik tata kelola, serta mekanisme pengelolaan zakat yang diterapkan oleh BAZNAS dalam kaitannya dengan prinsip-prinsip ZCP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan dan analisis dokumen, yang mencakup peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang perzakatan, laporan kelembagaan BAZNAS, serta literatur ilmiah yang relevan dengan tata kelola zakat dan manajemen organisasi nirlaba. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif-analitis untuk menilai kesesuaian implementasi ZCP dengan prinsip-prinsip good zakat governance, yaitu transparansi, akuntabilitas, tanggung jawab, independensi, dan keadilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Zakat Core Principles dapat berfungsi sebagai kerangka strategis yang komprehensif dalam memperkuat tata kelola zakat di BAZNAS, khususnya melalui penguatan regulasi internal, penerapan manajemen risiko, pengendalian internal yang efektif, serta peningkatan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana zakat. Implementasi ZCP secara konsisten berpotensi meningkatkan kepercayaan publik, efisiensi pengelolaan zakat, dan keberlanjutan kelembagaan zakat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi Zakat Core Principles ke dalam strategi kelembagaan BAZNAS merupakan langkah strategis dan fundamental dalam mewujudkan good zakat governance yang profesional, akuntabel, dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

This community service activity aims to assist the Social Forestry Business Group (KUPS) of Batu Raja Rejang Village, Hulu Palik District, North Bengkulu Regency in completing the halal certification process for Sako Lemo Nakai Coffee products, which had been delayed. The assistance was carried out through stages of survey and problem identification, education on halal certification, and collaborative continuation of the certification administration with the Halal Laboratory of UIN Fatmawati Sukarno (FAS) Bengkulu. The assistance process included restoring the Halal Information System (SIHALAL) account, checking the completeness of documents, and verifying the production process to ensure that the products are safe for consumption and meet halal requirements. The results of the activity show that structured and collaborative assistance can increase business actors' understanding of the importance of halal certification and successfully encourage the issuance of halal certificates by the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH). This activity is expected to become a model for halal certification assistance for community-based micro businesses.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of providing rewards and punishment on the performance of Muslim employees from an Islamic business perspective at PT. Honda Bintang Motor Gading Cempaka Bengkulu City. Employee performance is an important factor in the company's success, so an effective human resource management strategy is needed, one of which is through implementing a reward and punishment system that is in accordance with the principles of justice and Islamic ethics. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quantitative descriptive research type. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 30 employees as respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25 program. The research results showed that partially rewards had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as did punishment which also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, reward and punishment have a significant effect on the performance of Muslim employees. The coefficient of determination value shows that reward and punishment are able to explain 65% of the variation in employee performance, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings show that implementing rewards and punishment that are fair, proportional and in accordance with Islamic business values ​​can improve employee performance optimally.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahama dan kesadaran masyarakat Desa Pajar Bulan, Kecamatan Kedurang, Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan mengenai ibadah haji dan umrah. Latar belakang kegiatan ini didasarkan rendahnya pemahaman Masyarakat. Kegiatan ini Menggunakan metode Community-Based Research (CBR) yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif mulai dari identifikasi masalah, perencanaan kerjasama dengan Travel Haji dan Umrah PT Sianok Indah Holiday, pelaksanaan dengan peserta 20 orang dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 88% peserta memahami perbedaan rukun dan ketentuan ibadah haji dan umrah, meningkatnya motivasi spiritual masyarakat, serta adanya warga yang mulai mendaftar umrah setelah mengikuti kegiatan. Selain itu masyarakat menjadi lebih selektif dalam memilih biro perjalanan dan memahami pentingnya kesiapan spiritual, finansial, dan kesehatan. Kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan, literasi keagamaan, serta kesiapan masyarakat dalam melaksanakan ibadah haji dan umrah secara benar, aman, dan sesuai syariat.
