Abstract

This Paper discusses about the abortion fatwa issued by the Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI). The MUI issued a fatwa twice about abortion. In this fatwa, the MUI considers emergency aspects (darurat and hajat). Basically, the law of abortion is unclean (haram), both before this spirit is blown and after it. However, in certain conditions, especially those related to the interets of the mother and baby from the medical side, including in the case of abortion due to rape, so abortion is allowed before the age 40 days or still in the germ (nutfah) phase. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang konsep pemikiran Imam Ahmad Al-Ghazali tentang Etika Filosofis Menuju Etika Religius melalui pengetahuan dengan corak mystical-sufism. Dalam memberi konstruk bangunan sufisme-nya, al-Ghazali lebih menekankan etika kewahyuan partikular. Ruang sufisme al-Ghazali adalah psiko-moral, yang merupakan etika keagamaan yang luas untuk membentuk bangunan keilmuan yang lebih teliti dan utuh. Moralitas mistis al-Ghazali lebih berorientasi kepada penyalamatan individu di akhirat berdasarkan doktrin agama. Karena penilainnya yang rendah terhadap rasio dalam wacana moralitas, metode hipotetis al-Ghazali membuka hanya sedikit ruang bagi pengembangan pengetahuan dalam wilayah-wilayah lain kehidupan manusia. Kata Kunci: Etika Filosofis, Etika Religius, Al-Ghazali.

Abstract

The article takes the study of Ulul Albab based on The Holly Qur’an’s definition and spiritual base. It draws a conclusion that in The Holly Qur’an, Ulul Albab covers three meanings : dzikir, thinking, good deeds. This, in detail, is an ability to contemplate natural and social phenomenas. The Ulul Albab citation could be achieved only by good thinkers of themselves, natural and life phenomenas. This could invite a strong Islamic culture integrating the substance of divinity and logical values that position Islam as the supreme icon of world civilization for hundreds years ever. Abstract

The article discusses the relevance of Imam Syafi’i’s thought on waqaf Muaqqat with the act provisions No. 14 in 2004. The analysis based on some sources states that Imam Syafi’i applies law intinbath design, shahih hadiths in the texts, narrators and sanad after being takhrij. He argues that waqaf settlement is as a part of tabarru’ (releasing right). As a result, something that has been become a wakaf cannot be on sale, granted, legated due to the fact that does not belong to an individual but public. The act No. 41 in 2004, whereas, reveals that waqaf can belong for a life or a limited time. Therefore, waqaf can still become an individual’s right. Abstract

In this research, the writer analyzes some learning motivations on the view of Al-Qur’an Chapter al-Ra’d : Verse 11 in the approach of Kitab Tafsir al Jalalain by Imam Jalaluddin al Mahalli and Imam Jalaluddin al-Suyuti. Based on many sources, the writer concludes that this verse elaborates three values of education : parents’ supervision and guidance becomes the first solution that can motivates students, complete facilities both in home or school becomes the second solution in term of designing the into passive motivators. Abstract

The article elaborates children education in Islam on the Imam Ghazali’s perspective. As one of fugures in Islamic education, Al-Ghazali in his works, makes a relation between children’s natural skills and environment, character and behavior, nature and nurture. Childrens education methology and stage of Imam Ghazali’s are proper to hadiths stating that the education must be started since they are in the womb. The pattern is applying exemplary, habit, advice, attention, and reward and punishment. These patterns cannot stand alone but support each other. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang fundaraising Dana Zakat di Baznaz Lumajang dengan pendekatan manajemen dan perspektif tafsir. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan zakat yang dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Lumajang adalah: Perencanan yang diawali dengan melakukan sasaran, dan perencanaan jangka pendeknya. Pengorganisasian dijalankan oleh ketua bidang pengumpulan dengan mensosialisasikan kepada UPD. Pengarahan yang dilakukan adalah dengan sosialisasi secara umum baik dari istansi atau masyarakat. Pengawasan dijalankan oleh monitoring. Evaluasinya dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu eksternal dan internal. Koordinasi, pola koordinasi BAZNAS dengan dua pendekatan: pendekatan secara struktural dan pendekatan secara personal. fundraising secara Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, diambil dari surat Al-Taubah ayat 103. Abstract

This paper aims to find answers to the concepts of God, humans, and nature in the perspective of the philosophy of Islamic education and relations between the three. The Lord concluded with the concept of Tauhid. In this concept, nature and its contents include here humans must serve and worship only to Him. Whereas the nature of human beings is divided into three concepts, namely first al-Basyar, the second al-Insan, and the third al-Nas which shows humanity in total without referring to his faith or disbelief status. Meanwhile, nature was created by Allah SWT as a medium of education for humans. Armed with its potential, humans can learn everything in this nature for the benefit of life and human life. The relationship between God, humans and nature is always associated with the concept of khalifah and 'Abd Allah. Keywords: God, human, nature, Philosophy of Islamic Education

Abstract

Building construction of the contemporary theology concept should regard to the conventional theologians. The contemporary theologians tradition will not meet a power when they do not have a strong knowledge relation to the classic ones. This understanding states that lingkages between the continous principle of the last thought and the today and future updates is formulated in terms of al-muhafadhah ‘ala al-qadim salih wa akhd bi al-jadid al-aslah (mantaining the good old ones and take the better new ones). Through the formula, the contemporary theology will make Islamic teachings function effectively in dinamic and upheaval modern societies. Abstract

Pluralism has always been a hot topic discussed by political elite figures especially the year before the presidential election, in fact if we look at pluralism as nothing new for Muslims but this has happened in the time of the Prophet Muhammad, there is also evidence history where the existence of the Medina Charter Agreement was an historic event for Muslims and was further strengthened by the verses of the Qur'an which explained how pluralism as a form of respect and respect for other religious followers without having to mix religious theology, sometimes pluralism is misinterpreted by excessive means by them so that they seem to mix various ways of worship in religion and we all know that Indonesia also has pluralism in worship and that is all a form of Indonesia's wealth.
