Abstract

Bahasa Inggris merupakan bahasa pengantar dunia yang sangat baik jika diajarkan kepada anak sejak usia dini karena pada usia ini mereka dengan mudah meniru dan melatih kemampuan berbahasa. Pada penelitian ini akan dibangun sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dasar yang interaktif dari segi materi pembelajaran dan suasana belajar karena melibatkan gerakan melalui teknologi Kinect. Materi yang ditampilkan pada aplikasi ini berupa pengenalan alphabet, numbers, colors dan shapes. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan pemodelan Unified Modelling Language (UML), dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa C# dan diujikan dengan metode blackbox, pre-test dan post-test, kuisioner serta uji coba observasi. Hasilnya terjadi peningkatan pemahaman terhadap materi dan waktu tercepat dalam pengerjaan latihan yang dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata latihan sesudah menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran 80 dengan nilai rata-rata latihan sebelum menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran 70. Kata kunci: anak usia dini, aplikasi pembelajaran, bahasa inggris, kinect, media pembelajaran

Abstract

Kusnadi's tofu industry is a small-medium industry which engaged in tofu production, where almost all of the production activities doing manually. This research was conducted to evaluate the operator's working posture and make a proposal to repair working facilities towards a working process to minimize the awkward postures. Based on assessment PLIBEL Checklist and Quick Exposure Check (QEC) to operators, it's known that part of neck, shoulders and upper back are having the highest musculoskeletal complaints with 34,62% for Kusnadi's and 30,77% for Dian's. And according to QEC calculation, the score of operator's exposure level at printing station retrieved about 68,18%, at filtering station about 69,31%, and at the cutting station about 56,81%, thus the working posture on that three station need to improve. Results of this research is a proposal in the form of redesign the working facilities, i.e work desk for operators and designing tool in the form of beams and incline at filtering drum using anthropometry data to reduce the occurrence of injury to the operator.Keywords: measurement the load of working posture, PLIBEL checklist, Quick Exposure Check (QEC)

Abstract

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam which must be met and some muzaki entrust distribution of zakat in a National Zakat Organization (LAZNAS). Zakat collected in LAZNAS then channeled to mustahik (receive zakat) eligible in accordance with the applicable syar'i. Problems arise when determining the eligibility of candidates because the number of the lot and extends over a period of time so require accuracy in the selection. In this study constructed a Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting candidates using the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP). The data used are the criteria and sub-criteria, as well as potential recipients (alternative data). The criteria used are five criteria (the condition of the ability of households, income and dependents, residence, ownership of the goods, and character). At each criterion has sub-criteria with a total of 35 sub-criteria, each of which has a weight value and sub-criteria used in the calculation MFEP. The result of the calculation resulted in a total weight of weight evaluation of each alternative in the form of ranking. Based on testing, black box the system was as expected while testing the User Acceptance Test using a Likert scale by distributing questionnaires, giving a value of testing 87.87% (system are received is very good). Therefore, it can be concluded that the system has been built with MFEP can be applied to the case of recipients of zakat. Keywords: Decision Support System, Multi-Factor Evaluation Process, ranking, zakat

Abstract

In this paper discusses about the mathematical model the number of smokers with nonlinearincidence rate and the application of fines This model divides the population into four subpopulations,potential smokers, occasional smokers, heavy smokers and quit smokers. The results obtained from theanalysis of models, there is one free smokers equilibrium state and the one smokers endemic equilibriumstate. If the condition are complete, then a free smokers equilibrium state is asymptotically stable and aendemic equilibrium state is asymptotically stable.Keywords: asymptotically stable, equilibrium state, mathematical model the number of smokers

