The Constitutional Court is a legal institution where the judicial review of the law in Indonesia. In 2010, there was a judicial review of the article on marriage registration and the rights of children outside marriage or the marriage of Sirri. Although not all lawsuits were granted by the Constitutional Court judge, but the decision that was born raised its own polemic. The article of the Marriage Law of article 43 takes place in the provision of point content where an illegitimate child occupies a state-recognized status with proof of technology. Therefore, the interpretation of UDHR, UIDHR, Islamic Law, Positive Law, and Child Protection Law and MUI's Fatwa on the decision strongly contributed in interpreting the Constitutional Court's decision and the word "civil relationship" with biological father

Islamic religious education teachers are people who provide knowledge with the aim of educating and fostering the morality of students as good people. In the process of moral development of students, an Islamic education teacher in delivering material must have the right method. Moral material is one of the most dominating material in the formation of personality of students. If the provision of this material is maximally endeavored by the religious teacher, the morality of the participants should be ascertained to be better. In this case the Islamic religious education teacher plays the first and foremost role in the process of moral development of his students. For the success of the moral development process, an Islamic religious education teacher must be able to use several methods in building it to improve the worship experience.Departing from that background, the author wants to discuss it in a thesis and takes the title "Moral Development Method in Increasing Worship Practice Students in Middle School 4 in East Lampung Sekampung" The purpose of this study was to determine the level of moral deviation of students, to know the method of religious education teachers Islam, both in terms of supporting and inhibiting factors in the moral development of students and how much the practice of worship of the students increases. The research that the author is doing is included in descriptive qualitative research, and in the course of collecting data, the author uses observation, documentation, and interview methods. While for the analysis, the author uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely: in the form of written or oral data from people and behavior that is observed so that in this case the author seeks to conduct research that is describing thoroughly about the actual situation.The results of the research conducted by the author can be conveyed here, that the coaching method that the author offers in the discussion of this thesis is one way that can be done to find the best solution to the problem of moral development methods used by PAI teachers in increasing the practice of worship of students. And the efforts made by the teachers of Islamic religious education are one of the ways to foster the morale of those who have been deceived. Even if there are still other alternatives that might be better than what have been submitted or written in this thesis, then this can be used as input or additional so that this thesis continues to grow and does not stop here

Cross-border trade agreement between Indonesia-Malaysia Government discuss about trading for the people residing in state borders area. However along with the times these agreements become less effectively. The mentioned because the agreement was long time ago and abuse of rigts by certain peoples. Thereby, the agreement needs reexamination because it is less relevant to the Indonesia economic development nowadays. It can also be detrimental to one of the parties in the state borders area. It is not contary to the tenetof islam as concept of fiqh rules on the basis of the society benefits that is part of a study of Al-Qur’an.

This study aims to reveal the application of ta'zir punishment in Indonesia by analyzing the application of punishment in Padangsidimpuan class II B prison, this research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach to comparative analysis. While the data collection in this study was carried out through observation and interview techniques, while data analysis techniques used a comparative model.The results of the analysis show that in prison class II B Padangsidimpuan there are three types of crimes which are crimes of ta'zir or new types of crimes that have not been clearly stated in the Koran regarding the punishment of narcotics, corruption, and punishment for child offenders . Where all the perpetrators were sentenced to ta'zir or punishment based on a judge's decision, from the practice of applying punishment in class II B prison Padangsidimpuan shows that indirectly the terminology of ta'zir punishment in the Islamic criminal law realm has actually been applied in Indonesia, namely correctional institutions

This article aims to find out Islamic values that can be easily implemented in Indonesia, convey the peculiarities of the realization of Islamic values in Indonesia, and their influence on the realization of Islamic cultural values. The method used to find out what will be used and distribute several books related to the topic of discussion in this article. This is where the values are very important to enable readers to be based on Islam by knowing the rights of certain customs to be preserved and furthermore not applying traditions that clearly deviate from Islam. The results of the discussion of this article are that the values of Islamic culture in Indonesia can be packaged so attractively when packing Islamic teachings with culture that people are not aware that the values of Islam have become a tradition in their daily lives

