Abstract

Anticipation of economic uncertainty needs to be done to avoid the brink of crisis by maintaining the pace of economic growth, investment and savings climate as well as smooth international trade. This study aims to analyze and explore the dynamic relationship interaction between economic growth variables projected as Gross Domestic Product (GDP), investment, gross domestic savings and international trade of the Indonesian state with data in the period 1971-2020 obtained from the worldbank.org website. The research method uses the Vector Auto Regression (VAR) analysis model with the development of Impulse Response Function (IRF) and Variance Decomposition (VDC) analysis to explain the response of a variable to the shock of the variable itself and other variables. The results of the analysis revealed that the one-way relationship for the variables of investing, saving, and trading was influenced by the variable itself with a lag of one. In addition, the results of IRF analysis show that the variable response of economic growth, investment, savings and international trade is dominated by shocks to economic growth variables, and the results of VDC analysis show that economic growth variables most contribute to the variable response of economic growth itself, investment, savings and international trade. The results of this study can be used as a reference for the formulation of anticipatory policies by the government and Bank Indonesia in preventing the risk of economic crisis by maintaining macroeconomic variable stability so that the level of domestic market confidence is maintained in the outlook. Therefore, the policy stages that can be carried out are to control inflation, reduce the current account deficit, maintain fiscal balance and improve in managing foreign debt.

In addition, this study collected data using a questionnaire so that it uses multiple linear regression analysis in the data analysis method. The approach used is a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that work ethic, training and mentoring variables simultaneously have a significant effect on mustahik welfare while partially, work ethic does not have a significant effect on mustahik welfare. While training and mentoring partially have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of mustahik. This study is limited to the zakat institution Dompet Dhuafa Waspada Medan. Work ethic is always related to the quality of human resources. Education is a means of improving work ethic, because education can add skills and open one's perspective of thinking. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the mediating influence of customer satisfaction on service quality and financial product literacy on customer loyalty at Bank Aceh Syariah. The sample in this study was 80 customers who were obtained using the Hair et al. formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents which were then analyzed using structural model equations or SEM-PLS. This research found that service quality and product literacy have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction and product literacy also have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. However, this result is inversely proportional to the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Research also finds that service quality through customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. However, in contrast to service quality, the financial product literacy variable found a positive but not significant influence on customer loyalty. To gain customer loyalty, Bank Aceh Syariah is advised to improve service quality. What can be done is to provide a polite and friendly welcome, make the waiting room comfortable and provide fast and efficient service.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors that influence visitors' willingness to pay for efforts to preserve the Kuala Langsa Mangrove Forest and analyze the magnitude of the value of visitors' willingness to pay for efforts to preserve Kuala Langsa Mangrove Forest tourism. This research is quantitative research. The type of data used in this research is primary data. There is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable in multiple regression so that a formula is obtained Y = -1.238 + 0,330X1 + 0,219X2 + 0,073X3+ 0.214X4+ e then it is known that the determination value is R2 = 0.900. This means that 90% of willingness to pay can be explained by the independent variables, namely education level, income, frequency of visits and environmental knowledge simultaneously. The findings of this research can support the development of more effective environmental education programs to increase public awareness. In an economic context, this information can be the basis for optimizing income from Mangrove Forest tourism by adjusting facilities and activities to the preferences and financial capabilities of visitors who have a high Willingness to Pay Analysis.

Abstract

Zakat serves as a crucial instrument for wealth redistribution aimed at reducing social inequality, particularly amidst the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. The implementation of zakat is imperative to stimulate significant contributions to both productive and consumptive zakat distributions. This research endeavors to delineate and chart the proportional distribution of productive and consumptive zakat to super-micro business mustahiks during the COVID-19 pandemic. Employing a qualitative approach involving literature review and in-depth interviews, this study aims to achieve a comprehensive understanding and mapping of mustahik. The study revealed that consumptive zakat is earmarked for mustahiks falling within the faqir category among the eight asnaf. Conversely, productive zakat is allocated to mustahiks classified as poor within the eight asnaf, prioritizing those who already possess a business, demonstrate expertise in specific fields, and hold a market share. The implication of this research underscores that by meticulously mapping and allocating zakat according to the needs and categories of mustahik, Islamic Social Finance (ISF) institutions can provide suitable assistance aligned with the economic conditions of the recipients. To ensure equitable and targeted distribution of productive and consumptive zakat, it is imperative to bolster public comprehension of zakat, conduct outreach regarding the distribution process, and develop an efficient mapping system.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the local cultural values behind income accounting practices by ilabulo sellers. This study uses an Islamic paradigm with an Islamic ethnomethodological approach. The results of the study show that ilabulo sellers use their income to finance personal needs, such as making this income as capital to return to selling ilabulo, finance household needs, and in addition to their children's snacks. Furthermore, the ilabulo sellers use their income to share among themselves, such as with scavengers. The income accounting practice is driven by compassion (motoliango). In the culture of the Gorontalo people, there is lumadu (expression) “delo tombowata lo tabo wau labiya" which means like a mixture of fat and sago. This expression contains the meaning of a sakinah household life. "Diila o'onto, bo wolu-woluwo" means invisible, but there. This phrase teaches that in life, do not just chase what is visible but also look for something that is not visible but exists. The following research recommendation is to examine accounting practices by sellers of traditional food in the form of binthe biluhuta. The implication of this research is to present accounting practices by Ilabulo sellers based on local cultural values.
