Abstract

Al-Ghazali is a great thinker and scholar with work in various fields of science such as religion, philosophy, Sufism, morals, politics, and others. The greatest work of Imam Al-Ghazali is the book of Ihya ?Ulum Ad-Din, where education according to Al-Ghazali is a process of activities carried out systematically to give birth to progressive changes in human behavior. In Al-Ghazali's view, central in education is the heart because the heart is the essence of humanity because human substance is not located in the physical elements, but resides in the heart and views humans as theocentric, so the concept of education is more directed at the formation of moral character. The concept of Al-Ghazali's education can be known by understanding his thoughts regarding various aspects related to education namely the objectives of education, curriculum, teacher and student ethics, and learning methods. The concept of education that was sparked by Imam Al-Ghazali is very relevant to the education system in Indonesia in terms of educational goals, the concept of educators and students, learning methods, and curriculum currently applied, especially character education, which at the application level is very prioritizing on aspects of development intellectual, moral, and spiritual so that they are able to develop the potential of students to become human beings who have faith and are devoted to God Almighty, have good character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become democratic and responsible citizens.

Abstract

This article aim to analyze Ibn Khaldun's thoughts on education and its relevance to modern world education. This research uses qualitative approach (Library Research) by analyzing the sources collected and summarized in the article. Result this research shows that education is not only a teaching and learning process that is limited by time and space, but education is a process where students are able to live, absorb and even capture natural events throughout the ages. Ibn Khaldun's thoughts are also very relevant to modern education when viewed from various aspects, namely educators, learning methods, curriculum and educational goals. Positive impact What is expected from the results of this study is the adoption of the concept of Modern Education with the Concept of Education according to Ibn Khaldun.

Abstract

This article aimsto examine the basic concepts and characteristics of Madrasah principals in private schools in Yogyakarta. The Data in this research was obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. Research resultshows that the basic concept of leadership consists of functions, traits, tasks, and the theory of the emergence of leadership and leadership characteristics. Not everyone has a leadership spirit (in the world of education), this is often found in educational institutions in Indonesia. Some theories say that leadership is hereditary, others say that leadership must go through experience and teaching first. This shows that the criteria for leadership are not based on intelligence and intelligence, but rather on the individual factors themselves. The contribution of this research to education in Indonesia is to give a new color to become an ideal leader.

Abstract

This article discusses aspects of prophetic Islamic education. The aspect of Islamic education is essentially a process that knows no age limits. The education is based on the Quran and the Hadith of the Prophet, which aims to form a collective piety (khaira ummah). With the existence of Islamic education it is hoped that a Muslim can become good, both for himself (shalih linafsihi) and good for others (shalih lighairihi). Aspect of prophetic education based on the values of the Sirah Nabawiyah teaching is an integration of educational components that are closely related to one another. The relationship between these aspects is not a relationship without direction, but has a noble goal, which is to form good human beings and have qualities in the spiritual-religious and intellectual field

Abstract

Pada era industri dan teknologi yang sangat maju sekarang ini memiliki dampak pada kegiatan ekonomi, salah satunya adalah kegiatan transaksi yang membutuhkan ijtihad baru, guna mencari jawaban dari permasalahan yang mungkin timbul dari kegiatan tersebut agar sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas hal-hal yang berkaitan bagaimana?urf menjadi metode penetapan hukum ekonomi Islam dalam kegiatan perekonomian dengan menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ?urf ?merupakan suatu hal yang dikenal dan sudah menjadi kebiasaan masyarkat, baik berupa ucapan ataupun perbuatan. Sehingga ?urf dapat dijadikan metode penetapan hukum ekonomi Islam termasuk dalam kegiatan transaksi ekonomi. Beberapa contoh penerapan ?urf dalam transaksi ekonomi sekarang ini adalah jual beli di pusat perbelanjaan modern dan transaksi yang berbasis online tanpa mengucapkan shighat (ucapan saya jual-saya beli). Apabila menggunakan literatur fiqh klasik maka jual beli seperti ini tidaklah sah karena tidak mengucapkan shighat (ucapan) jual beli yang jelas melainkan menggunakan isyarat atau tanda. Contoh isyarat atau tanda yang digunakan oleh penjual adalah meletakkan barang-barang /memajang gambar barangdengan label harga (offline/online) yang hendak dijual sedangkan untuk pembeli dengan cara mengambilnya dan membayarnya di kasir atau dengan cara transfer. jual beli tersebut sudah menunjukkan kerelaan dari kedua belah pihak dan secara substantif sudah memenuhi prinsip dasar dalam akad jual beli. Dan jual beli tersebut boleh dilakukan berdasarkan ?urf atau kebiasaan masyarakat pada saat ini.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid development of natural science and research conducted by scientists. We already know that Zamzam water is the best water on this earth according to the hadith of the prophet Muhammad SAW. Therefore, the authors are interested in researching and studying more deeply about zamzam water based on the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad and science. This research is a library research with its primary data source as the Complete Hadith Index by Ahmad Zacky El-Syafa and supported by international journals. The data management techniques use qualitative data analysis, while the techniques and data analysis steps are describing, collecting and outlining.

