Abstract

Post Covid-19 Pandemic, PT Wings Surya Surabaya Wonocolo District still applies operational work standards during the pandemic. The quality and quantity of core competencies have certainly changed employees. This study examines: (1) the influence of core competencies and leadership styleon job satisfaction at PT Wings Surya Surabaya Wonocolo District. (2) The influence of core competencies and leadership style on employee performance at PT Wings Surya Surabaya Wonocolo District. (3) The influence of job satisfaction on employee performance which is strengthened by the work environment at PT Wings Surya Surabaya Wonocolo District. The research method used is descriptive analysis using the Likert scale as a questionnaire measuring tool and the help of the War-PLS7.0 data processing application. The results of the study show (1) core competencies and leadership styles have a significant effect on performance and performance, (2) through job satisfaction, core competency styles do not have an effect on performance, (3) the work environment is unable to moderate satisfaction with performance. The implications of the research that emerge are the success of active and transformative leaders in the company and the attitudes and character of each employee's competence are able to influence performance and job satisfaction for the better, but a comfortable, safe and clean work environment is still unable to be a factor that strengthens employee satisfaction to improve performance.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan dan pelatihan tentang pentingnya Masjid Al Ikhlas Surabaya sebagai organisasi nirlaba untuk menyiapkan laporan keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel, agar dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan jamaah. Masjid Al Ikhlas Surabaya berupaya menerapkan PSAK No. 45 untuk meningkatkan manajemen pengelolaan dana masjid yang akan dipertanggung jawabkan kepada jamaah. Metode palksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat meliputi tahapan persiapan, pelatihan akuntansi, penerapan sistem pencatatan keuangan, dan digitalisasi laporan. Hasil pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakt ini menginformasikan bahwa penerapan standar akuntansi, pencatatan yang sistematis dan rapi, serta transparansi melalui penyampaian laporan berkala meningkatkan akuntabilitas informasi keuangan kepada jamaah. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan peran aktif dari pengurus takmir masjid dalam pengelolaan dana. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bahwa tata kelola keuangan di Masjid Al Ikhlas menjadi lebih profesional dan bertanggung jawab, sehingga dapat memberikan contoh yang dapat diikuti oleh masjid lain.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi dan faktor makro lainnya yang melanda Indonesia belum sepenuhnya mampu mengubah perekonomian masyarakat. Masih dijumpai sebagian masyarakat yang belum bekerja atau belum mendapat penghasilan yang cukup. Paguyuban Kolam Ikan Pelangi dibentuk tahun 2020 yang beranggotakan 17 orang bertujuan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Gunung Anyar Emas Surabaya. Kolaborasi paguyuban dan akademisi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan inovasi, kreativitas, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pengurus paguyuban dan ibu-ibu PKK dalam menciptakan peluang usaha baru berbahan ikan dari kolam ikan. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa pelatihan kewirausahaan, pelatihan diversifikasi produk dan pendampingan usaha. Pelatihan kewirausahaan ini melibatkan 30 orang peserta dan di akhir pelatihan diperoleh 8 orang yang berminat dan mencoba membuka usaha olahan ikan yang siap untuk dijual. Pelatihan diversifikasi produk olahan diberikan kepada 8 orang peserta yang berminat dan hasilnya diperoleh luaran berupa produk olahan ikan sebanyak 10 macam. Kegiatan pendampingan lebih difokuskan pada kelancaran operasional usaha dan menjaga kesinambungan usaha yaitu berupa persiapan legalitas usaha (pendaftaran Nomor Induk Berusaha), penetapan harga jual produk dan penetapan strategi pemasaran. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menguji pengaruh kreativitas dan perilaku kerja inovatif terhadap kinerja karyawan milenial di Jawa Timur yang dimoderatori oleh leader member exchange (LMX). (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis pengaruh kreativitas perilaku kerja inovatif terhadap kinerja pegawai milenial di Jawa Timur yang dimoderatori oleh Leader Member Exchange (LMX). Jenis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik judgement sampling yang berasal dari data primer dan menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai milenial di Jawa Timur dengan rentang usia 27-42 tahun dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 117 pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun perilaku kerja inovatif terbukti tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Leader member exchange (LMX) tidak menunjukkan peran moderasi terhadap hubungan antara kreativitas pegawai dengan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian tersebut memberikan implikasi bahwa kreativitas karyawan menjadi faktor utama perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan milenial

