HARM REDUCTION POLICY IMPLEMENTATION TO IMPROVE MORAL KNOWING ABOUT NARCOTICS IN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN REGENCY OF LABUHANBATU UTARA, NORTH SUMATRA. Narcotics are drugs or substances that are usually used for health purposes. Self-destructive behavior that often occurs at this time is the use of narcotics among students due to the low Moral Knowing students about narcotics. This community service aims to improve students' Moral Knowing about narcotics by implementing the Harm Reduction policy by using Cognitive Behavior Therapy counseling and Peer Educators by applying Brainstorming. This community service was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Kualuh Hulu and SMA Negeri Kualuh Selatan, Labuhanbatu Utara Regency. The results showed a change in behavior in students who became abusers of cannabis type narcotics who were given CBT counseling and there was an increase in students' knowledge about narcotics applied by Peer Educators.

UTILIZATION OF CHICKEN MANURE WASTE AS RAW MATERIAL FOR NATURAL LIQUID FERTILIZER IN SIMALUNGUN REGENCY. In the economic activities of the chicken farmers and farmers community groups fail to get adequate profits to survive because of the many problems that occur in the Group Production process because the waste processing is not right, causing problems in the business and disrupt the surrounding environment. The high costs of agricultural production and fertilizer make agricultural production also has a downward effect. In addition, other problems include: 1) The low income of the Group due to the decline in livestock and agriculture production due to waste; 2) Livestock waste is not utilized so it becomes a pollutant in the community; 3) Lack of community and group members' understanding of the use of livestock manure and agricultural waste as raw material for liquid organic fertilizer; 4) Limited public knowledge about processing liquid organic fertilizer; 5) Unavailability of TTG maker of liquid organic fertilizer. The sequence of implementation of activities as a Solution is 1) To increase the income of community groups is done through the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer from chicken manure and agricultural waste and Appropriate Technology (TTG); 2) Provide training in making liquid organic fertilizer to community groups 3). Solutions to provide understanding to the Group for the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer from chicken manure and agricultural waste; 4) Provide workshops and business management assistance in making liquid fertilizer; 5) Provide assistance in making liquid organic fertilizer from chicken manure and agricultural waste. Target outputs of the program include guide to the method of making Liquid Organic Fertilizers, production of liquid orgamic fertilizer with quality and quantity that meets the standard, and providing and Socializing Appropriate Technology Tools for making liquid organic fertilizer from chicken manure and agricultural waste.

IMPLEMENTATION OF PHARMACEUTICAL CARE AND SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING IN IMPROVING THE PHARMACY OMZET. A pharmacy is a place for pharmaceutical practice of pharmacists. Apotek Pendidikan Tadulako has three functions, which are education, social and business/profit functions. The purpose of this activity is to improve the pharmaceutical care, inventory management aspects, and marketing that affect to the increasing of pharmacy omzet. The solutions offered include the adding of a variety of non-drug supplies in the form of vaccines and home care medical devices, strengthening of pharmacists role in providing plenary services in the form of CIE (Consultation, Information, Education), establishing the cooperation with other health institutions, and implementing the social media marketing (SMM) ) includes Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube. The results of these activities have an impact on increasing the omzet of pharmacy every month. The follow-up plan is the application of an integrated Management Information System (SIM) and the application of internet-based marketing techniques with a website that is an online pharmacy.

INCREASING THE ABILITY IN OVERCOMING STUNTING AND HEALTH PROBLEM BY COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT IN SUKOGIDRI VILLAGE, JEMBER. Indonesia has a high prevalence of stunting, and Jember is one of the six districts in East Java province that contribute to stunting prevalence. To overcome the stunting problem, it needs a holistic strategy including health, education and economic aspects, therefore the community empowerment is an important approach. The purpose of this public service program was to increase the awareness and capability of the community to overcome stunting and health problem by community empowerment. Several activities were conducted in this community service program, i.e. by examining the health status of the children, pregnant woman, and high risk people, counseling and education about stunting and the effect on health status and also the effect for the next generation, education about the efforts to prevent stunting, provide training to prepare a healthy food and specific training for the cadres who responsible for the stunting-alleviation program. The impact of the activity was an increase the knowledge and awareness of the community about stunting. And there were several trained-cadres about stunting and its prevention.

DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH AND SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS OF JATINANGOR’S WUSHU BRANCH INTO ACHIEVEMENT ORGANIZATIONS WITH HEALTH AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP INSIGHT. Youth organization (Karang Taruna) located in Margamulya RT 02 RW 10 Jatinangor developed into a health-oriented youth organization in the field of sports, namely the Jatinangor Wushu Unit (Martial Arts Organization). Events and programs are carried out through sports & health as well as entrepreneurship approaches. A newly established organization with limited access to information and knowledge about the organization, health, and entrepreneurship to achieve outstanding organizations, assisted and facilitated by the STFB Community Service team in collaboration with Padjadjaran University to achieve access to information related to health such as understanding and knowledge about healthy lifestyle pattern, nutrition intake supporting optimal body performance, body anatomy, disease prevention, and others, to support sports achievements, as well as coaching, by providing workshops on health & sports, organizational management also provides assistance in activating the formation of business units by utilizing potential local resources through the design thinking approach. Facilitation activities carried out in 3 main programs: A. Health Improvement Program: 1) Improvement of health knowledge and fitness conditions by training health vital signs and counseling the proper drug’s consumption, accompanied by assessments and monitoring of fitness programs through; 2) Health and Fitness Test; 3) Individual Health Counseling; B. Improvement of Organizational Achievement for Wushu athletes cadre: 4) Counseling of Organization and Leadership; 5) Enhancement of Entrepreneurial Insights, by assisting the activation of business units/entrepreneurs with design thinking approaches: 6) Organizational Business Model Workshops. Based on health and fitness tests, the fitness parameters of prospective wushu athletes must always be measured and mixed in a fitness improvement program through individual health counseling.

THE APPLICATION OF NON-ELECTRIC PUMP (HERON’S FOUNTAIN) FOR DFT HYDROPONIC (DEEP FLOW TECHNIQUE) IN SUKAMERINDU, SUNGAI SERUT, BENGKULU CITY. Science and technology-based community engagement about the application of non-electric pump (Heron’s Fountain) for DFT hydroponics (Deep Flow Technique) have been carried out for mother group (respondent) in Sukamerindu, Sungai Serut, Bengkulu City. The aim of this activity is to apply the Appropriate Technology like hydroponics and Heron’s Fountain pumps. The methods of this activities are carried out by training which include socialization and field practice. This program produces 5 hydroponics which are equipped with Heron’s Fountain pumps and brief guidebook about of technologies. The application of the Heron’s Fountain pump for DFT hydroponics was effective in circulating nutrients for hydroponic plants. The Heron’s Fountain pump works temporarily for 45 minutes (10 liters). It was considered sufficient to circulate nutrients for hydroponic plants as evidenced by the same quality for all plants. All plants grow optimally and more yields than initial estimates. The planting period to harvest using hydroponic technology and the Heron’s Fountain pump is quite short, which is approximately 2.5 months. The use of these two technologies helps partners to start farming without using soil media. The cost of making and operating both systems so as to increase the interest of respondent to implement them independently.

