Abstract

This study aimed to examine The Implementation of Cooperative Learning Method in Reading Subject for The Second Year-Students of SMAN 9 Makassar. There are three problems of this study, such as (1) How the Cooperative Learning Method influenced the Second Year-Students achievements in SMA Negeri 9 Makassar,  (2) The Students Interest in Reading Comprehension Subject which the Cooperative Learning Method Applied For, and (3)  What extent the Cooperative Learning Method improves the Reading Comprehension in terms of Literal, inferential, and Critical Comprehension. Moreover, the implementation of Cooperative Learning Method concerned to analyze the student’s abilities by applying this method in Reading Comprehension Subject regarding to its techniques and kinds of reading. The result of this study showed that the percentage students’ mastery for pre-test and post-test in understanding of Reading Subject. From the analysis conducted, there are 2 (two) students are in a VERY GOOD category, whereas 26 Students in a GOOD Percentage and 2 Students placed in FAIR category for the Pre-Test Achievement. The Post-Test Percentage after Learning Method applied, the experimental class achievement’s students have significantly increased where 4 students are in EXCELLENT grade, while 19 students have VERY GOOD category, and about 7 Students placed in a GOOD category. However, the questionnaire given to the students covered the statements about the students’ interest for the application of cooperative learning in teaching English. The result shows that the use of cooperative learning made the students interested in learning English. Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Reading Comprehension, Learning Method

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja pegawai pada Biro Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 51 orang. Mengingat populasinya yang tidak begitu banyak dan dapat dijangkau, maka seluruh populasi dijadikan responden, satu orang  disamping sebagai Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, angket, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data secara deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menjelaskan suatu keadaan secara persentase dalam bentuk tabel frekuensi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Upaya Peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Biro Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan Universitas Negeri Makassar, berada pada kategori meningkat. Ditinjau dari Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (diklat) berada pada kategori meningkat, motivasi berada pada kategori cukup meningkat, dan disiplin berada pada kategori meningkat. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan.

Abstract

The main objectives of this research are: Improving the learning outcomes of Class XI Accounting Students through the application of Problem Based Learning learning models at State 1 Gowa Vocational School. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was carried out on 32 subjects of XI Accounting research at State 1 Gowa Vocational School. The results showed that: The application of the Problem Based Learning learning model could improve the accounting learning outcomes of the 11th grade students of Accounting at the State Vocational School 1 Gowa ". The main objectives of this research are: Improving the learning outcomes of Class XI Accounting Students through the application of Problem Based Learning learning models at State 1 Gowa Vocational School. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was carried out on 32 subjects of XI Accounting research at State 1 Gowa Vocational School. The results showed that: "The application of Problem Based Learning learning models can improve accounting learning outcomes for eleventh grade students of Accounting at 1 Gowa State Vocational High School". Indications of improvement in learning outcomes can be seen from the increasing trend of student learning outcomes from the initial conditions, cycle I, and cycle II, and the achievement of completeness of student learning outcomes in cycles I and II, as follows: Implementation of cycle I actions, obtained student learning outcomes, average the value of 45, the standard deviation 15, then the students who complete there are 5 people or 15.63%, students who are not complete there are 27 people or 84.38%. In the implementation of the second cycle of action student learning outcomes increased, with a total value of 2,319, an average score of 72, a standard deviation of 7, then complete students there were 28 people or 87.50%, students who did not complete there were 4 people or 12.50%. Thus both individually and classically exceed the achievement indicators of the KKM, which is 70 for individual achievement scores and 70% for KKM class achievements. Keywords: Problem Based Learning Learning Model, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This research is classroom action research with exposure of the functionality of the descriptive of the quality is categimized in the form of cumulative frequency data, the subjects of the study are students of class XI IPA 2 MAN Suli distrie Luwu school year 2016/2017, data collection with observation and test techniques. The results of this study indicate that learning bu using Cooperative Learning type Jigsaw method can improve student achievement in Mathematics class XI IPA 2 MAN Suli Luwu Regency school year 2016/2017.In connection with this, the researcher suggested that the teacherof class XI IPA 2 MAN Suli, Luwu Regency, can apply learning using the Cooperative Learning  type Jigsaw method in presenting learning materials in order to optimize the ability of studets to solve Math problem questions. Keywords: Mathematic Learning Result, Model Cooperative Learning Type Jigsaw.

