The paper is about conventional insurance and takaful insurance in contemporary Islamic law. Insurance is one of the non bank financial institution that function to collect public funds to provide protection against the risk of uncertainty resulting from the occurence of accidentns, accidents or other losses. Insurance based on the operational system is divided into two types, namely conventional insurance and takaful insurance. Takaful Insurance is classified as a new non-bank financial institution innovation and based on the principles of Islam, the Takaful is still not known by the people of Indonesia whose population is mostly Muslim. Of the phenomenon the authors try to discuss about conventional insurance and takaful insurance in contemporary islamic law.

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan menulis wacana naratif. Hal – hal yang dianalisis meliputi: (1) Isi Gagasan yang dikemukakan, (2) Organisasi Isi, (3) Tata Bahasa, (4) Gaya : Pilihan Struktur dan Kosa Kata, (5) Ejaan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran secara faktual mengenai tingkat kemampuan menulis wacana naratif , Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut di atas, penulis menggunakan metode: Kualitatif, yaitu dengan cara memggambarkan serta menganalisis kemampuan membuat wacana naratif siswa berdasarkan pada kaida bahasa indonesia yang baik dan benar serta sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan wacana naratif yang baik terutama dalam penggunaan wacana naratif siswa

Every human being has different abilities. There are those who have potential in certain fields and not necessarily able in other fields. Some have intelligence (intelligence question) above average and some are IQ below average. But basically there is no stupid child, only the child whose IQ is below the average is rather slow in achieving an educational goal. While the child whose IQ is being he will continue to follow the learning process in accordance with the targeted curriculum. For children whose IQ is above average, they will learn more quickly in the education process. In children who have above average ability, need to be treated proportionally. With the potential development of children with above-average capabilities, they do not have to wait for other children to achieve schooling. They can get education in a fast time. Then there is the need for a class for children who have the ability to exceed children of his age. One solution to the problem with the holding of acceleration classes. For children who have special intelligence it is necessary for the development of learning. For that we need a curriculum. Curriculum serves as a tool to achieve the goal, which is able to deliver students through teaching and learning activities undertaken by teachers to students to become human beings in accordance with the goals of education naisonal. Curriculum can be done with the curriculum management so that the curriculum used in acceleration classes can be organized and adjusted to the conditions of students in acceleration classes so that the goal of education is achieved.

Institutions of Islamic boarding school is the oldest in Indonesia. No one knows for sure when these institutions emerged in Indonesia. The educational institutions, led by clerics have two models; modern and salaf. Feature modern Islamic boarding school is to include a general learning courses in the curriculum. While salaf Islamic boarding school did not enter common subjecs in its curriculum. The problem in this research is how the role of Islami boarding school in shaping the morals and character of the Nation. And the purpose of the research was to determine how the role of Islamic boarding school in shaping the morals and character of the Nation. The kind of research is kualitatif. The primary data used is a books that talk about the curriculum and the role of Islamic boarding school. While the secondary data used is the books or the research results directly related to the issue. Analysis method used is descriptive analysis, which is trying to dig the problems that axist and than analyze it. The results showed that Islamic boarding school have a role in shaping the morals dan character of the Nation. It is evidenced by the number of the Nation that was born from Islamic boarding school. Islamic boarding school needs to be preserved and developed. That’s the Islamic boarding school have many roles and provide tangible proof in forming the nation’s moral and character.

Education fairness being the important thing to note in this nation. The House should not be disabled again getting marginalized place. They have the same right to a decent education ". So the potential they possess could develop with optimal. Every human being is created with all that perfection, then human perfection is not diminished by the lack of a physical condition. This research aims to examine the importance of organized school inclusion, especially the material of Ideal Religious Education for persons with disabilities. Library research methods used over the excavation information from a variety of literature-related education for the disabled. The results show that all schools can be the school inclusion. Of course with increased competence of teachers in designing learning so that it can be accepted by people with diffabilities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi kompleks dan motivasi belajar siswa pada salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan menerapkan metode kooperatif tipe picture and picture. Tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Multimedia 1 SMKN 5 Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 33 siswa. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah informan dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif komparatif. Prosedur penelitian adalah model spiral yang saling berkaitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode kooperatif tipe picture and picture dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi kompleks pada siswa kelas X Multimedia 1 SMKN 5 Bandar Lampung dari pratindakan ke siklus I dan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hal itu ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan: (1) motivasi siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II yang cukup signifikan; (2) rata-rata nilai keterampilan menulis siswa, yaitu dari 50 pada pratindakan menjadi 72,07 pada siklus I, dan 82,07 pada siklus II.