Wooden fish (Keumamah) is made from tuna fish. It is one of the characteristic main commodities from Aceh Province where it is bordered by two major oceans of the world, the Indian Ocean and the Malacca Strait. This geographical condition is very favorable because the ocean stores abundant marine products, especially tuna fish and tongkol fish. The keumamah is one of the traditional favorable food product in Aceh. In Aceh, that excess fish from the rest of the fishermen's catch will usually be preserved by means of saltization, fumigation and boiling. However, wooden fish have not been able to provide a wider economic improvement impact on the surrounding community, especially the lampulo coastal area which incidentally as a fisherman. So there needs to be an increase in the economy for home-scale entrepreneurs in Aceh province. Development of fish processing equipment shaped like cupboards, sturdy, sleek, and ergonomic combined with packaging design, sales techniques and marketing management and entrepreneurship for small business groups in lampulo-Banda Aceh. The development of fish processing equipment shaped like cupboards, sturdy, sleek, and ergonomic combined with sales and marketing management techniques and entrepreneurship for these small business groups will develop tuna fish products that can be processed with various types of culinary food such as: fish nuggets, crackers fish, fish balls, and kemamah. The problem can be solved when fish processing methods emerge to become a variety of culinary, with higher production capacity to the community about good and right fish processing. This fish processing innovation in the form of processing fish into a variety of culinary that combines several processing functions such as smoking, grinding, drying, etc.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND WASTE MANAGEMENT TRAINING IN ARGOREJO VILLAGE, SEDAYU, BANTUL, YOGYAKARTA. Ministry of Environment noted that the average population of Indonesia produces around 2.5 liters of waste per day or 625 million liters of the total population. This condition will continue to grow according to the environment. According to the Indonesian Waste Statistics (2012) the amount of waste that appears throughout Indonesia reaches 38.5 million tons per year with the dominant waste being in Java (21.2 million tons per year). Waste generation will not decrease or run out and will even continue to grow along with the growth of human population and the higher and more complex human activities. The accumulation of waste that is getting bigger from day to day will reduce space and disrupt human activities so that the human goal to improve the quality of life actually makes the quality of life decrease due to waste generation problems.Method used is to provide counseling and training directly to the general public with material for entrepreneurship motivation and waste bank management using lecture, discussion, and question and answer methods. Results obtained were the extension activities and the training went well and the participants actively participated in the extension activities to completion. Counseling is done interactively between the speakers and the participants present.

APPLICATION OF GINGER PLANT CULTIVATION TECHNOLOGY IN THE YARD BASED ON HEALTH AGRICULTURE IN BOKOR VILLAGE, MALANG DISTRICT. House yard is one of the lands that have the potential to be developed. The yard can be used by growing high-value commodity crops. To get high yields and productivity, Farmers must choose the right and proper cultivation techniques. Besides, to get the results in the form of healthy food products, the cultivation process must be carried out by reducing the input of chemical compounds into the farm business. Therefore, community service activities were carried out in Bokor Village, Tumpang Subdistrict, Malang Regency. It was aimed to utilize the house yard by planting ginger based on healthy agriculture. The target group is farmers in the Subur Farmers Group. The stages of activities which were carried out were counseling on the use of house yards, training in ginger cultivation, providing assistance in planting materials and media, and making demonstration plots. The results of community service show that farmers want to try to use the yard by planting ginger in their yard. It also increased knowledge of farmers about ginger cultivation following Good Agricultural Practice so that the use of the yard with proper agriculture-based ginger cultivation can be developed.

WRITING SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES AND PUBLICATIONS TRAINING IN JOURNALS FOR TEACHERS OF SMAN 4 TUALANG, SIAK REGENCY. The training of the article writing and journal publication was held in SMAN 4 Tualang, Kabupaten Siak-Riau due to teachers’ problems covering the lack of article writing knowledge, low motivation and awareness of the importance of conducting research and its dissemination particularly for teachers’ professional development. Moreover, the teachers did not know much about journals information whereby they could publish their article writing. Therefore, the outreach community team from Faculty of Education and Teachers’ training, Universitas Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru conducted this program in order to solve the teachers’ problems. This training was conducted in one day (8 hours) consisting of two sessions. In the first session (8-12 a.m.), the participants were given the materials about the essence, elements, and knowledge of article writing followed by making article draft (how to make a good title, abstract and introduction). In the second session (1-5 p.m.), the trainer gave materials pertaining to how to deal with publication process from registration, login, and article online submission in journals. The simulations were given as the trainer guided the participants to register to ELT Lectura FKIP Unilak Journal, Bio-Lectura Journal, and Lectura: Journal Pendidikan UNILAK, login, check and read information in the journals. In short, this training facilitated the SMAN 4 Tualang teachers’ knowledge and skills of article writing and they know how to publish their articles. The outreach team suggests future outreach community program conduct the same activity since there are many school teachers need the training of article writing and publication in journals.