Abstract

(1) Pelaksanaan manajemen peningkatan mutu berbasis sekolah di SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng melalui langkah- langkah yang diambil kepala sekolah adalah menyediakan manajemen organisasi kepemimpinan transformasional dalam mencapai tujuan sekolah dan menyusun rencana sekolah dan merumuskan kebijakan untuk sekolah, (2)Pelaksanaan menajemen berbasis sekolah di SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng Kabupaten Soppeng efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Hal tersebut diperkuat dengan pengelolaan kegiatan operasional sekolah dengan baik, di mana sekolah diberi kebebasan memilih strategi, metode, dan teknik-teknik pembelajaran dan pengajaran yang paling efektif sesuai dengan kondisi yang tersedia di sekolah, dan (3) Dampak ril dari efektivitas menajemen berbasis sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng Kabupaten Soppeng adalah terlaksananya semua tugas pokok, tercapainya tujuan, ketepatan waktu, dan adanya partisipasi aktif dari anggota. Kata kunci : efektivitas manajemen, mutu berbasis sekolah,

Abstract

Penelitian ini menelaah Pengaruh Penerapan Teknik Inquiring Minds Want To Know Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Kelas XI SMA Negeri 5 Bone.Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatifJenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah True-Experimental Design.Sampel yang digunakan untuk kelompok eksperimen maupun kelompok kontrol tidak dipilih secara random.Desain penelitianyang digunakan dalam penlitian ini adalahDesain Matching Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design.penelitian sampel acak (Therandomized pretest-posttest control grouf design.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan siswa kelasXI IPA SMANegeri 5 Boneyang berjumlah 850orang. Adapun yang menjadi sampel adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 5 Bone sebanyak 64 orang yaitu 31 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 32 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini observasi, tes hasil belajar dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari Uji Normalitas, Uji Homogenitas dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Penggunaan teknik Inquiring Minds Want To Know pada mata pelajaran matematika memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang meningkat sehingga memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Kata kunci:teknik Inquiring Minds Want To Know, hasil belajar matematika.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of sales volume and operational costs to the netincome in the food and beverage companies listed on the BEI 2014 -2018 amounted 16companies. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling and based ontechnique the sample who have qualifications is 7 companies with 5 years period (2014-2018)so the number was analysis is 35 samples. The analysis method used is multiple linearregression analysis and for hypothesis used t test and f test by using software SPSS version 22.The result of the research show that (1) sales volume has positive effect on the net income (2)operational cost has not effect on the net income (3) sales volume and operational cost affectto net income simultaneously.Keywords : Sales Volume, Operational Costs, Net Profit

Abstract

Food is the most important basic human need, and of course in its fulfillment is part ofthe basic rights of every Indonesian people. As a country with the largest Muslim populationin Indonesia, halalism is an important indicator to be presented, especially in food products.This is what causes the importance of a food to have a halal certificate. A Muslim is not justifiedto consume food / drink before knowing halal. The purpose of this research is to find out theauthority of the MUI as an authorized institution in halal labeling and how the supervision ofhalal labeling products is carried out by the government and the community as a party thatplays an important role in conducting supervision of a product in circulation. MUI issued afatwa in terms of halal and forbiddenness of a product circulating in the community. The resultsof this study indicate that MUI as an institution authorized to set halal and haram on a product,monopolize its authority, besides that the supervision is still very low carried out by thegovernment and the community as a party that plays a role in supervising products and goodsthat are circulating in the community, so that JPH Law No.33 of 2014, cannot guarantee theprotection of consumers.Keywords: Consumer Protection; Halal Labeling; MUI.PENDAHULUAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine influence financial stability (X1), and external pressure (X2)to the fraudulent financial statements (Y) at automotive subsector companies listed in IndonesianStock Exchange (IDX) of the year 2015-2018. The samples were 12 companies from 12 of totalpopulation using purpossive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study is multiplelinear regression. The result of this show that: financial stability (1) has not effect on fraudulentfinancial statements, external pressure (2) has not effect on fraudulent financial statements.Key word: financial stability, external pressure, and fraudulent financial statements
