Abstract

A conducive school climate and culture is characterized by the creation of a safe, comfortable and orderly learning environment so that learning can take place effectively. This study aims to describe the organizational culture, description of student learning motivation and the influence of organizational culture on learning motivation of class X students in office administration skills competencies in SMK  YPLP1 PGRI Makassar., amounting to 66 students. Data collection used in this study were observation, questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that organizational culture belonged to the good category, viewed from seven indicators, namely innovation, stability, orientation to people, orientation to results, calm, attention to details and orientation to collaboration. Student learning motivation is categorized as very good, in terms of five indicators, namely the desire and desire to succeed, the encouragement and need for learning, the hopes and ideals of the future, the existence of interesting activities in learning and the existence of a conducive learning environment. Furthermore, there is a cultural influence on the learning motivation of students in class X competence in office administration skills classified as moderate and accepted.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between granting with a liquid level in a bank that aims: (1) To determine the extent to which credit is given to the liquidity position of the South Sulawesi Regional Development Bank. (2) To get a clear picture of the relationship between the amount of funds available and the credit activities of the South Sulawesi Regional Development bank. (3) To find out the policies stipulated by the Regional Development Bank of South Sulawesi, especially the credit sector. The data collection method used in this study, is through Library Research, and Field Research. Based on the analysis of the results of the research and discussion, in this section it can be concluded: (1) the South Sulawesi Regional Development Bank which is the Regional Government of South Sulawesi Province in addition to functioning as a public bank as well as regional government holders whose source of funds comes from local governments and service office located in the province of South Sulawesi. (2) The development of credit funds channeled by the Regional Development Banks of South Sulawesi tends to increase from year to year, (3) From the supply of funds and credit channeled by the Regional Development Bank of South Sulawesi, it is known that the supply of these funds is not channeled as credit, either short-term credit and long-term credit.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the forms of work motivation that are applied in increasing the productivity of employees of the Bantaeng Regency Statistics Office, and to determine the factors that influence employee motivation. This type of research is a case study with the reason that this study is specific to clearly describe the meaning or phenomenon that occurs. This study also uses the naturalistic paradigm approach (qualitative) to analyze and construct employees who are directed to obtain data based on empirical facts. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction focused on selecting, simplifying, abstracting and transforming crude data from field notes, followed by data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the reciprocal system looks at the three indicators, namely: 1) Providing work motivation to employees through the level of well-being, 2) promotion and 3) the completeness of office facilities and infrastructure can produce increasing levels of productivity, giving motivation through promotion have a positive impact because employees have the ability to create effectiveness and efficiency in work, office facilities and infrastructure have undergone spontaneous changes, namely from manual to computerized systems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sifat-sifat kepemimpinan, kinerja pegawai, dan  pengaruh sifat-sifat kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar.   Penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan populasi sebanyak 35 orang, karena jumlah populasinya relatif kecil penelitian tidak mengambil sampel penelitian sehingga penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif  dengan menggunakan persentase, rata-rata (mean), standar deviasi, dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment, dan analisis regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sifat-sifat kepemimpinan  pada Kantor Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar  tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik, ditinjau dari aspek integritas, empati, pengertian, keberanian, komitmen, dan keyakinan. Tingkat kinerja pegawai pada  Kantor Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar  tergolong dalam kategori baik ditinjau dari segi kualitas kerja, ketepatan waktu, inisiatif, kemampuan, dan komunikasi. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa sifat-sifat kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar. Sedangkan hasil analisis korelasi product moment menunjukkan besarnya hubungan sifat-sifat kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah 0,383 yang berarti tingkat pengaruhnya tergolong dalam kategori rendah.Kata Kunci : Sifat-Sifat Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work experience on employee performance at PT. Yamaha Saka Motor in South Tangerang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 43 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study motivation significantly influence employee performance by 47.6%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance by 36.4%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Motivation and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 57.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

Employee motivation at each company becomes very important, with regard to this , nowadays employees in a every company need to improve work productivity both in quantitiy and quality. This study aim to know the description of the level of work motivation of PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch. This research is a descriptive study designed to describe carefully, clearly and objectively about employee work motivation. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The result showed that employee work motivation at PT Sulselbar Makassar main branch can be categorized as good, this can be seen in each indicators, which is  in the good category, the awards  in the the good category, the challenges in the quite good category, responsibilities in the poor category, developments is in a good category, involvement is in a good category and opportinities in the good category

Abstract

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: 1) To find out the influence of leadership style, competence, education and training on the performance of the Civil Servants 142 / TTG in the City of Parepare. 2) Knowing among the variables that have a dominant influence on the performance of the Civil Servants 142 / TTG in the City of Parepare. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The study population was all Civil Servants at the 142 / TTG Military Command in the City of Parepare. The sample in this study were as many as 30 permanent employees using the census method because the population was limited. Data collection is done through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis, inferential analysis with regression models using SPSS Prgoram version 20. The results showed that leadership style, competence, education and training had a positive and significant effect on the performance of 142 / TTG civil servants in the city of Parepare. Of the three independent variables used, the leadership variable has a dominant influence in improving the performance of civil servants 142 / TTG in the City of Parepare.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Mitra 10 in Depok. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study product quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 41.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 42.7%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Product quality and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 52.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to study the description of the leadership of school principals in Panca Sakti Vocational School Makassar. This study uses quantitative research with 36 teachers from Makassar Panca Sakti Vocational School. Data collection uses collection techniques, questionnaires, interviews and collection while the data analysis technique used is percentage. The results of this study show how the role of the principal of the Panca Sakti Makassar Vocational School is categorized as good with a percentage of 82.7 percent. This can be seen from various indicators regarding the leadership of school principals where they were asked as executors to be well approved with a percentage of 82.02 percent, as planners expressed as good with a percentage of 84.22 percent, as supervisors categorized as good at 81.3 percent, acting as supporters of rewards / praise and sentences were stated to be quite good with a percentage of 75.7 percent, acting as a referee and claimants were declared good with a percentage of 88 percent, and holders of responsibility for group members were categorized as good with a percentage of 88.61 percent.