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction mediation among hotel employees in East Java. The research population consists of 3-star hotel employees in East Java. The sample was determined using the purposive sampling method. Data were collected through a survey technique and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with WarPLS 7 .0. The results show that transformational leadership significantly influences employee performance both directly and indirectly, through job satisfaction mediation, among 3-star hotel employees in East Java. This study offers a theoretical contribution to the applicability of Social Exchange Theory (SET) and practical implications, suggesting that managers need to be equipped with transformational leadership skills to improve employee performance.

This research use an online survey method in the form of a questionnaire to collect data. The data to be collected and used is primary data with a total of 207 respondents. The test tool used in this research is WarpPLS 7.0 software and uses the Partial Lest Square Equation (PLS-SEM) method. The result show a negative and significant effect of employee experience on turnover intention, a positive and significant effect of employee experience on employee engagement, a positive and significant effect of employee engagement on job satisfaction, a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, and employee engagement and job satisfaction are unable to mediate turnover intention. Companies should ensure that the work environment encourages career paths, good interpersonal relationships, and work-life balance. This is closely related to the final impact, namely turnover intention.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of improving the performance of public sector employees, especially in the government bureaucracy, which is influenced by various organizational factors such as leadership style, work environment, and work motivation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct effect of leadership style and work environment on employee performance. Also analyze the indirect effect of leadership style and work environment on employee performance through work motivation as mediation. This research is quantitative research with sampling techniques using total sampling which means that each member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample. Respondents in this study were 200 employees of the Public Housing and Settlement Area and Land Office of Surabaya City. The study used the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the help of the WarpPLS 8.0 application. The results showed that leadership style has a significant positive effect on performance, work environment has a significant positive effect on performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance, leadership style has a significant positive effect on work motivation, work environment has a significant positive effect on work motivation, work motivation significantly mediates the effect of leadership style and employee performance, work motivation significantly mediates the effect of work environment and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competence, work facilities, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Public Health Centre in the North Surabaya area. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires. The research sample consisted of 150 Public Health Centre employees in the North Surabaya area who had worked for at least 2 years who were selected by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) techniques with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that competence, work facilities, and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction also indirectly mediates the effect of competence and work facilities on employee performance. This study suggests that the Public Health Centre can continue to improve the competence of its employees through training, provide adequate work facilities, and pay attention to job satisfaction factors to improve employee performance. These findings provide practical implications that by increasing the competence of employees and adequate work facilities can lead to job satisfaction of employees so that their performance will also increase.

Abstract

Paper ini membahas tentang pentingnya pelatihan layanan prima dan sertifikasi halal dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan kualitas produk salak pada Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) yang juga merupakan  UMKM Lestari di Wonosalam, Jombang. Produk salak yang melimpah di daerah Wonosalam menyebabkan harga sangat murah, sehingga petani diarahkan untuk meakukan inovasi produk olahan salak seperti keripik salak, jus salak rempah, teh kulit salak. Untuk mendukung kesuksesan dalam memasarkan produk inovatif ini diperlukan ketrampilan layanan prima serta pelatihan sertifikasi halal untuk memastikan pelanggan akan kualitas kehalalan produk. Pemberdayaan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman KTH Lestari  tentang pentingnya layanan prima dan sertifikasi halal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan bagi kepada pelaku UMKM Salak. Pendampingan juga akan dilakukan pada saat KTH Lestari memulai produksi produk olahan salak. Hasil pemberdayaan adalah meningkatnya  kualitas layanan dan produk UMKM Salak.