This research is to find the efforts of the teachers of Akidah Akhlak in guiding the students’ akhlak in and out side of the classroom, to explore the problems in guiding, and to give the solution for the problems. The method of the research is descriptive qualitative with the informan are the teacher of Akidah Akhlak, the Headmaster, teachers, and students. The instruments are collecting the data by using observation, interview, and documentation. The result showed that the teachers guided the students to have good akhlak by explaining the materials well, showing the examples, avoiding the students to cheated in examination, giving advises to be serious in learning, and giving an educated punishment to the students’ falsity. Outside of the classroom, the teachers give the examples, praying zuhur together, giving kultum (preaching for 7 minutes), flag ceremonial, joining for the religious activities, cooperating with all teachers. Then, the problems are less carefulness from the teachers with the parents, unwell environment, absence from joining the religious activities, and choosing ungood friends. The efforst done by the teachers are cooperated raisingly between schools, teachers, parents, and societies. The teachers give pressure for the lesson, and give attention to the akhlak of the students. The teachers also must give good examples for the students, and give advises for them who had bad akhlak, and give advices for the parents to give attention to their children not to get bad environment and bad friends in order to be good children to make their akhlak better

ملخضالشيخ في لفة كيلية تملك النتيجة الاعلى حتى لمن الذي يملك اللُقْبَ الشيخ هناك وهو الانسان العالم يعلم علوما كثيرا مرتفعا إما في علم الدنياوية والاخروية ويُعلِّم إلى الانسان العامة. سيد ادروس ابن سالم الجفري يملك العلوم الدينية والدنياوية كاملا وهو معلم الاول الذي يُعَلِّمُ علم الدين والدنيا في منطقة كيلي. على حسب ذلك ، لقَّب المجتمع العام إلى سيد ادروس ابن سالم الجفري "الشيخ" ومن هذا البحث نعرف عن تاريخ التعليم الماضية خاصة في اسلوب التعليم سيد ادروس ابن سالم الجفري وهو كشكل الطريق لمعرفة اسلوب التعليم للشباب اليوم الذين يهدفون العصر العولمة الحديثة من كل جهة التي حضرت فيها العلوم والتكنولوجيات والنقل الاتصالات والمعلومات في شائر الحياة الإنسانية. الهدف هذا البحث لمعرفة الاسلوب التعليم سيد ادروس ابن سالم الجفري في انتشار الإسلام بمنطقة سولاويسي الوسطى. ويركز الباحث في هذا البحث أن يبحث الاسلوب التعليم سيد ادروس ابن سالم الجفري على طلابه الذين يختلفون في اللغة اليومية. والمدخل الذي يستخدم الباحث بهذا البحث مدخل التربوي والاستراتجي التعليمي يمر بها بالملاحظة والمقابلة والتحليل القبلي إلى البيانات والتحليل إلى بيانات البحث. وأما النتائج البحث فيها مفاهيم التربوية في الفهم الشيخ سيد ادروس ابن سالم الجفري خيرات ويخير الإنسان. ومن هذا الفهم أن الأنشطة التربية أنشطة تخير على طلابه ومجتمعه. الأنشطة التربوية تحدد على الإنسان لديهم المشكلة الكثيرة وتحتاج التربية لتفقدو مشكلتهم . ويعطي التربية على كل الناس أو المجتمع لأن الخير حقوق الأساسي عليهم ويحققون لنيله. AbstrakSebutan guru tua dalam bahasa Kaili memiliki nilai yang sangat tinggi sehingga orang yang mendapatkan gelar guru tua ini adalah orang yang memiliki ketinggian ilmu duniawi dan ilmu ukhrawi yang diajarkannya kepada orang lain. Sayyid Idrus bin Salim Aljufrie memiliki ilmu agama dan ilmu duniawi yang sempurna dan menjadi orang pertama mengajarkan ilmu agama dan ilmu duniawi di tanah Kaili." Sehingga Sayyid Idrus bin Salim Aljufrie menyandang gelar guru tua. Melalui penelitian ini paling tidak dapat mengungkap rekam jejak pembelajaran masa lalu secara khusus Model Pembelajaran Sayyid Idrus bin Salim Aljurfi yang dapat dianggap sebagai jalan yang menjembatani model pembelajaran generasi hari ini yang sudah berhadapan dengan era globalisasi yang ditandai dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi dalam segala bidang kehidupan umat manusia. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada model Pembelajaran Sayyid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri dalam menyebarkan Islam di Sulawesi Tengan. Pokok permasalahan yang dibahas adalah model pembelajaran Sayyid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri pada peserta ajar yang berbeda-beda bahasa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Paedogik dan Pendekatan strategi Pembelajaran melalui observasi, wawancara, pra analisis data, dan analisis data. Konsep pendidikan guru tua adalah kebaikan yang memperbaiki. Dengan konsep ini maka kegiatan pendidikan adalah kegiatan perbaikan. kegiatan pendidikan hanya terbatas kepada orang-orang yang memilki masalah dan dengan pendidikan diperlukan untuk menghilangkan masalah. Pendidikan dapat diberikan kepada semua manusia, karena kebaikan itu merupakan hak asasi setiap manusia dan mereka berhak untuk memperolehnya.