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu operator Bus TransJakarta yang beroperasi pada koridor I & VIII, PerumDamri SBU Busway membutuhkan sistem pengukuran guna meningkatkan kinerja perusahaannya. Prosespengukuran kinerja di dasarkan atas model Service Scorecard, yang terdiri dari tujuh perspektif yaituGrowth, Leadership, Acceleration, Collaboration, Innovation, Execution,dan Retention. Langkah pertama,penentuan target setiap KPI berdasarkan hasil branstorming dengan pihak perusahaan dan hasilpengamatan di lapangan. Kedua, penentuan Rating Scale. Hasil pengukuran kinerja SBU Buswaydiperoleh nilai 3,67 (Baik) dengan skor tertinggi 5,00 untuk perspektif Leadership dan skor terendah 1,45untuk perspektif Growth. Terdapat 4 KPI yang perlu ditingkatkan, 2 KPI pada perspektif Growth dan 2 KPIpada perspektif Execution. Usulan perbaikan untuk perspektif Growth adalah dengan menambah jumlaharmada bus Transjakarta dan mengikuti tender untuk penambahan koridor yang baru dibuka. Usulanperbaikan pada perspektif Execution adalah dengan merencanakan kegiatan training untuk pramudi danmekanik secara berkala agar kesalahan dalam bekerja dapat berkurang.Kata kunci : bus transjakarta, kinerja perusahaan, service scorecard

Abstract

The purpose of the present study is to to develop discrete simulation models for setting thenumber of gate entry and exit gate in the e-ticketing system commuter Jabodetabek travel route Bogor -Jakarta Kota. Discrete event that occurred in the queue gate entrance and exit gate of which is the Linecommuter passenger arrival in the gate entrance and exit gate and passenger service level in the system.Based on the analysis of passenger and utility ratio of gates at 24 station, there were four groups ofstations and four groups of the time. The performance evaluation system was based on: number ofpassengers in the system (LS), the number of passengers in the queue (Lq), waiting time in the system(Ws) and the waiting time in the queue (Wq) used a software application program WinQsb QueuingAnalysis. Results of the evaluation of the proposal setting the number of gate entry and exit gate showedutility value higher than the previous condition. Abstract

Oxidation of ferrous sulphate to ferric sulphate was conducted in an agitated reactor using cuprisulphate as catalyst. This experiment was performed at ferrous sulphate initial concentration of 0.4 N,reaction temperature of 40-90 C, agitator speed of 220-400 rpm, volumetric rate of gas of 31.94-61.56mL/s. Mass transfer coefficient and reaction rate constant were calculated by using Runge-Kutta andHooke-Jeeves method.Based on the experimentally result, the value of maximum conversion obtained was 30.71% atreaction temperature of 70 C, agitator speed of 290 rpm, and volumetric rate of gas of 40.26 mL/s.Evaluation of mass transfer coefficient and reaction rate constant revealed that the step of controlling theoverall process is chemical reaction.

Abstract

This project, discusses modification Double Newton method combined with Liang Fang method,then removed all existing derivative in order to obtain the new iteration method to solve nonlinearequations. Analytically, indicated that the method has produced seven order of convergence. Abstract

Potra-Ptak method and Newton’s variant are one of iteration method which it uses for determineroot of nonlinear similarity with third order convergence. In this Final Task, the writer has done modifiedcomposite of Potra-Ptak method and Newton’s variant by enganging θ1 and θ2 parameter and adding thethird step which approximation fꞌ(zn) using second order Lagrange interpolation. Based on the researchresult new iteration method have seventh order convergence with θ1=3 and θ2=−2. Abstract

Strategic planning is an art and knowledge in formulating, implementing and evaluating crossfunctional decisions in an organization to achieve its objectives. Chokato factory is a SME which deals inthe processing of cocoa bean in to several products and the factory is facing some constraints such ashigh competition, less modal, and unmaximal promotion. Therefore, this research was carried out toformulate the right business strategy for Chokato factory. The formulation analyzed the internal andexternal factors using IFE and EFE matrix, disposition while the design of strategy alternative used IEmatrix and SWOT. From SWOT matrix obtained 15 alternative strategies. Strategy Priority is determinedusing a matrix QSP. Based on the problems that occur on the factory Chokato, the strategy to develop theplant site into a cocoa processing center and special chocolate agro tourism is the most prioritizedstrategy. Therefore, all things related to the strategy should be optimized in order to develop the factoryChokato.Keywords: strategy determination, SWOT analysis, the industry of cocoa process product
