INTRODUCTION TO THE GEOMETRY FORM OF EARLY AGE CHILDREN AND LOW-CLASS SCHOOL THROUGH ORIGAMI. Geometry is one of the subjects of mathematics taught from elementary school to the upper secondary level and continued in college. Geometry is also a mathematical subject that has a relationship with the real world or the world that is close to students. Introducing geometry to children is not necessary when children are in formal education, but they can get closer to geometry early. Limitation of geometry that can be given to early childhood is only on form recognition. The process is different, namely by entering the world of children or the world of the play. One that is relevant to accommodating this process is origami. Therefore, the purpose of this community service activity is to introduce geometric forms to early childhood through the game of origami. This activity was carried out in the village of Urang, Kec. Melak Kab. Manggarai NTT. The method used in this PKM activity is training that begins with a presentation. The results obtained from this activity indicate a change in choosing a game, as well as the existence of basic geometric abilities that can recognize geometric shape objects.

BUILDING RESILIENCE BASED COMMUNITIES IN DISASTER RISK REDUCTION IN THE PILOMONU VILLAGE GORONTALO REGENCY. This article discusses the concept of community-based disaster risk reduction so that it can realize community resilience to disasters. The implementation of community-based disaster resilience programs uses participatory approaches, observation, interviews, socialization, training, and Forum Group Discussion (FGD). The establishment of the PRB and TSBM forums received a positive response from the community because Pilomonu Village was classified as a disaster-prone village, especially landslides and floods. Analysis of the resilience index conducted by the forum based on indicators and achievements found that Pilomonu Village is included in the category of 'village not yet strong' and the level of preparedness is low. Indicators of community disaster resilience that have been established and adjusted in the document can be the main focus of all parties related to disaster risk management. The PRB and TSBM forum are those who have overall access to improving disaster resilience because forum skills in involving stakeholders are a determinant of the success of disaster resilience to lower-level communities. Integration between the Pilomonu Village government program and disaster risk reduction forums can guarantee the sustainability of forum performance.

EMPOWERMENT OF AISYIYAH BRANCH MEMBERS OF GRENDENG IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF INSTANT TRADITIONAL HERBAL MEDICINE SECURITY. Drug chemicals are still found in some instant powder herbal products even though BPOM has carried out its supervisory duties. The drug chemicals in instant herbal mixtures are selling points for unscrupulous manufacturers of traditional medicines because they offer an instant effect over claims of synthetic chemical drugs. The harmful effects of consuming traditional medicines containing medicinal chemicals are felt after 5 to 10 years later with the emergence of various disease conditions resulting from the addition of medicinal chemicals to herbal medicine. One effort to suppress the circulation of herbal medicine with drug chemical is to increase public knowledge in various ways. The activity is an effort to empower the community in identifying safe and legal Instant Traditional Herbal Medicine. Empowerment activities in this service activity are carried out in 5 stages with three main stages, namely the first lecture, which aims to increase public awareness and alertness about Jamu. The company asked us to develop both blueprint report and visual guidance report and disseminate it through nine workshops conducted to Change Agent (CA). We as consultant work together with the company to determine Change Agent, through Focus Group Discussion within 70 employees chosen by the company, then selected 25 out of 70 who then become the Change Agent. We implement John P. Kotter, known as Kotter’s 8 Step Change Model during the process, both us and the company realize that although change process has been made, it would not place any effect until a post Majeure event. By one event, when there was a fire in one of the company’s installation, Change Agents were trained to implement change as the company hoped it.