Kompetensi kepala Sekolah dalam supervisi pengajaran mengikuti tahapan-tahapan. Tahap perencanaan awal, pelaksanaan observasi, dan tahap akhir (diskusi balikan). Teknik-teknik supervisi pengajaran yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah adalah: 1) Teknik supervisi individu, 2) Teknik kelompok, 3) Supervisi klinis yaitu dengan kegiatan: tahap perencanaan awal, tahap pelaksanaan observasi, dan tahap akhir (diskusi balikan). Tindak Lanjut hasil supervisi Kepala Sekolah adalah melakukan pembinaan dan mengevaluasi berdasarkan catatan-catatan hasil kunjungan kelas terhadap guru setiap tahun, dan membuat program pembinaan guru pada tahun berikutnya. Kesempatan untuk ikut secara aktif dalam kegiatan musyawarah guru mata pelajaran (MGMP). Pelatihan-pelatihan baik yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah maupun pemerintah pusat atau instansi lainnya. Hambatan-hambatan dalam pelaksanaan supervisi yang ditemui oleh Kepala Sekolah adalah: (a) Rendahnya kompetensi sebagian supervisor yang ditunjuk, (b) Adanya kegiatan di luar jadwal supervisi yang tidak direncanakan, dan (c) Sulit merubah kebiasaan lama. Dalam hal lain seperti hubungan komunikasi antara kepala Sekolah dan guru kadang-kadang terjadi sedikit otoriter.

Religious discourse is a sequence of related sentences, and relates one proposition to another proposition, thus forming a unified language of religion. Religious discourse is influenced by the age level, the development of psychological aspects, including the development of thinking. Adolescence is a period of transition between childhood and adulthood. In addition, as a search for self-identity especially related to religion. Like teenagers in general, Afi Nihaya Faradisa also wrote his religious anxiety that became viral on Facebook. The purpose of this study is actually to see the religious discourse of adolescents in social media, using a qualitative approach, discourse analysis van Dijk model. Van Dijk divides his discourse into three dimensions: text dimension, social cognition, and social context. There is one Afi writings that the author thoroughly titled Inheritance. The result found that Afi's writing took the perspective of a teenager who wrote about religion on facebook themed pluralism, mysticism, convergence, religious conflict and nationalism. Afi's writing also sparked debate in Indonesian society. Afi's writing is not born positivist but constructivist, because it is built by the understanding of writing of others. The implications of this study are to see how a teen considers religion and government steps in guarding youth religious behavior.

Islam diturunkan sebagai rahmat bagi seluruh umat manusia dapat ditunjukan melalui 3 sasaran hukum Islam yaitu: Penyucian jiwa agar setiap muslim bisa menjadi sumber kebaikan bagi masyarakat dan lingkunganya, tegaknya keadilan dalam masyarakat dan tercapainya kesejahteraan dalam kehidupan di dunia dan akhirat. Sebagaimana dalam syari’at Islam mencakup lima jaminan dasar: keselamatan keyakinan agama (al din), keselamatan jiwa (al nafs), keselamatan akal (al Aql), keselamatan keluarga dan keturunan (al nasl), keselamatan harta benda (al mal). Bahwa Allah yang menciptakan alam semesta ini dan manusia sebagai pemimpin di bumi untuk dapat memanfa’atkan dan dapat mengelola sesuatu yang ada dibumi ini dengan baik untuk memenuhi keperluan hidupnya yaitu dengan cara melakukan perdagangan (produksi). dalam berproduksi tidak lepas dari prinsip-prinsip produksi antara lain: motivasi berdasarkan keislaman, berproduksi berdasarkan asas manfa’at dan maslahat, mengoptimalkan kemampuan akalnya, adanya sikap keberimbangan, dan harus optimis. Produksi juga tidak bisa lepas dari alat produksi berupa sumber alam, dan tenaga manusia.

This research focuses on finding out the improvement of the students’ reading skill at the Tenth grade of SMA Muhammadiyah Way Jepara through graphic organizers. Classroom action research (CAR) was implemented in this research which was conducted to solve the students’ problem in English reading. The Classroom Action Research (CAR) was done based on Kemmis and McTaggart’s design. The researcher did two cycle in which each cycle consists of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The finding of the research indicated that the implementation of graphic organizers was successful since the criteria of success were achieved. The first criterion was 70 % of students could pass the target score 70 based on the KKM. Based on the calculation on table 1, it is known that the mean score of pretest that consist of 32 students is 6.92 and the posttest is 8.27, in other words, it can be said that the use of graphic organizers is effective to improve students' reading comprehension.