Hadith about the cursing of the woman who refused the call of her husband, seen from her sanad was considered valid by Imam Bukhari and Muslim, and Imam Tirmizi judged it by hasan sahih gharib. The meaning of the husband taking his wife to bed (firasy) is a figurative meaning. The real meaning is to invite to do jima. The meaning of the wife rejecting the husband's invitation is not fulfilled by the invitation of the husband to do jima 'without any age syar'i, such as fasting fardu and ihram. The intention of the husband is angry with his wife for not carrying out his obligations and giving him the rights of her husband One of the rights of the husband is in the wife's body that is channeling lust and having fun, If the rights of this husband are not fulfilled by the wife, then it brings God's anger, unless He bestows His forgiveness.

Abstract: In many people's lives all disturbances that occurred, which can inhibit the activities to be carried out. Every human being will certainly be impaired social, but the way everyone in receiving interference can be different from one with another. It depends on the level of education and experience as well as human faith that the social disturbed, and in general, every human being no one wants to be the existence of the disorder, even some people who are trying to avoid the interference. Social disruption that occurs is a social condition that needs to be changed and improved, so it depends on the man in question was the one who would bring the direction where the change occurs. Usually people who have the experience that many will certainly have a solution about how to cope with the social disruption. Key Words: Disorders, Social, and ReligiousAbstrak: Dalam kehidupan masyarakat banyak sekali gangguan- gangguan yang terjadi, sehingga bisa menghambat kegiatan yang akan dilakukan. Setiap manusia tentunya akan mengalami gangguan social, tetapi cara setiap orang dalam menerima gangguan bisa saja berbeda antara satu dengan lainnya. Hal ini tergantung pada tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman serta keimanan manusia yang mengalami gangguan social tersebut, dan pada umumnya setiap manusia tidak ada yang menginginkan akan adanya gangguan tersebut, bahkan tidak sedikit manusia yang berusaha untuk menghindari adanya gangguan tersebut. Gangguan sosial yang terjadi merupakan kondisi sosial yang perlu di rubah dan diperbaiki, sehingga tergantung pada manusia yang bersangkutanlah yang akan membawa kearah mana perubahan itu dilakukan. Biasanya orang yang memiliki pengalaman yang banyak tentunya akan memiliki solusi yang banyak tentang cara mengatasi gangguan social tersebut. Kata Kunci: Gangguan, Sosial, dan Keagamaan.

In the management of the school, the Headmaster must have responsible to take care of all the facilities and infrastructure. The headmaster and all of the members of the school must be able to maintain and pay attention to the facilities and infrastructure already there is. With the availability of facilities and infrastructure in schools, the students can learn maximally. The management of the schools must emphasize more attention to the facilities and infrastructure. Every people must be responsible manage and take care of these facilities and infrastructure. The head of the schools must have plans, notes, and record to any facilities and infrastructure used in the school. If all management steps have been carried out with good as expected it will have a positive impact towards students in the teaching and learning process, then the achievement of educational goals reach effectively and efficiently
