Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial performance before and after the right issue of shares. The variables analyzed include liquidity, solvency, profitability, activity, and market value ratios. The liquidity ratio uses Current Ratio (CR), the solvency ratio uses Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), the profitability ratio uses Return on Asset (ROA), the activity ratio uses Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and the market value ratio uses Price Earnings Ratio (PER). The sample of this study consists of companies that conducted a rights issue in 2021 and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a total of 7 companies. The company's financial data are from two years and two years after conducting a stock rights issue. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test analysis. The results showed that the Current Ratio (CR), debt-to-equity ratio (DER), Return on Asset (ROA), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and price-earnings ratio (PER) did not show a significant difference between before and after the stock rights issue activity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of e-filing, e-billing, and e-registration on MSME Taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Kudus with tax socialization as an intervening variable. Respondents totaled 140 people. The sampling technique in this research uses accidental sampling, namely individual taxpayers who come and have come to KPP Pratama Kudus. Test the instrument using validity tests and reliability tests. The analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) AMOS. The results of this research show that: 1) E-filing has a positive and significant effect on tax socialization, 2) E-billing has a positive and significant effect on tax socialization, 3) E-registration has a positive and significant effect on tax socialization, 4) E-filing has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance, 5) E-billing has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance, 6) E-registration has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance, 7) Tax socialization has a positive effect and significant to taxpayer compliance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menguji pengaruh kreativitas dan perilaku kerja inovatif terhadap kinerja karyawan milenial di Jawa Timur yang dimoderatori oleh leader member exchange (LMX). (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis pengaruh kreativitas perilaku kerja inovatif terhadap kinerja pegawai milenial di Jawa Timur yang dimoderatori oleh Leader Member Exchange (LMX). Jenis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik judgement sampling yang berasal dari data primer dan menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai milenial di Jawa Timur dengan rentang usia 27-42 tahun dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 117 pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun perilaku kerja inovatif terbukti tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Leader member exchange (LMX) tidak menunjukkan peran moderasi terhadap hubungan antara kreativitas pegawai dengan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian tersebut memberikan implikasi bahwa kreativitas karyawan menjadi faktor utama perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan milenial

Abstract

Technology and information use results in new habit in all aspects of life. The changing lifestyle in community today indicates a shift to modern one by utilizing technology. This requires business actors to change how they run their business to get advantage and to be competitive in marketplace. PT Grab Technology Indonesia is one of corporations following technology development today. One of its features, GrabFood, facilitates food order as it can be done anytime and anywhere through mobile service provided. This research aims to analyze the effect of service quality dimension provided by GrabFood driver on customer satisfaction in Banyumas Regency. The variable tested includes five dimensions of SERVQUAL: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Data were collected through distributing questionnaire to 100 respondents constituting the users of GrabFood service in Banyumas Regency. Data analysis was carried out using validity, reliability and multiple linear regression tests. The result of research shows that reliability, responsiveness, and assurance have significant effect on customer satisfaction, while tangible and empathy do not have significant effect. Simultaneously, service quality evidently affects customer satisfaction

Abstract

The success of a company is largely determined by the company's success in managing its human resources in achieving company goals. The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of teamwork, employee retention on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in CV. Like Karoseri Ungaran, Central Java with a total of 227 employees. The sample in this study was 100 people, due to the focus on the preparation section. The analytical tools used in this research are the outer model and inner model with the help of Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS is a Structural equation model Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this research show that teamwork has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Employee retention has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Teamwork has a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction. Employee retention has a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Teamwork is significant and indirectly influences employee performance through job satisfaction. This means that it is proven that teamwork has an indirect influence on employee performance through employee job satisfaction

Abstract

 National income is a measurement tool that includes the total value of final output from all productivity results produced in a country over a certain period. It is used to measure the rate of growth of the national economy and determine appropriate policies to encourage economic stimulus. National income provides an overview that can help identify economic structures that need optimization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of final consumption expenditure, gross savings, gross capital formation, population growth rate, and inflation on national income in Indonesia. This study uses the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) analysis method with time series data on each variable from 1990 to 2022. The results showed that final consumption expenditure, gross savings, and gross capital formation had a significant positive effect on national income. Meanwhile, inflation has a positive but insignificant effect, and the population growth rate has a negative but also insignificant effect on national income. The effect of several independent variables on the dependent variable is 91,2%, while 8,8% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) sector is experiencing tremendous growth and has made significant contributions to overall economic expansion. When managing their funds, MSMEs should take into account the different storage and investment choices at their disposal, including the emerging field of sharia banking, which offers goods and services that adhere to sharia principles. This study seeks to identify the elements that influence the decision of MSME actors to become customers in sharia banking. The independent variables considered are social environmental variables, financial literacy, and brand image, while the dependent variable is the decision of MSME actors. This study employs primary data collection methods and adopts a quantitative research strategy. The research employed a purposive sampling strategy to select a sample size of 100 respondents. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test, and t test in SPSS. The research findings indicate that the social environment, financial literacy, and brand image all have a substantial impact on the decision of MSMEs to become customers in sharia banking

Abstract

The increasing interest of investors, especially among the younger generation, as well as investment instruments with different risks means that investment decisions must be adjusted. This research is aimed at testing and analyzing financial literacy and risk tolerance factors that are bridged by financial inclusion in investment decisions from an economic and juridical perspective based on Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 6 of 2022. The research methodology used for this research is quantitative research by using structural equation model analysis (SEM) with Warp PLS 8.0 software and juridical analysis. The results of data processing show the results on the Financial Literacy variable. Financial literacy has a positive influence on investment decisions. The variables Financial Tolerance and Financial Inclusion have no significant effect on investment decisions. Apart from that, Financial Inclusion in this research shows that it cannot mediate financial literacy and financial tolerance in investment decisions. Then the results of the juridical analysis show that the existence of POJK Number 6/2022 is considered to provide legal certainty in creating favorable conditions for investment activities, with 40 out of 51 respondents agreeing and assessing it as very effective in protecting the public from investment fraud