Abstract

This article aims to examine curriculum development in Indonesia in facing the demands of 21st century competencies. The method used in this research is literature study where the author tries to find, compile and analyze various information through various related sources. The rapid development of information and communication technology as well as free competition between countries in all fields has marked the start of the 21st century. This has implications for the world life that students face today is different and much more complex than the previous era. The results of this study are: 21st century curriculum development requires students to learn more and be proactive so that they have 21st century competencies which include: communication, collaboration, critical thinking and problem solving, creativity and innovation skills and mastery of ICT which require higher order thinking skills or Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The expected positive impact of this article is an increase in the quality of education in Indonesia so as to create an educated society in the future who is able to face the challenges of an increasingly competitive era.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the psychology foundations of 21st century curriculum development, because the foundation of psychology is one of the principles in curriculum creation and development. The method used in this research is literature study, collecting, analyzing, processing and presenting books, journals and texts related to the research theme as reference material in the form of literature reports. The rapid development of science and technology and the existence of free market competition between countries has implications for life and of course for the world of education. It is important to conduct a review of the principles of curriculum development, namely the psychological principles of students. The result of this research is that curriculum development must be based not only on philosophy but also based on psychology. In the 21st century with the rapid development of information and communication technology and free competition between countries in all fields will affect the psychology of students, This must be considered by curriculum developers so that orientation is no longer centered on cognitive but more on psychomotor or skills. This is why the foundation of psychology is very important in conducting curriculum development. The positive impact expected in this article for the world of education is for curriculum developers to focus more on the needs of students in the 21st century so that they can compete with other countries.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the driving and inhibiting factors for increasing the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers after being given a certification allowance. The type of this research is Field Research, the data collection method uses interviews, documentation and observation, to check the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and the data is analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the increase in professionalism of Islamic Education teachers through the certification program was satisfactory, but it had not gone as expected. The certification program which aims to improve teacher professionalism and welfare has not been implemented properly. This is evident from the research findings which reveal that certified PAI teachers have not met the professional teacher criteria as expected. It is hoped that the positive contribution of this article can become a reference for similar studies in the future, and can be a reference in order to achieve teacher professionalism through the certification program.

Abstract

Women have the right to treatment in every problem that is being faced, in terms of solving women's problems, must be balanced with the existence of justice in its implementation, because justice itself is an effort to protect women from male discrimination or groups who judge that women only as weak creatures. All people are equal before the law and are entitled to the same legal protection without discrimination, the sentence is a basic principle in law and human rights. Protection and certainty of law that is fair and equal treatment before the law is also one of the things guaranteed in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as regulated in article 28 letter D paragraph (1). This study discusses the Implementation of Peraturan Mahkamah Agung No. 3 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Judging Women's Cases in Confronting Laws Against Divorce Cases in Tanjung Karang Religious Court. This research is research (field research) with primary data that is data obtained from the first source, in this study the primary data are the results of interviews, observations and documentation results. The results of this study that the implementation of the Peraturan Mahkamah Agung No. 3 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Judging Women's Cases in Confronting Law Against Divorce Cases in Tanjung Karang Class 1A Religion Court is still very minimal, it can be proven by the absence of a divorce case decision with a gender perspective.
